Room was clean and comfortable. Requested more pillows which were brought quickly. No elevator so had to carry my bag up the stairs but wasn't a major issue. Breakfast was decent and I was impressed they had greek yogurt.

Staff went above just their job. Spent time showing me the sites that where walking distance, great historical land marks, the whole township very polite, helpful. Two days at Motel was realizing, breakfast was more then just convenience. Hot, fresh, & plenty. Very clean. Great wakeup call, phone&alarm went off at same time. They set alarm (we didn't know how to). The best part for me was the pool, it was more like salt (ocean) then bleach smelling indoor pool. GREAT TWO DAYS.Thank you AmericInn for making a good feeling out of a bad reason for being there.(Picking up someone from prison)

it was a great stay. pool and hot tub were perfect. Only thing I would ask and this go for most of every place. is to make it a rule as not to have anyone smoking at the entrance. other than that a perfect stay!!

We were just there to attend events at Road America. This place was just what we needed with clean room and shower. We didn’t use the pool. Breakfast was standard with waffles, cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausages, coffee and juice. Would stay here again.

Was definitely Not worth the 200.00 a night! I don’t think it has been updated since the 60’s! Had a bad oder. No cleaning service! ( only upon request) We didn’t know or see the sign. Never again!

The location of the hotel was accessible to many restaurants and shopping. Easy to find. The rooms were spacious. The desk clerk, Hannibal, was very helpful with our arrangements.

Room was clean and nice. Bed was really comfortable! Only negative was the eggs and sausage tasted old. We went down with still an hour leftand we got the last of them. They never replenished them while we were there. Overall, pretty happy with the stay

Very disapointed the the attitude of Hanibel. I stay at this particular place several times a year. In addition, I bring other people with me. We have always had great customer service, as a matter of fact the name of the lady the last time I was there was AMAZING was Cristina. That was just in February and we had 2 rooms. Again, Cristina, is a great rep for the company. In addition, my husband left his fitbit watch in Room 118 on March 17th. I called, guess what? I got Hanibel, yep, no customer service. I asked for a callback after a check but nothing again. VERY VERY disappointed.

Great except for breakfast. Person at desk was talking to housekeepers outside my room for quite some time instead of refilling coffee in breakfast room. Had to go get her and then wait while she brewed a whole pumper pot full. Very frustrating. Not the best breakfast value for the price of the room.

We had one issue. I checked in for our two rooms around 4pm on the day of arrival. Our second room was only needed for a shower later the same evening. However, when i went in (around 7pm), the room had not been cleaned. I contacted the front desk who said they will pass the info to the manager. The next morning i spoke with the front desk person who said the manager was aware of our situation and credited the room charge for that day. I understand mistakes happen but i expect management directly handle the situation quickly and this hotel team did a very nice job and was pleasant to work with.

Property was very clean. Owner was at the front desk when we arrived. We were there for a Road America track day event. He said the breakfast was scheduled to.open at 7. But, it was ready at 6 since we had to leave early. Super nice. Typical breakfast options. All very good. Lots of tv channel choices. Downtown was close and within walking distance. Some neat dining options. We will be back.
