This property was quiet and close to our destination. We were happy for its location. However there were spots all over the bathroom mirror indicating it hadn’t been cleaned, the shampoo/conditioner bottle was half empty, there was dirt in a couple places on the floor, at breakfast the coffee was empty and no one around to tell, and only a couple of jets in the spa were working. So these all seem to imply that the quality control needs some attention here.

Entrance was clean as we entered. As we walked to our room we utilized the stairs as there is no elevator. There was dried mud clumps in the stairwell. Upon entering our room we found it to have an odor. Although the room was marked non smoking it had a distinct odor of smoke most likely from years past when it was allowed. Room cooled to our liking and we like it freezing. There were molding stains on the shower curtain and the Kleenex container was empty. There was only three towels although the room was booked for four. The beds were supposed to be queens but appear to be smaller, but were clean. Breakfast was limited and and coffee was empty. We would have used the coffee maker in our room, but someone put coffee grounds in the water reservoir that was dried. Milk and orange juice were in large containers for self serve that were stored in an undesirable refrigerator. We opted to go out for breakfast.

It was overall dirty and grimy. The first room I was put in smelled horribly of mold and was so damp everything felt wet. The bathroom ceiling looked like it was being worked on and there were dents and scuff in all of the walls. The second room was better but still grimy and felt dirty. The website said that there was a gym available for use near by since they did not have one on property. I was given directions to the supposed gym and found only a dentist office, no gym. Breakfast in the morning was terrible as well, only bread muffins, cereal and waffle option. Milk and orange juice were in jugs in a refrigerator and it all seemed stale. Would not recommend and will not be back

We stayed at this property last summer and it was a really good value. The employees were friendly and everything was in order. This time, it wasn't clean. The hallways and common areas were dirty. The shampoo bottle was used/half empty. I would stay elsewhere next time.

The hotel was nice and clean. That said, there was a strong scent of East Indian cooking spices near our room (my guess— the family who manages the hotel was preparing a meal.) I could smell this in my bath towel too. However, the Staff were very friendly. Our room’s walls were probably thin as we could hear family in adjacent room. Bed and pillows were comfortable enough. We slept well.

It was clean in appearance. But extremely small. I added a night through Expedia and somehow they screwed it up. Paid the $78 for one night Expedia but had to pay $90 at the hotel for the next night…. For a room so small I could barely change my mind. Also, no microwave or refrigerator. Yet they still charge a full rate in a roan in the middle of nowhere. Very disappointing. But you have to be in that area you won’t find anything better.

Stained old carpets in hallways and stairs made the whole place feel ten down and depressing. No one is ever at the front desk. You always have to call to get someone to the front.

Easy in and easy out, nice location on the edge of town. There is a bar and grill right across the road that has excellent food, but they don’t deliver. There is a Dollar General less than a block away si handy to pick up snacks etc .The man working didn’t seem pleased I used Expedia to ck in but it could just be he was having a bad day, but was short and curt. Beds are super comfy and pillows were decent. No blankets in room and heat wasn’t on when I first got there so had to keep my jacket on for a good hour! Very good selection for breakfast with the standard malted waffles, cereal, fruit, etc. But all was fresh and clean and great to grab and run! Over all I’d say a 8 due to the lack of friendliness and bathroom could be cleaner ( shower curtain yucky and gross behind toilet) I would stay again if in the area for the price.

Back door was never secured. Had a lock that required room card for entry but id did not work. Breakfast room was dirty. No staff on duty so guests had to clean countrs and floors. Our room had no stopper in sink. Water never got hot just slightly warm. Paper scraps on floor I do not think is was vacuumed.

We stayed one night. Check in went well. Room was clean but out- dated. Breakfast was minimal pickings, nothing hot to select from. Picked it because I thought the price was right for one night but the over all feeling is the price should have been half for what we didn't get.

Only breads, cereal, waffles for breakfast. By 8:30 breakfast area was a mess - floor and sink dirty. Overall was a good one night stop for the money (not many choices anyway). We would stay again if passing through- but have breakfast elsewhere!

Issues were with Expedia booking. Expedia would not let me access the booking to change it. Facility was being worked on. Popcorn ceiling in our bathroom was peeling off. No toilet paper in our room and several others. Breakfast ok, and they ran out of coffee and didn't make more.
