No grill as listed and was one of my filtered must haves when selecting this property, not enough bed linen or bath linen, dish washer was full, wasp nest on the rooftop upon arrival, other miscellaneous concerns. Overall the property host failed to meet my expectations, especially not having the grill and having to go buy wash cloths snd towels. It was ten of us in town for a wedding so we made moves to make everyone comfortable and it all worked out. It was a great location and layout just not as described and we just a bit disappointed but it turned out to be a great time with family and friends for a very special occasion.

Location was great, easy acess to airport & neighborhood felt safe. Decor is fun, updated bathrooms, beds comfy, great brewery/pizza a block up. The city views from the rooftop terrace are nice! The host, Kirby offered excellent communication. A few hiccups when we checked in, he addressed them promptly. The twin bed setups on the 1st floor need a refresh, but overall a good stay.

In town for ACC championship game and location was great! Townhouse was clean with modern amenities and ample space for large group.
