The lady working the front desk was extremely nice. We utilized the gym but we had planned to use the pool but it was green so we decided not to. The hotel room was nice but there was not a bed cover under sheet which I didn’t like and the couch in our room could have used a cleaning. The toilet in our room was stopped up so we had to get that fixed, which was taken care of quickly but the toilet ended up doing the same thing again later that night. Over all ut was nice. We only stayed one night so it met our needs.

It was very quiet! Room came exactly like I booked it. It was clean when we got there, no bad smells or anything in the halls. They had Starbucks in the lobby in the mornings.

The property is under construction right now 5/18/24 in some of the areas but the inside of my room is completely coo and clean the price was right ,there was no noise during my stay frim the construction !

1) There is only 1 baby crib in the whole hotel. 2) I checked in at the weekend & they told me breakfast 7-10 at the reception. My stay was up to Monday. No one told me breakfast on the weekdays is up to 9:30. I got to the counter 9:32 they refused to serve breakfast for us. What a disappointment !

Came down this way to watch the Detroit redwings and Colorado Avalanche and I was definitely impressed with the cleanliness, the staff, the location and the price. No real complaints. Other than there may have been too much chlorine in the pool because my eyes were really burning after a swim, but it certainly wasn’t to the degree that would prohibit me from staying here again. I would definitely stay again. Thumbs up.

Let me preface by saying the staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. The room felt off, furniture was pushed in weird spots, the bed was crooked and there was an interesting smell. The room had no soap as well. The pool had no towels even though there was no one in it for over an hour, no one came by to check or replenish. I had to ask the staff for them. The "breakfast" is also misleading on the website. It is not complimentary and your better off going out for breakfast because of cost.

There is dry wall in spot falling off in the pool area , any young child to easily get to & stick into their mouth , other than that it’s a pleasing hotel to stay at

Property is well-worn; the bathroom floor was dirty and sticky—ended up “mopping” the floor with a towel (and it turned brown from whatever had been on the floor. The comforter had a rip in it. The lamp shades were cracked. The curtains were missing some connectors. The grounds were maintained but only barely. There was no charging station for my EV. The only provided toiletries was a small bar of soap. So, not my best Marriott stay.

In general the property , interior was fine, the exterior parking lot needs attention. The food service was expensive. Breakfast of oatmeal, orange juice and coffee for 2 was $39.00 tip. Our meal that evening at the White Horse Inn, with wine & beer dessert was $74.00

Didn’t get the breakfast ticket I paid for until the day I check out and was there two days. Customer service lacked heavily and room was still dirty when I arrived especially bathroom I asked for maintenance/housekeeping no one ever came.

Landscaping in need of improvement. People working on vehicles in the parking lot for some kind of automotive event. Hallways , Rooms, foyer did not smell fresh. Hotel in general did not smell fresh Would not stay here again

I had a truck break down for my company and needed a place to stay. To be honest, this place needs an upgrade. Not worth the price especially with the breakfast having to pay $6.20 for a plan bagel. Overpriced money grab. The room was dated at best the late 90's style and the bathtub was stained and had mold.

The staff was great. The breakfast bistro was very good. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was not as clean as you expect from a Marriott. There was mold in the shower. The door to our room stuck and had to be pushed or pulled extremely hard to open or close. The toilet was very short like an elementary school size.

The place was disgusting. Cleaning wasn’t even half hazard. There was a hole in our floor in room 308. The window is leaking into the room and rotting out the floor. I would never ever stay there again.

I couldn’t use sink because plug in it was broken, and was tightly plugging the only sink in the room. Water was standing there. Room was extremely hot when I came, heater was on maximum, and it was about 65 degrees outside. In the bathtub one of the handles was broken off the wall, and water from the shower came into the opening between handle and wall, inside was mold, looked ugly.

Staff are very polite. Property is nice and rooms are cleaned as they should be. Although, when making the reservation the listing says the rooms are sound proof, false. You hear every sound in the two rooms on each side of you and you hear everything in the hallway. Rooms could be sound proof a little better.

Our door did not shut properly. You had to finagle the handle from the inside for it to shut all the way which made leaving difficult. We could not use our toilet. We were only there one night and did not realize it did not work until late at night which was also inconvient.

Property was average, economically good choice beds comfortable but the staff at the counter, the only person we saw and spoke to because we arrived late and were very tired was rude. This is unacceptable in a service industry. I won’t book again because I felt like I was imposing on her. The man in the morning was much kinder at checkout

Our 1 night stay was very nice. We arrived & checked in around 10pm. The evening front desk attendant, Breanna, was very nice & very helpful. We were very road weary after a 10hr day of traveling from Texas. Breanna's enthusiasm & personality really picked up our spirits & we ended the long day with a restful evening at The Courtyard by Marriott. Thanks Breanna & Thanks Courtyard!

The people we welcoming, the room was great. WHen the TV Remote didn't work they came right up and gave us a new remote that worked. Nice people in the breakfast diner in the hotel, too.
