We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very close to the downtown and right near the Mississippi River and walkway. We also took the shuttle service they offer to the train station.

The plumbing in bathroom did not work properly. There was no restaurant and the pool and hot tub was closed. There was no warning. The location was beautiful but the room was not nice. I would not stay again.

My main issue was the codes for getting into and out of the parking lot. I get it but literally had 3 guest and your parking gate asking what’s the code and one guest drove their van over the curb because they didn’t want to go back and ask. When I called there was no one to talk to and go straight to voice mail which was full. Get a lot of questions on gate number? Besides that get area and place to be but just bugged me with the gate.

The location is nice and walkable to most resturants and bars. The property itself is nice but the parking is terrible if there's an event going on next door. You wont get a parking spot as the Raddison doesn't control the parking like they should. I, couldn't believe they don't allow the paying customers to park in the lot right in front of their building, instead it's first come first "park" and the rest have to find some other place to park. , find this odd at most!

Perfect Oktoberfest USA hotel. The guest and staff were top notch and it's close enough to walk, far enough to not hear it all and comfortable enough to take a mid-day break in the pool.

For the price I paid for a two queen room I would expect the light fixtures to work and be fully attached to the wall. The bath tub had hair clumps in it, the bathroom floor was filthy after we picked up the bath mat after our shower. The beds were so uncomfortable and comforter/duvet wasn’t even the fI’ll length of the bed. The walls are paper thin and the pool super small. Will not stay again and would not recommend.

Staff was very friendly both on check-in & check out! Room was super clean! My husband & I were in Lacrosse for our daughter’s graduation from University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. The hotel is connected to the LaCrosse Center where the actual ceremony took place so it was super convenient, especially with the extremely cold temperatures!! Also, we had a beautiful view of the river & the rotary holiday lights! Had dinner in the hotel restaurant after the ceremony & it was great! Food was delicious & service was fabulous!

It was very disappointing. There was hair in our sink and crumbs on our desk top. It was as if the room was maybe not cleaned. The pool had hair in it as well. The hallway outside our door had a dirty Q-tip and looked like dried food. We have stayed at the Radison in La Crosse many times, this time was different. The staff member working was very pleasant and gave us a new room. The hallway was cleaned up quickly. Would like to stay again love the location, but honestly will have to think about it.

We stayed on the sixth floor overlooking the Mississippi river. We walked into the room and it smelled like a musty damp basement. The room smelled that way during the entire stay. It was very uncomfortable. The room, including the bathroom, is dark. It’s just not very inviting.

We thought everything was lively except shower was low pressure and hard to adjust water temperature, and fitted sheet was not big enough for the mattress so it kept pulling off the mattress. Charles on he front desk was very helpful as was Mia, our server at breakfast. Loved the riverfront location. Would be helpful if you could advise in your confirmation that GPS will direct us to the WRONG side of the hotel — we did not know that and with difficulty hauled our bags up two sets of stairs to enter the west side of the hotel. If we had been advised, we would have parked in the parking lot on the west side and been able to roll our suitcases directly into the hotel. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

It was nice. Shower head didn't have enough pressure. Hot water in sink didn't work well. Air conditioner didn't work properly, there were gurgling noises the whole time it ran. Lighting wasn't good. Room was clean and restocked the next day. Front desk staff were great. Location was great.

Wonderful 3 nights on the 7th floor. The staff suggested the upgrade to the 7th floor to be above the trees and our view of the river was fantastic. Just a warning that rooms on lower floors, while on the river side might have a fairly obstructed view of the river because of all the trees. Wintertime is probably not as much of an issue. The room was not large but adequate and had been redone serveral years ago it seemed. Staff was very responsive to any concerns. The energy of being off the RIverside Park was wonderful. Good eating all within easy walking distance.0

Special shout out to Anthony on 9/17 who did some quick-thinking troubleshooting to resolve a problem with our reservation. I thought I reserved a double queen room but when we arrived, there was one bed in an ADA room. We had had a long day's drive and really wanted/needed our own beds to rest. Anthony swapped our room with another guest who needed only one bed. We really appreciated his effort to resolve the situation.

The area around the hotel is beautiful and nothing wrong with the room. Unfortunately, When being checked in the staff assigned me to a room that was already occupied. I opened the door, my dogs went in and I saw shoes/a dark room; people were sleeping in bed. I was nervous and did not feel safe all night as someone could mix this up. If safety is your priority I’m unsure you’d want to stay here. When I went down to the staff after the mix up they put me in an accessible room with the bed on the floor and a smaller bed than originally booked (even after such a scary mix up). They did eventually rectify this and two rooms later I was finally in the room I booked. This was all at 9/930pm after traveling all day. It’s unfortunate this occurred as I was excited for my stay at the radisson as I stay in la crosse monthly and have never had issues with any hotels in the area.

This place is very nice, clean, quiet, very hospitable and friendly staff, very accessible to the convention center next door and all the nearby restaraunts/shopping. The room and the bed was perfect. We would definitely stay here again, I only gave it a 3 star rating on staff and service because the dining room was terribly understaffed. The 2 of us and another group of 3 stood in line at the entrance of the dining room for 15 minutes for a 10am Sunday breakfast. When we were seated, the dining area was less than 1/2 full of current diners with the remaining tables unbussed with previous diners dirty dishes. The few wait staff themselves were great and working very hard to try to get ahead just serving the existing customers with little time to clean up and ready the “used” tables.

This is a very nice waterfront hotel, clean, comfortable. The bar service was impeccable and we got to watch the Packers game! The food in the dining room is good but had to wait an hour plus to be seated because a 10 top was seated and they couldn't handle a table of two along with that in an otherwise empty restaurant.

Very nice property, staff friendly. Bar and restaurant hours, not so great, kinda hit and miss. No directory in room, or options for local dinning. Kudos to housekeeping staff 👍👍 I left all my jewelry in the room drawer after I left. I called 1 hour later, realizing my mistake. Next day they called and said it would be boxed up and set to me. 😳 this was some of my very good jewelry .

I will never stay here again. We paid to have breakfast included and it was not. There was not even a continental breakfast like some of the cheaper hotels have. The rooms vere tiny no microwave, no pad and pen, The door did not lock unless you pulled on it really hard, I found that out the second day there. The toilet seat was not even on straight, and the lighting was terrible. The ice machine was way at the end of the hall and was not even marked. I brought my Roku stick with and it did not even work with their internet which was awfully weak. I had to use my phone as a hotspot for internet We paid over $1600 for 5 nights thinking it was going to be a great stay but it was an awfull one. Next time we will use the trusted comfort inn. They have never let us down once. Radisson is a rip off. Never again!!!!

The Radisson is easy to find and enjoys an excellent central location in downtown La Crosse, immediately beside the Mississippi River. There is a huge parking lot directly in front of the hotel, and the free parking was very convenient. Check-in was extremely efficient, and I particularly appreciated being given a room on a high floor with a wonderful view over the riverfront park and the Mississippi River, with the Minnesota bluffs visible in the distance. I did not use the hotel’s other facilities, but the bar and restaurant looked very convenient and also appeared to offer attractive views towards the river. The hotel is only a very short and easy walk from the centre of town, where there is a good selection of bars and restaurants. This was a comfortable and very conveniently located place to stay, and I would definitely choose the Radisson again if I returned to La Crosse.
