It was a windy winter day during our stay, but kept warm inside Hotel is on edge of town so really felt the wind The rumble strips on the road by us were heard all night, but were still able to rest well Used the pool & exercise room which was nice to have We enjoyed our stay with friendly staff

Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Right next to food and grocery store. Unfortunately- the pool is empty and the room filled with mattresses- so be sure to check pool status if that's important!

Room was clean and everything working. Check in fast and easy. We were in room 104 which is the hwy side of hotel if noise is a problem request a room with odd numbers. Hotel sits back from road but still some big truck traffic. Pool is still closed so disappointed as it is a nice way to stretch out after traveling. Breakfast okay- something to start your day.

For a place to sleep its fine but not happy the pool is closed they said its closed for maintenance but clearly has been closed for sometime and have no plans to open it because it is being used for storage now lots of mattresses in there I will look for a hotel with pool next time

Farm land with nice location. Bill board and website said pool and hot tub available but they were closed. Rediculous price for services not rendered. A 50 percent refund is due at a minimum. Night staff was just plain rude. Day shift was probably first day on job as they discussed power washing the entrance which was needed. Not impressed. Stay somewhere else.

We chose this hotel because of the pool amenity and good reviews. We were recieved very graciously by the receptionist, kudos to her. We unpacked and went directly to the pool, and was mer with a sign that the pool was closed due to issues. Should have been made aware of this prior to check in, as it was a major part of our decision to stay here. The room is as described, and reception was great, but completely disappointed my two boys. We stopped their 1st love early (ripping laps on a MX track) to come here to swim somes laps ay your pool. Where we totally could have just kept ripping the track. Do i ask for my money back and go somewhere with a pool? No, I'm not that kinda guy, but sheesh...

Very disapponited with front desk lady . She was rude to us stated we couldn't change credit cards but then allowed us to. Beds were small and uncomfortable and the halls and room smelled like mold. When checking out and asking for receipt same lady said she didnt know if she could at first. She very unprofessional.

Very close to Crazy Horse memorial, Mount Rushmore, and Custer State Park. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected with eggs, sausage, waffles and menu was changed daily. Our only problem was a strong garlicy odor in the room. They attempted to remedy it, but the smell persisted to some degree during our stay. I must the odor was only in our room, not anywhere else in the hotel and our room was otherwise clean.

Seemed to be in a safe area. Breakfast was good. Daytime staff was kind. Beds were super comfortable. That is the good. The bad: took 20+ minutes for the attendant to come check us in at 11:20pm upon anrrival and then did not apologize for the wait or really speak to me. Very awkward. Upon walking to our room there were multiple dehumidifiers in the hallway. When we got into our room it was so damp that the floor felt wet. The room door would only latch if force was applied. The bathroom door would not latch at all. There was a large spider in our room that night and a large cockroach-looking bug in the morning as we were getting ready to leave. VERY disappointed in our stay. Will not be staying there again!!

I stayed here for the period July 21 to the 25th and not one time was my room cleaned. At the rate of $139 a night that is absolutely ridiculious. If you wanted service you had to go down request it (and I believe for an extra charge) or if you wanted fresh towels you had to bring your used towels down to have them replaced with fresh linens. I only stayed here because there were NO other hotels with vacancies in the area. And, to add insult to injury, the breakfast, while ample, the "hot" items were cold and needed to be mircowaved. The overall condition of the hotel was fine, but the room service is uncalled for.

It's a pretty nice hotel in a very nice town. Room was big and clean (although slightly musty due to humidity), beds are clean and comfortable. Shower was hot with great water pressure. Drained well.

I have stayed here quite a few times this summer for work. The only real complaint I have is, the tv's are sub par. At least twice I had a tv that didn't work properly, ie: remote didn't work, or something else. No biggie

Over my six day stay I started hearing doors slamming and house keeping cart rolling around 7:30am daily. I don't sleep in so that didn't overly bother me, but the customer service at the front desk was abysmal. For example, one family member that flew from Texas and booked a handicapped room because they have mobility issues arrived to be told their wasn't a handicap room available, but since the rest of the family was staying at the Baymont and he already had the hotel he decided to stay. I personally felt like an inconvenience whenever I asked for anything from the front desk, especially during the night shift. At one point the key reader to my door went out, we spent 15-20 minutes fixing it in the hallway at midnight, and then the front desk took my keys. When I want back later that night to ask for another key, because I didn't have any, she rolled her eyes at me. The stay was fine.

While this property is a good ten mile from I80 the site was well maintained and the the clerk at the front desk gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner in town. We'll be back on our next trip.

I was able to check in about 45 minutes early, and my stay was pleasant. A/C unit kept the room nice and cool amidst temperatures in the high 90s. Breakfast was great each morning, and served over a large window of time (6 AM to 10 AM). Free wi-fi, and lots of TV channels to watch the Olympics. Great place!

We arrived at 9:50 and the front desk clerk told us she was off at 10 but would ask the night clerk to keep the pool open a little later for us. The night clerk refused. But the morning clerk and late afternoon clerks were very nice. Breakfast was good.
