Nice bar. Difficult to park

Beautiful hotel and setting. Lovely bar set up and close to all amenities.

Staff were awesome! Great spot on the water and the food was good as well.

No hay ascensor así que, si vas con equipaje vas a tener que utilizar escaleras. Hay muy poca luz en la habitación. La cortina tapa muy mal la luz del exterior. Tienes que esquivar 2 columnas para cruzar la habitación No hay secador de pelo y la calefacción funciona a ratos. Por lo demás la cama es cómoda y el hotel es tranquilo.

Dit is een prima locatie voor een nacht als je een leuke activiteit hebt. Het enige wat wij dit keer miste was dat de bar dicht zat bij terugkomst. Dit was de vorige keer niet zo.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Kueztripp! Sehr zentral gelegen und Parkhaus gleich ums Eck. Frühstück ausreichend und schönes Ambiente „an Bord“!

Was a unique stay, it was clean and convenient. I just think it needs some modernisation, such as usb sockets and a longer mirror. The terrace also needed a refurb.

This was such a great stay! The staff were so kind and helpful. And the restaurant at the hotel is lovely!

It was a weird experience to spend a night at a floating hotel. We had a room that has a view of the wall, so basically we couldn't enjoy the hotel very much. We were told that only the ugliest room is left because we are the last ones to check in. The pier at the front and sitting area was lovely, we loved there a lot. The shower had a blurred window looking right inside the room and even though it was blurred, everything was still visible. It might be pleasant for the couples, however it was awkward for me and my colleague. The breakfast was nice. The only negative side was to carry the luggages downstairs from very narrow and turning stairs. A must stay for a touristic visit in Rotterdam but definitely not a good fit for business.

This was a lovely hotel. Mostly clean and spacious, however needs a new toilet seat. The toilet seat had ground in brown stains

Location and service was good, nice breakfast. Rooms were all a bit different from each other, one lacking a table, some really small, hangers were missing, a structure pole in middle of the already tiny room... Shower water was running only either boiling hot or ice cold, sink pipes were leaking and ventilation in the bathroom was not very good having still wet floor the next morning. They had unfortunately ongoing maintenance work all the time, stuff in the hallways and noise starting in the morning, weird smell every now and then. Rooms are definitely not soundproof and some students arriving late in the night were making the place noisy and unpeaceful.

Nicht sehr sauber Sehr dünne Wände. Man hört alles In der Preisklasse sollte wenigsten etwas an Ausstattung im Zimmer sein, wie Zahnbürste, Pantoffeln, usw.

Good location, nice restaurant. Terrible bed, i had to sleeep on the floor. Reception had no solution or suggestions - just dismissed me saying some people like it and they'd contact me if any other room came up. They never did. Puddle in bathroom when it rained, and mould around the caulking in bathroom.

We loved our stay st this hotel and its close location to the Markthem food hall. The beds were overall comfy. We wished for a small refrigerator but otherwise the amenities were fine. The bathroom had what looked like urine in places and smelled strongly of urine and had hairs so it wasn't cleaned. The cleaning crew made alot of noise each morning which made sleeping in difficult. Otherwise, we appreciated the free drink since we opted to not have daily cleanings and other than having a brick wall as our view, we enjoyed the uniqueness of this floating hotel.

Leuk bijzonder hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was prima (etagère werd aan tafel gebracht met croissant, broodje, ham, kaas, bacon, ei, jam, glaasje yoghurt met cruesli). We hebben gekozen voor een kamer met terrasje erbij, leuke toevoeging! Enige minpuntje was dat de kamer hier en daar stoffig was. Ivm stofallergie was dat wat minder prettig.

Given the choice, I’m glad I did. Also, love the punny name! I had a really good four night stay here. My room, on the lower level, was quiet and comfortable. My porthole was aimed at the canal wall but, when the tide was high, I had a view of the street. Being a cabin, while spacious, there were a few things to navigate, like the two posts near the window, one of which I ended up head-butting as bent down to pick up something! Ah, the life of a sailor ;) The room had a work table, TV, free WiFi, kettle with tea & coffee, air-conditioning, block out curtains and wardrobe. It lacked a luggage rack and fridge. The washroom had a surprisingly large shower with a great water pressure, a wall-attached hairdryer, quality toiletries and lush towels. The location was excellent with all parts of the city within easy walking distance. It’s only three blocks from the Markthall and the food and groceries therein. Breakfast is available onsite, however, I chose to eat out. I was taking a night ferry to the UK and they happily stored my bags for the day. This was fun way to visit Rotterdam for the first time and I would stay again.

This is a floating hotel! Very unique and unusual. Not a waterfront tower with a view of the water, but a small hotel IN the water. Made up of "lash barges", originally used by the American Army to send tanks and guns to Rotterdam. Make sure to read the history displayed in lobby. The location is superb- on a canal in Rotterdam, walking distance to many attractions and to transportation to others. We had a short walk to hotel from water taxi stop (we took this from cruise ship dock). Rooms are small, with portholes for windows, unless you are on upper level, very clean, with modern fittings, (a small fridge would be nice) and staff are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, served on tiered tea trays, a very nice touch. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet and felt safe. I would not hesitate to return on my own or recommend to friends.

An oasis of calm in the bustle of Rotterdam. Cabins were snug, warm and cosy. A really good way to experience the City without the City!

la localisation parfaite, la chambre un peu petite mais ca etait, le etat de matlas mauvaise trop soft, le petite dej convenable, A l'arrive on nous a demandé une caution de 100 euros, que soit disant serait rembourser à notre départ, mais du moment de ckect out, on a eu de mal à faire annuler cette debit de 100 euros, on a trouvé que c'etait pas tres correct

The restaurant is very nice and does evening meals, though we only ate breakfast there. I would happily stay at the H2Otel again.

Where shall I start? From check in to check out the whole stay was a disaster. Incompetent staffing. Cancelled my booking 30 mins before I arrived. Even though I had purposely rang the hotel the day before to confirm and make the payment. I was assured that the room was booked and no need to make payment as I could make payment when I arrived. I started my drive to Holland leaving at 0200. Upon arriving at the hotel around 1400 I was informed that the booking had been cancelled and that they had emailed me. So we tried to rebook the room right there and then, only to have them try to charge a lot extra and state that they don't take cash. So I drove all the way back to my sons flat so I could check my emails and rebook the room through Hotels.com. Once I back to the Hotel I was then charged an additional 100 euros deposit, I also sign a "illicit drug use" form, again apparently is also clearly stated on the advert. Which clearly isn't as I have since rechecked. This then had to be a card transaction as they don't take cash. I was informed that the money wouldn't be taken that they just hold the card details until check out!!! We tried to pay for drinks in the bar and again informed the hotel doesn't take cash. Room dangerous, from ceiling height to slippery shower floor, to unsafe steps to outside terrace. On checking out i asked then to refund my deposit as they had debited the money from my account. Was informed that it would take 3 day! still waiting!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! It is in a great location, perfect for those wanting to visit the famous club Munch on the weekend—just a 5-minute walk away. The staff were extremely friendly, and the 24/7 reception service was a huge plus. I highly recommend this hotel!

水上のホテル。ロッテルダム中央駅より徒歩20 分位なのでお天気の良い日は良いが、雨や寒い日はトラムを使用しての到着をお勧め。室内は普通のホテルと変わりないが、時間によってホテルの高さが上下する。私達は道路側のツインルームで特に問題はなかったが、部屋が全体的に暗い感じと水上のせいか、暖房を入れないとひんやりしていた。また、浴室はすりガラスになっていたので部屋からは浴室の中が半見え。アメニティーはタオル以外はオールインワンのリキッドソープ(とドライヤー貸し出し)しか付いていないので、その他は持参された方が良いかと。全体的にはスタッフの接客も良く、マーケットホール、キューブハウスに近く、立地も良いホテルでお薦めです。

Zeer centraal gelegen t.o.v. diverse bezienswaardigheden. De meeste lagen op loopafstand. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Aparte en leuke accommodatie mede door de ligging op het water.

Leuk hotel alleen eten was niet top, teveel zout maar manager heeft een drankje kado gedaan 😣

En en desayuno se les acabo el bacon a las 8 y media de la mañana

Zeer basic kamer, TV had de verkeerde afstandsbediening, gehele badkamer nat na het douchen, veel omgevingsgeluiden. Te weinig personeel bij ontbijt, sap op, yoghurt op, geen plek(ook al moesten we een tijd opgeven bij het inchecken), 25 minuten gewacht op een gebakken ei. Wel lief en behulpzaam personeel..
