clean rooms the location was good

The hotel is located about 1 miles from the ferry building, in a rather run-down part of the city. Unfortunately, there were a significant number of homeless people around the area, which made the surroundings feel less welcoming, particularly in the evening. though as I walked around the town more, homeless is a major issue in SF. Check-in was straightforward, and I appreciated that the staff accommodated my request for a one-hour late check-out without any issues. The room itself was clean but quite noisy. Amenities were minimal, consisting of two small bottles of water and a coffee machine, with little else provided. Wifi didn't work Breakfast was very basic, one thing that stood out was the lack of drinking water. Coffee and orange juice were available, but there was no water offered during breakfast. I later discovered there was a water refill station on the fifth floor, where guests were expected to bring their own bottle or container. While I understand this may be influenced by California’s environmental regulations, simply providing a jug of drinking water in the breakfast area would have been an easy and thoughtful solution. Overall, this is a budget hotel, and in an expensive city like San Francisco, you largely get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a clean place to sleep at a lower price point, it serves its purpose, but don’t expect much beyond the basics.

Great hotel close to lots of fun stuff. Room was modern and well kept. I really loved the room and breakfast was also good. The only downside was the location with lots of noise on the street and heavy drug use in the neighborhood. But that's not the fault of the property.

Very helpful staff, clean and well maintained hotel, just the room very small, no microwave in the room, bkfst okay, not enough stuff in the room, other than that, all good, especially the staff
