We had bad communication from the moment we checked in the lady was rude like we interrupted her day checking in. We were not told everything was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. And we paid a $300 deposit due at check in, and she said would be refunded upon checkout it was less than 300 and can’t seem to get an answer why! It was refunded 4 days after check out. Tried telling Tim the manager a few things wrong with the villa before we decided to stay another day so he was aware (just so kids could use the water park at least for her bday ). He could have cared less and just passed it off as he would tell maintenance, but didn’t write one thing down.

Terrible stay! Nothing was open during our visit! The Tree Tops Cafe was listed as being open but wasn't most days. Then when it was it opened later than it should and closed earlier. The main restaurant was closed the entire stay. The water park was also closed! My suggestion....find a better place to stay. They don't give any type of discount when everything is closed!
