The towels were dingy, there were unsavory people hanging out all night. Old hairdryer... just yuck. I left a day early and had to forfeit my refund

We reserved a king bed. Were told there was an issue with the "lights" ?? so we couldn't have a king. There were bugs and pubic hair on the floor in the bathroom. (we have pics) Absolutely vile.
