Tati went above and beyond to help us especially with transportation to and from the cruise ship. The gift shop was great in providing food that we could heat up for breakfast. Fresh coffee and tea available 24hrs in the lobby. Loved the courtyard. Airport shuttle service was excellent.

The staff are always very nice, the shuttle drivers are always on time and friendly. The rooms are basic but clean, AC and TV's work. Nice little store for snacks before midnight -- great for an overnight near the airport - as the shuttle runs every half hour for 24 hours

The convenience near airport is great, but the noise from it not so much. People love their fireworks in this area and it sounds like WWIII at all hours. The restaurant on site is ok for drinks but the food was frozen snacks. The pool was beautiful and the staff were always attentive. Laundry onsite was helpful w CC for paying. Looks like future train will be running by this property soon, so be prepared for that, but again also convenient. The location was ideal to highways so commuting was quick and easy to all directions. I wouldn’t walk this neighborhood, but the bonus for us was the free parking, when most locations we looked into charged an additional $30 a day.

Property is convenient to the airport for pick up. Salt water pool was great and refreshing. The nearby Lagoon Chinese restaurant was authentic foods, loved the staff assistance when needed. A little on the high side for the age and condition of the facility.

The hotel is in a industrial zone so if you don’t have scar it’s a walk to a restaurant. There is a park out back for a nice walk. They tell you they supply free airport shuttle but in the end you do pay for it because of the resort fee they charge. The pool was dirty so no swimming. The hotel is very dated old noisy air conditioner. For the price I would not stay here

The staff was amazing, and it was a clean as could be considering it needed maintenance. The Canoe Hut Lounge made it for us! A lot of fun and great prices!!!

Upon arrival the hotel bedroom was nothing as depicted in the photographs online. The beds were uncomfortable and bedroom felt dirty. Worst of all there was BLACK MOLD on the bathroom ceiling. When addressed with customer service I was told “Oh no, do you want a shuttle?” No concern about the issue at hand or customer services skills. Would not stay again. Would’ve stayed further from the airport to avoid this place.

Our room was very dirty. Sheets and pillow cases had hair and sheets were stained. We went down twice to get proper bedding and changed the sheets ourselves . After flying all day this was not a positive welcome. Transpiration is good and staff was friendly. Housekeeping needs an upgrade. Close to airport is good ..

Stayed here due to arrival of a late flight and didn't want to pay a high resort fee for only a partial night. This is convenient location to the airport but pretty pricey for such a dated facility. Beds very hard and sheets felt like sand paper, but it was clean and safe.

A great place for a stopover. Our room, while adequate, was too small for a long stay, and while well maintained, neat, and clean, it's bare bones and showing its age (I shouldn't talk😉). When the light rail opens, you can likely add a star for convenience (nearest station at the end of the block).

I was never able to log in on WiFi.The staff was not helpful. They did not seem to know anything at at all about the web. I totally lost a whole day due to their indifference and/or incompetence... They had no clue they made me feel just like zip... poor I lost a whole day becuz I could not access. They seemed immobile on this point. Curse them

I liked that it was cheap and outside of the crazy busy downtown area. I like that there was free and available parking. However, the room is tiny, and there will be NO privacy between you and the person you are travelling with. The bathroom door has slates in it, so you can see, smell, and hear everything! Totally fine for me and who I was with, but could definitely test some new relationships! LOL! The water pressure is terrible. The AC does not work well. We set it at 70 degrees F and it ran 24-7 for 5 days and never got the room below 78. For such a tiny space, you would thing it should have been able to cool it easily. It is surrounded by warehouses, so be prepared for beeping trucks backing up at all hours of the night. There is only a small window, but no curtains (only blinds), so the room NEVER gets dark. The property is very well lit, which is nice for safety, but means that your room is completely lit all night too. I would wake up at 2am and think it was time to get up, thinking the sun was up. That being said, I would stay again for the value. But, I would bring some clips with me so I could hang a beach towel over the window. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The staff were topnotch!

OK for an overnighter if you have an early morning flight. Staff are nice but overall the hotel is looking very tired. The room we stayed in was very small. The TV didn’t work and the air conditioning was very loud. Easy to catch the bus into downtown though. They have a free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus.

When we arrived and contacted the hotel for the shuttle pick up, the lady at the front desk told us it would be 15 minutes. An hour later we find out that she never placed the order and we had to take an Uber. I have to say that the person that checked us in (I'm guessing he was the manager) did apologize and tried to make things as smooth as possible

I've stayed at the Pacific Marina Inn many time now. Probably dozens at this point as I often use HNL as a stopover on mew ay to Asia. I've ever written a review, but thought I should because they deserve the good marks. Being perfectly honest, this is not the nicest hotel you'll ever stay at, it's no four seasons, but you should know that going in already. That said, the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. Some of the nicest hotel staff I've ever dealt with and they even often remember me and ask about my travels. The rooms are clean, the AC's work well, they have a small store with essentials and there's a restaurant and bar on site. They're also pretty much the only hotel that offers a free 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport, which is worth a lot considering they're usually a good bit cheaper than the next option downtime street (The Best Western). I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 10-15 minutes for a pick up from the airport after calling. If you need a hotel close to the airport with a reliable shuttle, this is the place for you. It's a great, convenient, clean, affordable option. Many thanks to all the great Pacific Marian employees for always providing excellent service over the years!

Place was nice, check in was easy and friendly. I had to check out late and when talking and explaining to the front desk the guy there was very unprofessional and rude. Took a lot to keep my cool but talking to customers like that explains why customers complain about service. Other than that was ok and pet friendly.

Very convenient for a pre or post flight stay and the shuttle service is excellent. Its in an industrial area so you're reliant on the hotel for food. The Chinese restaurant is actually really good but closes at 7.30pm. The little shop has frozen food for the microwave in your room otherwise and there is a bar. A train station veey close by will be operating soon. Probably going to be a mixed blessing when it does.

Hotel is 1 mile from Honolulu Airport and they run bus to airport every 1/2 hour or so. Made getting to airport so easy it was great to stay here. Also TV had very many channels so great to watch TV here. Never was boring.

Full disclose on the property. The price is good but for a reason. The staff is fantastic and shuttle service was rock solid. The property is older. Hand soap, shampoo and body was all seem to be from the same jug The area is heavy warehouse and the trucks start arriving at 3 am with back up alarms serenading you until you finally get up. Ask for a room away from the shuttle loading area because guest depart at all hours and seem to think talking at full volume is appropriate at 4AM The location is on the flight path so there is that to deal with and there is a passenger train stop under construction overhead. That will add to the appeal in the future.

We stayed here beause it was close to the airport and there was a free shuttle. The shuttle took about 45 minutes to get us, after I called them. The ride is only 5 minutes away. When we got there the restaurant was closed, although the website says it's open until 11pm. We would have grabbed something at the airport had we known. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Everything was clean, and we were there for about only 12 hours, so it worked, but would not stay here again.

This is a fun place to stay if you are heading to the airport for the next day. The bar and Chinese food was excellent and the staff was great. Rooms are not the best but they work for one night. The airport shuttle runs every half hour and is very convenient.

The hotel is close to the airport and they have a free shuttle, which is mainly what we were looking for. The shuttle took a long time to come and pick us up at the airport. Then we were hoping to eat at the restaurant when we got there, as the website says it's open until 11pm. At 730pm they were already closed. The rooms are clean, but small and old. Bed and pillows were horrible. We were just sleeping there for 1 night so we made do.
