Front staff gave incorrect answers: can I turn off the fan? They said no, but I figured out how. Where is the nearest pharmacy: they said Walmart, no, it was Target. Also no use of the pool and gym--under renovations, but the hotel cost still includes it. Expensive for what you get.

Good, comfy, safe, clean and modern. easy parking, good location and helpful staff. Store items and room rental prices were on the high side. For that price breakfast should have been included. No jacuzzi in pool and pool water was not heated enough.

Nowhere were we told hotel was undergoing renovations . Lobby having extensive work done with plastic tarps around it. Very noisy and poor air quality. Could not enjoy our meal, which was surprisingly served adjacent to the dusty remodeling. Pizza we ordered was burned beyond edible. When we complained to the waitress, she just said I’m sorry. No offer of an alternate and no comp. On the upside, room was quiet and recently remodeled, but still overpriced if booking direct with Hilton.

The front desk staff..the cleanliness..the ammenities all very good.. But the pool is closed down unexpectedly for some reason and that was supposed to be the main highlight of our stay here for my kids. So disappointed..given the nightly rate I paid..if I knew there will be no pool whatsoever we would have gone somewhere else.

The hotel was severely overpriced, the room was large but not very clean. Dirty toilet paper was gross, bed sides had fresh stains, and overall, the hotel felt nice because its new, but not because its cared for. Most of the staff was not friendly, only the lady at check out. They have a bunch of processed snacks for sale, and the ice machine on the floor was so loud, I heard it all the time. One good thing was that pets are allowed and WiFi worked great.

Overall our stay was pretty great. There was construction for renovation going on, which will be a good thing going forward. Most important the hotel overall and the room were VERY clean. Rooms themselves were quiet and would stay there again.

We has 2 rooms. One in renovated room and one not. The one not obviously needs a renovation but it was comfortable. Low water pressure in the shower was the only improvement we could think of.

I thought the property was perfect however I was surprised upon arrival that I needed to pay a 75.00 pet fee that I wasn't aware of . I understand hotels have fees put it shouldn't be hidden when looking for hotels. I was disappointed by this but other than that breakfast could of been better, they ran out of coffee not filling back up for people and I thought it should of been more organized.

So we only had a one night stay in this hotel and it was fantastic. the room was cozy and comfy. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel smelled beautiful. The front desk staff was great and the service in the restaurant for breakfast was fantastic and the pancakes were delicious.

In the morning, we went down to what we thought was a continental breakfast. we were about to sit down with our plates and a staff person asked how we would like to pay. She informed the cost was $20.89. I wasn't going to pay that for a small portion of scrambled eggs and a couple sausage links. so she said just leave the plates there, we did and walked out. After that we purposely look around and did not see anything about a price for the breakfast. very disappointed to say the least, I will never stay there again.
