Loved that the restaurant and bar were open late and had yummy food and drinks/ lots of TVs with sports. There is also a good pizza place next door. We had a shuttle take us to the AT&T stadium which was convenient. Hotel gym was nice. Wish the pool was heated but no issues. Room was very clean

Hotel was good. The toilet had low flush pressure. I had to hold the handle down so it would fully flush. On our first night the pool was closed for sanitary purposes and was not open until the next day. I would still book again tho. Not enough negativity to stop me from coming back.

Over all the stay was very comfortable and the amenities are the best albeit the restroom needed a good cleaning. Parking is an issue. The spaces are so close that a single vehicle can barely fit in the lane. Pulling out forward or in reverse required a series of adjustments so as not to hit the adjoining vehicle. Also I had the unpleasant surprise of having to pay for parking on top of paying for the hotel.

Loved everything except they put up signs in the parking lot that they didnt have back in April. They weren't very clear. We thought it was pay to park closer and it wasnt, so we woke up to code enforcement trying to give us a parking ticket for a hotel we already paid to stay at. Ridiculous! You shouldnt have to pay the venue twice. If you have to pay for parking they should reimburse you at least.

Only had (3) luggage carts for a 16 floor hotel??? The breakfast buffet barely had any food, did not replenish it & was told if we order off the menu we were looking at an hour wait. There was only one waitress for the entire dining room. Same problem at the bar (very understaffed). I felt sorry for all the workers. Other than that the hotel was very nice.

The indoor pool is not heated. Stayed there specifically for our girls to be able to swim. Also the restaurant charged our card 2 separate transactions which was different then our actual bill and we still have yet to hear back from them.

Didn't face any issues while here! Everyone on staff was very kind and helpful. The drinks were great at the bar. If I had to pick something that was a problem, we took our son down to the pool to swim (which he thought was awesome because he got to swim under the wall to the outside area), but he couldn't swim long because the water was FREEZING. My huabnd and I stuck our feet in, but could only sit for a minute because they went numb almost immediately. Our son was done swimming after only 10 minutes because of the cold. And there was no hot tob. But if that was our only problem, we are happy customers. There was even a group of people for a competition staying at the hotel. There were a ton of people there for autographs and pictures, but they were all very respectful of the guests and the staff managed the crowd very well. My favorite part was the ease of walkability to nearby restaurants if you didn't want to hang out at the hotel bar/restaurant.

The hotel itself was nice but will not be back based on paying for overnight parking in a basic lot. Build it into the price if you must but don’t charge for general parking. Valet I agree with but this just did not sit well with our group. Plenty of other places to stay.

To keep it short, this is a Hilton property across the highway from Six Flags, within 2 miles of AT&T Stadium & Globe Life Field & within 7 miles of DFW Airport. All 3 of which are tourist & local resident destinations. 1) No hairspray available in their limited guest items for sale. 2) Our room & others smell like smoke. I say others as I walked down the hall, a family walked into their room the first time and the young boy says "Gross dad, this room smells like smoke." 3) The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. 4) The toilet could not handle a small amount of toilet paper after a lady does her #1 business. For a commerical building toilet, it was slow to engage and while holding the handle down, the TP would not flush. It would take a slow tease of the handle to build up enough pressure for the small amount of TP from pee pee to flush. 5) This is 2025, the lamp between the 2 queen beds DID NOT HAVE A USB OUTLET. This is 2025, this is a Hilton next to travel destinations. 6) The carpet is of course old, but the iggy part is seeing the meeting of the carpet and the walls. Due to age, the carpet pulls back, leaving YEARS of filth, hair & dust visible to any eye. 7) Did I mention this Hilton hotel next to Six Flags(kids) & near AT&T stadium & Globe Life park DOES NOT HAVE USB ports in the room?

Well the hotel was under construction so i had no piece and quite. The shower was out of body wash all 3 days i was there. I tild them everyday i needed body wash and they never put any in. I had to use hand soap to shower with. Also the room door was broken and had a massive gap so you could see in. The bathroom didn't have wash cloths either all 3 days i was there the pillow cases had stains on them and the wifi wouldnt work which is an issue since it was a work trip. I had to go to the closest starbucks to work. For this being a hilton i will never stay there again unfortunately. Terrible service and all around crappy room.

We found ticks on our bed and got over 50 bites on my arms, face, back a d legs and my husband got about 10. Had to go to urgent care and was preacribed antibiotics. A week later and The skin irritation is unberable not to mention the trauma and concern for possible lyme disease and other health issues.

Got in late, didn’t have time to check the bed sheets. When waking up noticed that there was an old brown spot on the sheets and comforter. Reported this to the front desk and the response was “We outsource our linens, so sometimes the sheets come back with rust marks.” Said they couldn’t do anything about it. Carpet in the room was sticky.

I stayed at the Hilton Arlington from 10/10– 10/12. At check-in, we were told the hotel was having air-conditioning issues and were offered complimentary parking, which I appreciated. Highly disappointed...i got absolutly no rest...as we getvof the elevator myself as well as my two daughters witnessed a woman vomiting all over the hall way...but it gets worst...as we walk down the hall there is whatvsounds to be a multiple room party going on....they were fussing cussing slamming doors literally all night long...this contined until well after 3cam when i couldnt stand it anymore...no one told them anything...i just paid iver 200 dollars for a room i couldnt even sleep in...and having to explain what was going on to 13 year old at that..very dissatisfied.

The one major complaint I have would be about the beds. They were hard as rocks and very uncomfortable. It would also have been nice if there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Otherwise our stay was pleasant.

Great hotel and in a great location. Was very comfortable after a night of partying for New Years. Only warning, our room had a shared door with the room next door. You can hear everything going on in the next room. Which was a family with young kids this night. But would definitely stay again.

The things that bothered me the most was the bed was HARD as a rock. Also there were no trash bags in the trash cans at all. There also was a dirty towel that laid in the hall till about mid day after the first night that we stayed there.

The location was great and transport to the game was excellent. No need to drive to the stadium, the trolley stops right by the hotel. The only real issue is that the hotel needs a renovation. The walls (scuff marks everywhere) and the furniture (threadbare and stained) are all showing their age. All in all though a pleasant stay.

When checked in, staff wasn’t helpful or very friendly. I booked a room with a king size bed and received a room with two full size beds. The window was opened in the room when we went in. The AC in the room didn’t work, it was very hot. The toilet didn’t flush well. Went down to the restaurant and bar and sat for over 10 min without anyone coming up to us. They were just standing around talking. We finally left to go eat elsewhere. The experience was disappointing for a Hilton.

I enjoyed my stay . Very nice and clean . The drinks at the Bar were extremely high cost for the poor quality of the drinks we ordered . We wondered if the Bartender ever added Liquor to our drinks . The front desk gentleman was definitely a Company asset. Very friendly and professional. I will return to this Hotel ! Especially if I can find a good deal there ! We needed a microwave but there wasn't one ! In a deluxe room ????.

Property was convenient to 6 Flags is why we chose this hotel. The condition of the room was less than I expected. The bathroom door stuck and my young girls had troubles getting it opened. The TV did not work, you had to jiggle the wires in the back to get it working. I tried to call the front desk from the room and the phone did not work as well. The hotel bar was great and the breakfast was awesome for a few positive notes.
