As the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for." Granted, I was expecting a lot for the price point, just a place to sleep. That said, I arrive around 4 pm, and I was sent to two different rooms that weren't cleaned yet. The third I was sent to was ready. The property itself has seen better days and is worn. The hotel lobby glass doors looks like that haven't been wiped down in ages. The room itself was clean and thank goodness it had wood laminate floors instead of carpet. Since the rest of the hotel was not kept well, I would shudder to think how nasty carpets in a room would be. The other hotel guests were slamming doors and hanging out in the parking lot having loud conversations. Needless to say, that makes it difficult to go to bed early. This will not be a place I stay again. Granzella's Inn is two blocks away and has a lovely deli and restaurant. I will stay there if I am ever in Williams, CA again.

Convenient enough for just a night stay. We were just passing through this very small town. The property is dirty, the air freshener were too strong, the ac were too loud. Unclean up pets poop were left on the front balcony. The place need to be remodel overall.

Breakfast consisted of cereal with no itinecils, bread without butt or jelly and no knife, coffee that came out looking more like 20 year old oil. Staff acted like they didn’t want to be there and you need a heavy duty 4 wheel drive to get to the property due to the massive potholes.

It took awhile for anyone to come to the front desk each time I went there for anything. There were only 3 small tables for breakfast seating. Pool was very small, but since I was the only one at it, that wasn't a problem. However, if children had been using it at the same time, that would've been a real concern.

Wehad to take the reservation since we got there after 4pm. It was over 100 degrees. The pool was not working/available. The ice machine wasnt working, so we had to get some from the front desk. The room had problems. We stayed in the 3rd one they offered us. This property is in the middle of a field surrounded by industrial properties. It was very unappealing. We had just spentnights in another Best Western the night before as we traveled. This is not the same type of property as we expected for a Best Western. They had nice upgrades in the rooms, but the quality wasnt in the structure. There were spiders in our room. The bathroom floor tiles looked dirty, like they hadnt been cleaned in a long time.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly. Our room was dirty! Spiderwebs over the sink area, hair in the tub, dead flies on the wall by the picture and looked like a child wiped snot on a wall. The bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. The noise from the freeway was constant, but not horrible.

There was mosquitos everywhere ! Spiders and cob webs on every corner. Very inconvenient to get to a hotel you’d like to relax in after driving for hours to not be able to get no sleep because of mosquitos biting and being everywhere. Would give it zero stars if I could Honestly and no refund ??

Found multiple Roaches in the restroom and bedroom and dead mosquitoes all over the wall with blood . Pool was really dirty . Some bedsheets had stains . Water from shower was low pressure due to faulty valve ( it was leaking from the bottom when pulled up ). Walls need need to be cleaned and painted ( maybe seal cracks in around bath tub ) . the sinks water from the sink smelled like sewer water, OR there was a smell of sewer from the drain . Something is definitely going on with that . Kinda gross to rinse your mouth with that smell hitting you as you brush your teeth . This hotel has lots of potential just needs basic hygiene and small fixes and remodel . Hope they get fixed . Staff was polite.

We recently stayed at the SureStay by Best Western in Williams and were very disappointed with our experience. The room itself was in poor condition—the linoleum was buckled in several places, making it easy to trip, and the bedsheet was stained. When my boyfriend went to shower, there was no hot water. When we called the front desk, the attendant argued that there was hot water, but after coming to the room, he acknowledged the problem and returned with a screwdriver to fix it. Breakfast was included, which was fine for those who eat breakfast, but I only drink coffee. Unfortunately, there was no creamer or sugar available, so I had to leave the hotel to buy coffee elsewhere. Overall, the experience was far below what we expected from Best Western, and we hope management takes these issues seriously so future guests have a better stay.

It was a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke and the smoke detector had been removed. There was a connecting door to the adjacent room and the people next door were smoking and the smoke was coming into my room. There was a hole in the ceiling over the shower, and when the shower in the room above me was in use water poured out of the hole. If I had not arrived so late after a long drive I would have asked to move rooms.

Only one cup for coffee/water. two packets of coffee add-ins but no coffee in room. Only one hand towel, no washcloths. Staff very friendly and helpful. This was my second visit and I intend to stay several more times. Management went out of their way to help me. I appreciate that very much. Only issue, my room was on freeway side so no sleep due to semi-trucks going by. Next time, I’ll make sure I request other side.

We checked in to get some sleep after a long night of driving and had our alarm set for 10:30am to make sure we checked out on time at 11:00am but to our unpleasant surprise the staff knocked on our door at 7:30 am ,8:30 am , and at 9:30 am to ask if we were leaving at 11:00 am they also called the room somewhere in between the times given we ended up leaving the place at 10:00 because we just couldn’t take it anymore I will never stay at this place again

My wife was treated rudely by the staff upon arrival by a female staff member after 5pm. There were some unsafe patrons at the hotel that kept looking at are truck, we were worried it would be broken into but it wasn’t. People were drinking alcohol outside the rooms by us.

The check-in employee was very friendly and nice. The place is nothing fancy, but it was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. Our room faced the freeway, but we couldn't hear it with the door closed! We were on the first floor and didn't hear other guests. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants. This was an unexpected stop for us, so we were looking for reasonably priced accommodations. This fit the bill!

This property is convenient to I-5 which is the only positive. The bed linens were stained, the towels had stains, I woke up in the morning and realized that there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector! It looked as though there was blood splatter on the bathroom wall. When i was ready to leave at 6:30 am, the office was closed and there was no breakfast.

I was surprised that it was an affiliate of Best Western. It was more on par with Motel 6. The bed was comfortable and the clerk was very friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast was as expected toast, waffle, cereal, yogurt and coffee.
