The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!! Older hotel but was fine for one night stay just passing through. It was clean and the breakfast area was a small space but again it was fine for a short overnight stay! No elevator so this could be difficult for some people, we only had a small overnight bag and managed ok!

Basic no frills with no elevator which was no big deal for us as we usually take the stairs anyway but the no coffee maker was a as we love our coffee before we get moving but they have coffee downstairs so we survived. The room was clean and comfy.

Breakfast was terrible. no eggs or any kind of meat. Coffee was horrible. Terrible pillows, potty loose on the floor. Furniture is old / broken down and should be replaced. overpriced for the condition of things. Note: no luggage carts. Had to negotiate luggage up and down stairs.

I paid till checkout at 11am but, our key cards wouldn't work to get in the building and back in the room at 10:45 am. Which was the time we were taking our things to the car. What a hassle it was, I let the desk attendent know when I handed him the key cards.

when we were assigned a room, we walked the 3 flights to get to the room (no elevator) the hotel smelled bad, and when we used the key yo get into the assigned room, there was someone in the room already.

The room wa dirty. Thick dust on head board and hair on the pillows. You could even smell perfume on them. Obviously did not clean the sheets!

Room was dirty and had stains on carpets and window drapes. Bathtub shower had someone elses hair and stained tub. Beds were hard, we did not get a good nights rest because of the a/c-heating unit in the next room over would rattle the whole wall every time it kicked on. The free Breakfast was toast, raisin brand, or these tiny "slider" sausage sandwiches. This place might be for some people, just wasnt for us. We ended our stay here early and went to different hotel in the area.

Dirty. Entryway was dirty. Glass doors were dirty. Hallway was dirty. Room was ok. It was questionable whether the sheets had been washed or just bed remade. Bathroom floor felt sticky. Front desk person was dressed to clean out a barn,not greet customers.

The highway noise was difficult to sleep through. I felt like the window was open it was so loud. The entrance at 9:30 pm was difficult to traverse in the rain. Driving through a Hardees and gas stattion parking lot and not hit the 6 in convrete curb that isn't painted and just blends in at night in the rain. I realize that isn't your property but it is an issue for your cutomers.

Surprisingly good for an inexpensive option. I was shocked at how spacious the room was. Inside the room seemed to be in much better condition that the parking lot, entry, and halls of the building. I would probably stay here again.

It's just a small motel in a small town by the side of a highway. It's perfect for what it is, a clean place to sleep. I stay here whenever I visit family who lives in the area. What made it much better this time was the staff. There were two people in particular who were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get their names but the first one was the person who checked me in on Saturday, May 25th, and the second one was the person who was there the next morning, a young man with curly hair who was really helpful, really friendly, and cracked me up when I was eating the continental breakfast the next morning.One morning I got up extra early at 4am, and he got a pot of coffee ready for me and he was very friendly about it, you could tell he wasn't bothered at all to help at an odd hour.

Terrible service. Left message for manager every day of the 4 we were there and never got a response. After traveling most of night, shower would not work. Both of us using cane to get around. Phone in room did not work. Called front desk from mobile only to get answering machine. Had to walk to office (with cane). They said maintenance wouldn’t be in for couple hours. Gave a different room to shower in, upstairs and other end. Walked to it with cane again. Waited 2 hours for maintenance to find out they didn’t come on week-ends! Housekeeper helped to find a different room. Left message to get some kind of accommodation for the inconvenience, especially being disabled, but no response. Never stay here.

Difficult to find driveway using Google directions. From freeway turn right at gas station to take you back to hotel. Checknin was good - we were a very late arrival. The room was clean, albeit a bit older. We stayed on the 1st floor, which had windows at parking level.

We arrived at 7 pm, the front desk clerk didnt speak. Just adked our name and gave us a single key. Told us what our room number was. There were no elevators, I can be ok with that but those with children or luggage may have a issue. We were never advised of breakfast times. When we went for breakfast there were only 2 tables with 8 chairs for the entire building. And breakfast did have biscuits and gravy for the first setting of people. The rest of us were left to eat 2oz containers of yougurt, or toast, and over processed bars, or snack cakes like those from Sam's. Those containers were almost empty and the gent behind the counter dumped boxes of the processed foods out. The employees were eating there breakfast behind the counter complaining about the guests still being in their rooms and the guests using the bathroom. And they were not quiet about it. That was the last straw . We are very perplexed as to how they were rated a 8 out of 10. More like a 2 or 3.

The staff helped and was cheerful. The rooms were basic, but very comfortable and clean. While the breakfast area was small and the selection was low, the food was great for a continental breakfast. Belgian waffles and microwaveable biscuits and sausage. I believe we received much better service than expected at the rates we paid.

Hotel is fine for a quick stop. Breakfast is poor. The front desk reception doubles as the breakfast area with seating for about 6 people, assuming noone is trying to check out. Needless to say, it is extremely cramped.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired, very limited options. Our shower curtain had mold on it. Tried calling the front desk several times for assistance and it was never answered had to go to the desk to get assistance. Lamps in room werent plugged in and no plug nearby to plug it in. Power strips were present in the room.
