I liked that it was so close to everything in Tomah. The man at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room was nice. The only three negatives are: meh continental breakfast, couple screaming across the hall all day, and no elevator. I thought it was a nice hotel for the price. I would go back, i just hope to god the couple arguing wont be there the next time.

You get what you pay for. Rooms were fairly nice with the somewhat recent updates. Could be cleaner... my kids found a baby bottle under the A/C heating unit. To clarify I don't have babies, so who knows how long that had been there. Limited options for breakfast. The hot tub wasn't working, which would have been nice to know. There was maybe a foot of water in it and like algea on the bottom! The pool was okay, but cold. It was a place for us to sleep that didn't break the bank. I don't think we'd stay here again.

The hot tub was empty the entire stay and the pool was foamy and soapy looking. My boyfriend and I came there to hot tub as he has a cracked sternum. I wish we could have switched to another hotel for the second night, but could not find any help on that topic.

room wasnt clean. garbage from previous guests in the room. bathroom was gross, hair on the floor and in tue shower, soap dispensers were even dirty. half a roll of toilet paper and no back up, no wash clothes, two half folded towels.. i'm far from a clean freak, but gross is gross.. even the mess on the hallway floor stayed there for 3 days.. had we had another option, we wouldnt have stayed.

Best bed for any hotel I ever stayed at (besides having the smallest pillows). Stayed here for a quick night on a road trip and it was fairly nice. McDonald’s and Kwik Trip within a walkable distance with many other restaurants right across the road. I think I came in at a bad time because the one employee working was busy so I had a ten minute wait to check in. Otherwise everything else was great. Will definitely be trying the breakfast or pool next time I come through town :)

They did not have an appropriate room - mold in vents- AC did not work - understaffed at front counter- no elevator for my Mom to use. We did not stay, they refused to change the room to ann acceptable one for my sons ansthma and did not refund my money. I lost my money on the reservation.

The hotel is newly renovated, which is nice. The men checking us in were very kind and quick. Unfortunately, the room was not the best. It seemed like the room was too humid so our feet stuck the floor and it was stuffy, regardless of the air conditioner temperature. The weather was not humid, so it didnt make sense as to the hotel feeling this way. The bed was comfortable but didnt seem quite clean and we felt sticky. The coffee was awful and "breakfast" was more like breakfast snacks. We travel to Tomah frequently and will not be staying here again.

For the price it was an okay place to spend the night, however the beds are horrible the 2 of us bairly slept all night because our backs were so sore laying in the bed. I actually got up at 2 in the morning and slept on the floor. Couldnt get any ice because the ice machine dont work it was hard to find because there isnt even a name on the building. Its fine if you are tired and need a place to stay overnight, but I would find a differnt place if you have a family and need the more service. Only real complaint with 2 grown men is the beds YUCK!

Continental breakfast was day old coffee. Parking with a trailer was a challenge. The hvac was deficient, everything seemed damp in the room but the air was on and running. First aid kit and garbage sitting outside the one entry way door. Not terribly dirty, but not clean though either.

I was hit on by the black front desk guy. When leaving he even tried to give me his personal phone number and room number at hotel. Multiple times during my stay he would flirt with me and made me feel very uncomfortable. Will never ever go back and would rather sleep in my van than stay there again.

Mike was an amazing individual to work with, Reginald was very unprofessional and nit sympathetic at all and really didn't communicate very well with the guest. I had booked my stay but was paying when I arrived that was told of him upon arrival and still didn't know the what when where or whys to handle the businesses of my stay. I don't like that they clear your key cards while your out visiting cause who wants to keep going to the front desk to have their key card activated over and over specially if you have a wonderful night out on the town

Very nice property for the money..hot tub was down when we were there which sucked and breakfast wasnt the greatest but right next door is dennys ans mcdonalds so cant go wrong. Will definitely stay here again when in the area

Stairs and hallway needed vacuumed. No a/c in lobby or halls. No washcloths in room. No coffee cups in room. Empty conditioner bottle in shower. Landscaping makes place look deserted. Located next door to truck stop. Beds not comfortable. Room was very clean. Employees not empowered to resolve issues. They need to do better. Breakfast was not pleasing.

The breakfast area was very messy. Juice,coffee spilled over the counters, tables. Toast crumbs all over. Hardly any milk in the fridge. I was there around 8 am. Waffle batter was spilled on the counter along with syrup. I still enjoyed my waffle. I enjoyed my stay there and I will be back. Using the tv was very confusing.

My room had a strange deodorizer smell. They were masking something. The lobby stairs don't look like they've been vacuumed in a year. It says continental breakfast, but it was quite bare. Families around me were commenting on it as well. Seemed OK for the price but not in line with typical hotels at the same caliber
