Check in and out were quick and easy. Plenty of parking and access to shopping, dining, and quick trip to downtown. Dog in a toom across the hall barking loudly into thr night anytime someone walked down the hall.

Overall the stay was good. The staff was pleasant and courteous. My only complaints were first, that there was no elevator, which I don't mind taking stairs but is difficult with heavy luggage, and secondly and biggest complaint was that the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

Hotel was great. Expedia sucks. I accidentally booked thinking there was a pool. When I asked the managers if I could finish my first night stay and cancel the rest of my stay so I could move to a hotel that had a pool, they said that wasn’t a problem on their side. They then explained that since I booked through Expedia, I would have to work with Expedia to get the refund. I didn’t mention to the agent on the chat feature for Expedia that I already talked to the front des. When I asked, the Expedia agent if I could get refunded for the nights, I wasn’t staying, theysaid that they called the front desk and that the front desk said they could not refund. When I checked out, I mentioned the experience to the front desk and she said she would work to get me refunded. A couple days later the front desk person called and let me know that she did refund the money to Expedia. Expedia never gave me my money back. Hotel was great. Expedia sucks.

trash, cans outside, building overflowing beer cans, food on the ground. Concrete around side entry door was crumbling, The bathroom was filthy, toilet seat extremely yellow from urine stains, dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor. back of the bathroom door was scratched like a dog had been locked in the bathroom. I took pictures of the back of the door. I didn’t want the hotel saying my dogs did it. Because we had our 2 dachshunds with us I guess we got stuck in a substandard room. I wish we hadn’t even stayed the one night but I was too tired to drive home so we stayed. had to look for somebody at the front desk. Ask a worker where the front desk people were at and she said they’re probably outside smoking so I walked outside and got them and asked them to come back in that I wanted a refund on my second night. I did get the refund after showing the photos to the front desk personnel.

The room was fine and as advertised. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a bit worn, and there was a clump of hair on the floor the whole week I was there...but it really wasn't a big issue. For the price, it was ok.

The room and facility was very clean and the beds comfortable. The location is great for travelers looking for restaurants or shopping. The check in clerk was very friendly and helpful. I asked her about a business or two that I wanted to visit. The clerk looked up the information and called our room with it shortly after we got into our room. She was very helpful and much appreciated.

1st time staying here. Definitely worth it! Our room was clean, beds were Definitely comfortable. No complaints, the only thing I'd suggest maybe get fixed is the bottom of the entry door there's a huge gap. We had to roll and stuff towels in it because we didn't want people to hear us. Breakfast was good too! They had waffles and biscuits & gravy.

This was my second stay, I’m in town weekly for work. Was very impressed overall both stays by the cleanliness and look of the property. Higher caliber than you expect from the Super 8 Chain. Evening staff could be more lively… but he got the job done and check in was very quick, just be prepared to find wall signs to find your room. WiFi on second visit was awful, luckily I’m prepared with a hotspot for those instances. Will definitely be back again.

Ac/heat was responsive, room was nice size, shower was good and the bed was comfortable. I really hate to mention this because mist hotel bathroom sinks water flow rate is anemic at best, but this bath room faucet has too much pressure and water goes everywhere. Most faucets only dribble out. Chair was an older sytle but was comfortable to sit in, the office chair would not raise above lowest option.

This is absolutely not worth $140. This is an $80 hotel room. I had hoped since the price was a bit higher and the pics looked good, it would be better. It smelled like weed, everything was very worn, carpet was torn and our room smelled funky. Breakfast was not much. I’ve stayed in holiday inn express for less money, way newer, cleaner and better breakfast.

Nice clean hotel and rooms. Did NOT like the fact that they charge $100 deposit upon arrival!!! No where when booking your stay says anything about it. So with someone that was budgeting a trip, handing over $100 of my weekend money i was not thrilled with!

Check was TERRIBLE. Be ready to be nickled and dimed and don’t ask for anything beyond normal or else they have fee ready. Don’t expect “breakfast” You lower your expectations so you aren’t disappointed when you arrive.

Arrived early for a family event and was told if we check in early there is a $40 charge which they said was the policy. Never thought so. We didn’t check in early when using the public restroom that was locked. It was very filthy and very smelly. The bathtub dripped water all night and the attendant that said we were going to be charged the $40 was very short and very rude

I am very unhappy with this hotel. I was traveling with one dog and my husband, who is on oxygen. I was ok with it when I was put in a 2nd floor room until I asked after paying “where is your elevator?” The desk clerk said “we don’t have one”….seriously??? He didn’t have the authority to refund my payment and my plea for help to get upstairs with our stuff fell on deaf ears. I had another several day reservation here in September and canceled. I come to this area for dog shows at Purina Farms but am now done with this hotel. I will NOT stay here again!

We were having issues with the TV so we turned it off and when the clerk came to check it when we turned it back on it was fine. After a few minutes it went back to having issues. We let the clerk know the next day and the same thing happened. We discovered that if we turned it off during commercials it would be ok for 10-15 minutes. We were there 5 days and No one ever checked to see if it was working. Very poor customer service. We probably won’t be back if we have other choices. We come to Washington to visit family 2-3 times a year.

We stayed here during the dog show at Purina Farms. It was convenient to everything they put us on the ground floor by the back door making for an easy in and out with the dogs. Hotel clerk was very helpful and pleasant
