Convenience to many dining options, as well as to WalMart and other shopping. Recreational options included heated pool and hot tub, as well as community parks, hiking, etc.

Great price with indoor swimming pool and nice staff. Make sure you get the ground floor by calling ahead, no elevator, but rooms are spacious and have microwave and refrigerator.

The room was very clean. It's an older motel, so it "felt" a little old, but everything was clean. The pool was awesome, as was the hot tub. I just wish they had early morning hours...

The ice machine was broken. Only 1 on the property . The tv in the room didn’t work . Bed was not comfortable . Location was noisy .

Front desk attendant was cheerful & helpful. Room was well cleaned. No towels in pool area during our two visits to the pool Hot tub jets did not work. Breakfast options very limited. Visible damage to cabinetry, pool area, etc. Easy to see why the price was lowest in town.

1. Key would not work on my door on multiple occasions and the back entry door as well. 2. paint/trim peeling. 3. T.V. working on and off on multiple occasions. 4. Phone in room non-functional. 5. Multiple electrical outlets non-operational in room. 6. Jacuzzi non-operational.

Tired to check in at noon. Room was not ready till 5:15pm. The room was run down. Have pictures. Where can I send them. Dirty. Rug was fility. I mean fllthy. No elavetor. A/C never cool the room. Juquzzi was out of service. It may be a flop house. Worst hotel I ever stayed. Need a phone number to call.

very close to restaurants, grocery stores and freeway entrance. swiming pool is available. just one we have to be careful is no elevator in this facility, so if you have a heavy luggage, to have first floor room is helpful.

Bedbugs in two rooms!

I woke up at 12:30 AM having been bitten by bedbugs. They moved me to another room for the rest of the evening but from 12:40 AM to 2 AM. I was up trying to figure it all out. Hotels.com gave me a credit toward another stay at another hotel.

When we first got there, they said it was non-smoking and our room smelt like cigarettes to the point of us gagging. About an hour and a half into our stay, we were bit by something. I moved the sheets back to see the mattress, which was COVERED in bed bugs. We immediately packed our stuff and went to the office to inform them. I’ve called 3 times and the manager is ‘never there,’ the associates have left my phone number and contact information for the manager to give me a call when he is there, and I haven’t had a single call. When I asked for a refund for my room, they said they have to figure out if we brought them in or if they were already there. Highly disappointed and disgusted with our very short stay at Super 8.

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. The first morning of our stay we got a call early in the morning telling us that we needed to change rooms due to an issue with the fire alarm in our room not working. We had to pack up everything and move to another floor to a smaller worse room. Then that night other guests walked into our room because no one had updated in the system that we had changed rooms and the room was now occupied. This was pretty disruptive to our evening and trying to get to sleep for the night. The next morning I woke up with itchy bug bites all over my hand, arm and foot. We then found bed bugs in our bed and were pretty disgusted and upset by this. We immediately went to speak to a manager about this and found an employee that told us that there wasn’t one available. This employee said that she could help us and we explained the situation to her. We requested some sort of reimbursement and she said “I’m not giving you anything” and accused us of lying. I showed her my many bug bites and asked if she would go to the room so that we could show her the bugs and she replied “ I’m not going up to your room”. We showed her pictures that we took of the bug in the bed and she claimed that it wasn’t a bed bug even though it looked exactly like pictures of bed bugs. She then asked how I didn’t wake up when I was being bitten as if that was proof that I was lying. I asked that she get a manager for us to speak to and she said no.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to. There were bugs in the bed, and crumbs and it was just disgusting. Dont stay here.

The room we were given was disgusting. Hair on bed sheets and in the shower, false eyelash on pillow, ants found in the bathroom, freezer had melted ice cream in it and a pile of food or something behind dresser. Made the front desk aware of this and the response was “sorry, the maids don’t do their job half the time” I’ll be sending photos and a complaint letter to cooperate. Also, wouldn’t refund my money for the extra night I had booked but didn’t stay from the filth and conditions. Manager has been out every time Ive asked to speak to him.

Bedbugs!!!

Booked a room here to save money during one night ski trip. Kept expectations low but did not expect to find my self covered in bites and a rash after my stay. My last time trying to save a few dollars, should have stayed somewhere else.

The room needed a lot of work. There was torn, dirty carpets, walls looked horrible and needed painting. Bathroom looked dirty. Rooms smelled clean, but didn't look clean. Elevator would have been much appreciated. Let me know in the app if there is an elevator.

The shower curtain rod drooped and would not stay closed. Carpet looked old and dirty. The door to the room was extremely hard to close and the deadbolt would not lock. The back outside door was hard to close and would not close by itself. The sound on the TV was kind of raspy. I guess that you get what you pay for.

Musty, no AC in room, bad mattress, broken ice machine, poor breakfast

Mattress poor. Back door caved in. Room quite worn. Sink drain clogged. Worked for one night.

The air conditioning in the room was very poor, could not cool the room temperature to a comfortable status. The building is old, but was very clean. No elevator, glad I only had one small bag.

The lighting in the room was very dim. Only one bedside table. My husband wears hearing aids and glasses. I wear glasses. We like to put them on the bedside table, so they are available as soon as we wake up. there was a huge gash on the TV console and also on a chair in the breakfast room. Waffles were available but no bacon or sausage.

Older hotel but maintained pretty good. Decent room for the price.

We were going to be too late to check in due to vehicle trouble. Staff we spoke to on phone was unaccommodating and rude. When I tried to ask if there was any options, he hung up on me. This was completely uncalled for and made an already bad situation worse for us.

We called to see if we could check in early the guy was friendly and kind and checked us in. The next day we went to pool to swim laps were scolded by the front desk lady for having water at pool. Garbage was never chaged 5 days we were there. On day 3 Iwent to ask the Maid for gatbage bags I again was scolded by lady at front desk to not bother staff because it scares them and to ask her. On 4rth day found bed bug on bed. Asked for our beds to be stripped and redressed or to change rooms. Was told that was not possible because they were full and busy. She was watching her phone at the front desk. I stayed at this place said it was dog friendly. It was not. I was questioned if I paid the 20.00 dollar a night fee. I did at check in. I would not recommend this place to anyone. As a 55 year old lady i felt like I was treated like a child and my every move was being watched.

We checked in late. Took 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. When asked if the room was clean we were told smugly" you're at a two-star hotel..." This two star hotel was not cheap

I had prepaid for the rooms. The person at the desk did not know how to work the system. It literally took an hour and twenty minutes for us to get checked in. We won't be staying at this hotel again.

This stay was horrible. The tv and air conditioning did not work. I asked the front desk if they could come fix the tv. She said no that the maintenance guy was gone and then told me to deal with it. I asked for compensation and was told no. The night front desk person was rude. I will never go back and stay!!!

There is road work near by and the way Logan has done their road design makes it hard to get to the location

The bed was as hard as the floor. The pillows were lumpy and felt like they had rocks in them. Location was great.

Nice location close to lots in town. The staff was very friendly and nice when checking in! Overall I had a great stay.

One person to run the whole place. She was out of the office smoking repeatedly while the limited breakfast supplies kept running out. But then I was looking for the cheapest room I could find. I will probably sleep in the car before staying there again.

Continental breakfast was as advertised - coffee, juice, cereal

There was no Kleenex in the room. The breakfast was absolutely ridiculous no yogurt, a few slices of bread an inch of milk in a gallon container. It was the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen in all of my years of traveling.

Good value; staff was very friendly and helpful -- the front desk receptionist even changed my room from upstairs to downstairs bc we had bikes to put in the rooms. The breakfast was pretty good, but would have been better with some eggs (scrambled or even hardboiled would have been fine).

The beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast offerings were meager and unappealing.

The breakfast consisted of bread, waffles and yogurt. We had to go to the front desk to ask for coffee. The lady at the front desk parked her car where you go to check into. We watched several times as vehicles had to back out to let another car through. The fridge had so much ice buildup in the freezer we couldn’t even use it. At a $120.00 a night we expected more. We actually checked out a day early. Very very disappointed.

The room paint is a bit shabby. Breakfast was waffles and two types of cold cereal. The price was pretty good.

We booked a king room and were given two queens. They were full for the night and were not able to change that. The power cord was missing from the TV. Again, they were unable to accommodate a new room or replacement cord. The manager gave us 25$ off our stay which was really nice. The room was clean, the pool room was hot at first but once they got the fan turned on it was fine. Breakfast options consisted of waffles, toast or cereal. The fridge in breakfast room literally had 3 yogurts and an almost empty gallon of milk. Left much to be desired. There’s no elevator. However, the room smelled nice, staff was friendly, and it ended up being an affordable option for the evening. Not high quality but what can you expect for a cheap rate? It checked the boxes it needed to check. My son enjoyed the pool, my hubby enjoyed the price, I appreciated the cleanliness. Not a bad option if you’re on a tight budget!!

Not a bad price. Staff was nice. Breakfast was toast, waffles, a couple cereal choices or packaged oatmeal with juice or coffee. The breakfast area and corners of the room could use more cleaning.

They need to clean the showers. Other then that its a nice place
