It was average. Our door looked like it was pryed open with a crowbar! Breakfast attendant was not nice or friendly. Coffee area was a mess. Pool was refreshing,altho no shade on a 100° day! Need umbrellas!

No handicap access to second floor and no mention of “ no elevator “ in the amenities. What could be cleaned was clean but rag and upholstery were a mess.

I ONLY booked this place because it was the only one in the area with an outdoor pool. It was so bad we checked out a day early. Everything was falling apart. Ice machines didn't work..Half the rooms on 2nd floor leaked water into the first floor. The rooms smelled like mold and mildew. All the furniture was falling apart. All the people there were crack heads. Dogs barking all hours of the night/morning. People yelling because their rooms were leaking through the roof. Never any staff at the desk. The bolts on the rims of my truck were stolen right next to the sign that says they are not responsible for stolen property. This place needs to be torn down ASAP

Our stay was relatively decent. The room was clean, although no menu for the restaurant down stairs, so I assume there's no room service. The bathroom was clean, but not many towels and of not good quality. No vent in the bathroom so it gets very hot. Wasn't able to connect my laptop to the TV due to not being able to fix the sound. Overral, it served basic needs, but I wouldn't make this my primary hotel to visit given the price and quality of service. Pool area was clean, no lifeguard. Goes to 8ft with life saving tools on the side.

Was happy to be across from pool. Did not like smell in the room.

The price is super hard to beat for the location of where I travel for business but I’ll keep an eye out for a better alternative. The pictures of the bar at the hotel on their site are from the Nextdoor restaurant. All of the rooms are outside rooms. The rooms at the back of the hotel (where mine was located) have zero insulation or sound protection to include hearing the bar a block away thumping music until 2am. The light switch in the room, which is more of a weird button on the door frame, also doesn’t work to turn the lights on. You have to turn the lamps on manually. Bed itself was clean and comfy. Room overall was mostly clean.

Toilet was running, room smelled like smoke, bugs in the room. Ended up checking out and going to a different hotel.

Not a very clean place. Heat didnt work right. In need of repairs. Uncomfortable beds. Pillows were needing to be replaced. Mouse poop in the corners if the bathroom floor. Bathroom floor was sticky.

This hotel needs a serious face lift, as does the area around it. The rooms were super dated and dingy clean with a cigarette smoke scent. We were supposed to stay two nights as we were in town for an event and didn’t have another option to cancel once we were there but we did just check out right after the event and drive the 8 hours home late at night just so my family wasnt there any longer than we needed to be. Look outside of York if you’re traveling to the area.

Not satisfied! The property and rooms need to be updated. It needs to be cleaned. I found a big and a small roach. I will not stay there again. The breakfast room looked fantastic, but, the breakfast was not great.

It's safe and good value. And the breakfast is fine. But not the cleanest; a cockroach in the bed and smell of smoke

I left after a hour the room had roaches.

I have to say i was very unpleasantly Suprised by our stay here. The reviews and photos in no way prepare you for the quite frankly horror that is this location. After checking in we made our way through a parking lot of seedy looking characters , vagrants and others to park in a location that made me uneasy to walk to our room with my wife and children. Upon entering the room we were quite disgusted by the condition of the room. On the base of the bed immediately presen when we walker in a white “spray” of dried on mystery liquid. Entering the bathroom the bottom of the tub had s blackish hue to it as if it was used to wash coal miners. A footprint in the tub appeared to be staind as if someone had used dark hair dye in it previously. Then first flush after a #1 and the toilet backs up. The sad part is there was no point complaining because of the hour and the fact none of the other areas of the facility gave me confidence that the level of cleanliness was a one off. We sucked it up and finished the night. Then upon waking up walking on the carpet with no socks felt the dense carpet sticking to your feet (fun). I have stayed all over this country and other around the world and this was definitely a bottom 3 experience. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. Upon checking out there was no “how was your stay” as they appeared to know the answer just a “thanks” when checking out.

This place is dirty, smelly, you name it

Our bathroom sink was clogged. Our toilet all had a disgusting smell to them. The room also has an odor to it. I told From desk and anything was corrected.

There is a serious roach infestation. The bedding also had permanent stains.

Strengthen the hotel wifi. Was withing 100 ft ofvthe office, but had no strong signal in our room. Everything else was satisfactory or better. No complaints.

Not a good stay. In need of some serious renovations and upkeep. Toilet wouldn’t stop running and top was cracked, seat was so worn!! Curtains were torn and ripped. Door was very difficult to open.

I booked 2 rooms at this hotel. One was ok but still had dirt and dust in corners. The other was kinda dirty and the bathtub was backed up and wouldn't drain. The walls are very thin so you hear everyone. The diesel truck idling in front of our room in the early hours was pretty annoying.

On the positive side the hotel was easy to find and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean as well and amenities were available such as soaps and shampoo plus hair drier and ironing board plus iron. On the negative side although the hotel was clean as I mentioned earlier the property and rooms are in a very run-down condition. The breakfast bar was acceptable but mediocre. While I'm more than sure the staff are doing the best with what they've got the premises need a major refresh. dy

The property is showing its age. Carpets are worn. In room safes have paper wedged in the top of the doors to keep them closed when not locked. Two-prong plugs would not stay into the sockets on the table lamps. The wall switch did not turn on any lights, we had to walk into the room in the dark to get to a desk lamp for light. Rooms were generally clean and adequate in comfort. Breakfast was normal for the chain.

Quality is not a word I would use to describe this establishment. The room was worn and dated and had multiple issues. The woman who checked us in on the evening ofFriday the 27th of December was awful. Customer service apparently is not her first best choice of jobs.

The Room is neat for the price. The room has more amenities than Expedia advertised. It had 3 foot fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Staff is very helpful and accommodating for request to get breakfast ready earlier to help athletes. I am happy my wife picked this. Glad to stay back again when visiting that area.

Motel style rooms kinda scary System was down at check in so we had to wait an hour

Took over an hour to check in as the system kept failing. But had dinner at in house restaurant which was very good. Finally checked in and was very pleased with the room

Staff was rude

We where woken up at 3 am due to some one pulled the alarm which was right above our door. I made a complaint about loss of sleep he didn't care because we were prepaid. So we left early.

Front desk clerk was rude and we didn't check in... we went to another hotel

the staff customer service was awesome the front desk guy was very nice and friendly my door would not open with the key the maintenance guy had to change the batteries to the door which I think should have been checked before the guest's arrival. it was rainy and cold we had to wait for him to change the keypad but other than that besides them not having an iron but had an iron board was crazy but it was cool for the time I was there

Was in town for business and after a long drive we were greeted and tested amazing by the great staff here! Room was immaculate and smelled great! Whole property was so beautiful! Def have to go back when it’s warmer to get in the pool!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and clean. Very convenient to many stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Near York College, shopping and restaurants. Helped make the weekend enjoyable.

Is near several stores & restaurants. Lobby & breakfast area are clean. Lanscaping is appealing. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are run down. Lighting, floors, bathroom are old, look run down & smell musty.

The room was very dirty. Had a musty moldy smell. Nefarious people hanging out in parking lot drinking and doing drugs. We didn’t stay the night. We didn’t feel safe. We checked out at 10 pm and drove 4 1/2 hours home. When we checked out the front desk person didn’t even ask why we were leaving early.
