Stayed in room 102. Parking is awkward for large vehicles. Our little coffee pot did not work but I had my own, so all was well. Nice large suite.

Seal on bottom of door is partially missing, can feel the draft. TV is "conne ted without internet", after repeat calls to front desk we gave up trying to watch. Ice machine is out of order half the time, soda vending always broken. Whoever refills the small shampoo bottles spills and doesnt wipe them off. Check in at 3, check out at 11. Absolutely NO LEEWAY on this (asking ahead, on booking, and offering to pay a fee), even though the place has only had 1 or 2 other guests on each visit. On previous visits the cleaner starts banging on the door at 1030... doesnt even wait for 11. Front desk is friendly enough, though. Jets on tub are borderline disgusting. The mattress in previous visits was fine (same room all 3 times), this time it was a different room and the mattress was so soft it was like trying to sleep on quicksand... you sunk to the bottom and laid on the platform. It was awful. Couch in this room was the most uncomfortable thing I've sat on. Lamps were completely missing lightbulbs.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights which visitng Mt. St. Helen's. Hotel was clean, in a good location, quiet and the person who checked us in very helpful. It would have been nice if the hotel had a pool or jacuzzi and an electric vehicle charging station.

We travel a lot and tend to pick economy locations. We don't worry much about "fluff." What really matters to us is cleanliness. This place was really inexpensive but it was also very clean even though it was a dated building. The staff of the front desk were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. I requested extra pillows, because I thought they were kind of flat. they gave me some quickly. I even liked how they had little extra things like toothbrushes and toothpaste available in the bathroom. The only con was the mattress was way too soft for me. I felt like I was constantly rolling towards the middle of the bed, towards my spouse. Though she thought the bed was rather comfortable. So this is a great place to stay if you're looking for some place low cost while maybe visiting Mount St Helens or just place on I-5.

The bed was too soft. The water pressure was light in the shower. The room was humid. The carpet really needed a good cleaning. My feet were filthy walking it. One of the chairs was stained so bad I didn’t want to sit on it. Everything else was fine. The bedding was great. The AC worked well. We’ve stayed here before and don’t remember it being this way.

No flexibility to check-in early. WIFI internet did not work for our entire stay - front desk said it would be corrected by a certain time and it wasn't. Spacious room - but pretty rustic with apparently no updates in years. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked well. Convenient location right off the highway.

Got the suite on the lower floor and wow, quite the space for our family trip. Living room with table, cushion chair, and day bed, followed by spacious two queen beds, then kitchenette and bathroom. Probably one of the largest rooms for this type of hotel. Good condition but took a while for the hot water to kick in for the shower. The ceiling lights were a bit harsh on the white color, but were complimented by softer floor lights. Overall a much better experience than normal.

Loved staying here. But only complaint is the room I was in, room 109, the WiFi did not work. WiFi would only connect if I stood by the window but could not use it while laying in bed. Overall very clean, bed was extremely comfortable… would definitely stay there again.

I requested a room on the 2nd floor which I was given. It was spacious with a small fridge and microwave, coffee pot ,TV and a desk to use for my laptop. The room was very clean with adequate lighting.

The room was a nice size with a table and it still wasn't crowded. Everything appeared to be clean - the shower had good hot water and good water pressure. Only thing for me is that the toiletries - soap and shampoo - were made in China. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

This is the sort of accommodation that I would not stay in unless it was the only convenient choice. We wanted to be close to Mt. St. Helen and this hotel seemed flawed but possible. The carpet was stained and the plumbing was poor. The bathroom faucet leaked, the shower had little pressure, and it did not drain readily. I'm glad the toilet worked! The linens and towels were very nice and clean. It is between two busy roads, but I did not find the traffic noise too bad. If you are very picky you will hate this place, but it is a "possible".

The hotel may look like any other inexpensive hotel from the outside, but the rooms are very large and clean. The service was also exceptional. The best test of customer service is when there's an issue. We had a minor issue during our stay and the team went above and beyond to fix the issue quickly. I was impressed!

Perfect place to stay if you're going to Mt.St. Helens. Easy access as just down the road from there! Would recommend to anyone and already have to a few friends. Restaurant (Parker?) across the road had fabulous food and a great place for the whole family!

Check in was quick and easy, friendly staff. The rooms are off the road, so there’s little road noise. Recommendation for dinner at the restaurant next door was perfect. This was a happy find after a difficult afternoon (blown tire). Thankful for the toiletries in the room and comfy bed!

The price was great! I also liked the amenities such as coffee, tea, water and fruit available at all times. It was also helpful to have the maps and templates about local activities. The property is just a 5 min drive from Castle Rock downtown with a few dining options and a walkway along the reaver. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a good value for the price. We were one of only a few customers, which surprised us. The rooms are clean and spacious, there's a great restaurant directly across the street, and there's easy access back to the interstate. There are cookies, fruit, and water on checkin.

Super clean, comfortable, and the desk person was so nice. Our room was really spacious compared to other places we’ve stayed it. This was great since we have a young child. Prior to booking, one of our concerns was food options. We usually stay at places that have breakfast and this place does not. But there is a coffee place right in the same lot and several restaurants and fast food places on the same corner. There is also a grocery store less than 5min away. It all worked out. It seemed like most of the people who stayed here were visiting Mt St Helens-and-vicinity just like us. Lots of folks with young kids like us too. We were also worried about the road noise ad traffic from being close to I-5 but no problem there either. They did have strong air freshener in the room and it might be overwhelming for some people. However, it was one of those plug-in types and probably an easy fix if you are sensitive. It was a good stay for us and we would definitely stay there again!

No breakfast, bed was ok. The window shades were broken, so we went to the lobby and told them and the guy handed my husband a blanket to put over the window. Very disappointed in that service.

We had a decent one night stay at the Timberline Inn while in the area to hike around Mt. St. Helens. There are few accommodations in this area. The front desk manager was friendly and helpful and they offer complimentary water, fruit and cookies in the small lobby. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable although the pillows were all a bit overstuffed for my taste. The toilet in our room was leaking and the shower temp was hard to control ( too hot) but I let the manager know when we checked out and he was very responsive. Other than the running toilet it was quiet and we slept well. There are several small restaurants within walking distance and a very good speciality coffee stand just at the edge of the parking lot.

Family room 2 queen + futon style couch bed. Works well for our family. Only thing to improve would be a USB charger somewhere in room. Also no breakfast but they’re clear about that upfront

Our hotel room smelled weird, my mom and brother in law had rooms too, they all smelled weird. Went down to the office at 8:30am to get coffee and the door to the office was locked, rang the bell and nobody ever came. Very dated, it’s an $75 a night hotel, not $160 I don’t recommend this hotel.
