The place was going thru some renovations, not sure if they had a water leak, but wasn’t clean enough for me. The front fest would not let us ck in any earlier than 3, and didn’t offer to hold our stuff until 3. The exercise equipment is less than desirable, cuz the elliptical didn’t even work.

The only problem was the outdoor pool. Though it was a very nice pool, it was not taken care of. The water was not clean, and the pool had not been cleaned in quite awhile...

There is construction and remodeling taking place, mattresses and furniture stacked in numerous places on the property. But overall, the room we had was very clean, linens, floor and furniture. The facility was quiet during the evening hours and during the day, construction noise was not unreasonable. Staff was polite and friendly, helpful with extra towels and directions. Overall considerations, our stay was pleasant and I would choose this facility again

This is a nice hotel, but could use some updating. We stayed for one night so that we could experience the Winstar Casino. The hotel is right next to the casino property, so we ended up just walking to the casino. It was less than a 10 minute walk across the large parking lots to get there, but you could also drive in about 2 minutes. The hotel seemed a little outdated, but it was fine for a night. It was also a little noisy at night with people coming in and out of their rooms through all hours of the night. The gym is also outdated and the elliptical was not working, but I made do. The continental breakfast was good and I can't resist a make your own waffles station. Overall, it was a great location and much cheaper than the hotels at the casino so I would probably stay here again.

Good option for staying near casino but if it was just an average area it would be half the price. Nothing other than location makes it this expensive. You can walk to casino from here but no shuttle. Its walkable but would be nice if they had a shuttle especially in the summer heat

The hotel needs remodeling. Our room was dingy and dark. The air conditioner made a loud squeaking noise the entire time it was on. The curtains had stains on them. The hotel smells like Mexican food all the time due to the restaurant next door.

The office staff is amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. The entry is clean. The breakfast is not so great. We decided to skip it both Saturday and Sunday. Not very good choices and only a handful of options: biscuits, cereal, eggs and waffles. Went early and about the middle of service and still not good. Our room was filthy and the 3rd floor smelled like dirty diapers. There was trash left behind the trashcan and you could tell it had not been vacuumed at all. Bathroom was dirty. I think the cleaning job was rushed due to staffing. Waited until 5pm to check in to help but still not clean.

The staff was friendly and the room was pretty clean, but the hotel is in need of some repairs. Ceiling in our room was stained and had nails popping out and grout coming out in the bathroom. The stairwells smelled of cigarette smoke. Excepted a little more for the price. They did have a free breakfast which was good.

Well the first room the door did not lock inside or outside…..that’s not safe!!! They moved us to another room. But it’s a good thing we noticed when we were leaving the room for the first time we did check to see if the door was locked, which it did not. Hope y’all get the lock fixed!

The room was clean, the ac worked GREAT, and the bed was comfortable. Only issue was that the ac leaked the condensation on the carpet which resulted in a large section of the carpet to be soaking wet.

The bed was comfortable. The room was dark. the bedside table lamp was not working. The coffee maker did not work. The TV was not user friendly. We found it difficult to find the news channel we wanted. We did not have the breakfast so we cannot comment on that.

I really liked the convenience - the location of hotel - I liked how close it was to the food places - it was all good - except our ac unit was quite loud and a crack in middle of ceramic floor but other than that - the breakfast was good! The location of room was good - it seem to be not as sound proof as I would like - you could hear others showering and tolieting but other than that great!! We Will probably stay there again! Because it was clean and great parking and felt very safe!

No problems. Check-in and check-out were trouble-free. Staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating. Breakfast (Saturday) was way-above average, and way better than I was expecting. I mentioned Saturday because I can't speak for week day mornings. Everything worked (TV, air conditioning, everything in bathroom). Location is good. Only negative is the property is just dated, such as broken tiles.

Hotel is in the middle of a renovation, but you wouldn't really know it. Staff was fantastic and grounds were very clean. Would definitely stay there again versus paying another 150 a night to stay at winstar.

Front desk girl was very quiet, had nothing to say, including good morning or anything else. The breakfast was the worst I think we’ve ever had, cold eggs , half done bacon , and terrible coffee. We left to go eat somewhere else. Won’t ever stay here again, way over priced.

Great property. Case to WinStar and Border Casino. Very clean. Really good breakfast. Sausage ham scrambled eggs or omelette. There was yogurt with fresh granola. There was biscuits and gravy. There was toast. There was fruit four different kinds of juices. Really good breakfast. Really nice front desk. Really clean rooms. And the bed was comfortable too.
