Staff was friendly. Had a room booked for 4, K with sleeper sofa. Had no bedding for sofa-had to go to desk to retrieve it, room only had 2 bath towels and hot tub was lukewarm. I would have thought the hotel would have been a little bit nicer. Found a lighter laying around in the room with some change on the floor.

Social areas were very nice and well laid out. meal options were good. Only negative was no shuttle service to or from airport. Shuttle service is available free ‘only’ to corporate customers..which was a big negative. So, No problem because Uber was the go-to get around service. Minutes wait time only for the area.

First there was NO HEAT IN MY ROOM. The hot tub was cold, the pool was about same temp as hot tub. The hot tub had paint chips and was dirty, almost like dryer lent in the pool. The bed was clean. The bathroom was clean but old, maintenance is not high on their list. Sink leaked in bathroom. Would not stay here again. Especially when it was in 30's with No Heat, literally turned up to 80 n freezing cold.

We really liked that there was a restaurant on site, fire pit area. The breakfast was just ok. I was there 3 nights.Breakfast wes the same. Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and assort fruit/cereal. Change it up sometimes! It wasn't worth the $9

The hotel provided exactly what we needed. Very clean and staff was very nice and helpful. We didn’t need the shuttles but they were available. Only a few hiccups. Hot tub wasn’t hot- but on 90 degree days that was ok. There wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Lastly, Expedia lists room service, but this wasn’t an option that we could find. There was a bar down stairs that served apps, maybe they could’ve been delivered to the room? Overall pretty good stay. I’d go back.

The hot tub was not working, and no one mentioned this at check in and there was no signage in the pool area to make you aware of this. The bathroom sink faucet and it's plumbing was broken and leaking we put a towel under it for the dripping.The toilet was not flushing correctly, we had to request it to be plunged which happened while we went to the lounge. We only had to ask once for this service. The breakfast was tasteless and expensive. Their were no tea bags anywhere on the property... as in none. That was a first for me and I would like to know why. The young man at the breakfast bar could not communicate in English, although he was pleasant and tried to figure out what you needed. The desk staff was not friendly at check out. Our room was clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. Cory at the bar was very well trained and and gave great service on our Friday evening at the lounge restaurant.The bar food and drinks were very good. The staff at check in were friendly and provided good service.

Clean, spacious and nicely appointed room, attractive hotel. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and very dedicated to making sure the guests are happy. Fran in the bar and grill, Nicola at the front desk, and shuttle drivers Joe and Elaine all went well above and beyond to help me out with things I needed. Very pleased with my stay.

2 king sized beds, spacious room, nice wardrobe to hang clothes. Comfortable beds. Quiet room, couldn't hear other visitors. Overall one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in, although there were some wrappers left near our bed and a fair amount of hair in the shower. No mold though! Carpets were nice. Neutral smell throughout facility. Non-smoking.

The hotel itself is very nice. The issue that was, the first room smelled like sulfur, the second room. The air conditioning did not work, the third room did not smell fresh and clean. Finally, the fourth room was nice, but not the room type that I had reserved and paid for. All night, one and two the room was lightly cleaned. On days three and four, the rooms were not clean. I spoke with Management and they were more concerned with proving that the rooms had been cleaned. Why not just walk upstairs and see that the room was not cleaned. This is my experience and I do not generally complain, but this was ridiculous. I have stayed at this hotel chain in other cities and my Stay has always been wonderful, with the exception of this location.

Bathroom was dirty in the room with a dirty used washrag in the shower and trash left on the nightstands. The beds smelled strongly of a man's cologne. The floors were poorly vacuumed and I saw food from a previous guest left under the bed. Overall, the room seemed unclean.

For the price of this hotel the stay wasn’t bad but I expected way more attention to detail around the property. Some of the wall paper was starting to peel and show its age on some parts of the wall. It was winter during my stay and there wasn’t any janitorial staff mopping up entry way tile from snow/ice. Elevator walls needed to be wiped down from finger prints and wall air condition vents need to be wiped down. Additionally, the bathrooms in each room needed to be swept to ensure there isn’t any dust/ hair on them. Also make sure that lightbulbs in light fixtures and lamps are replaced. Perception is reality for a guest.This is just a few places the hotel should start on

Our room was filthy disgusting, and worrisome. Our bathroom had blood on the walls, other pieces of "organic" unidentified material, the cosmetic mirror in the bathroom had briwn lipstick on it (at least I hope it was lipstick) and the bed closest to the window had what appeared to be vomit down the side. Needless to say our nice night out turned into a night of horrors thinking we caught something by walking into the room. We did not even wait until check out. The very slim pickings breakfast is extra per person - Go to the Arlington Rd hotels or Hartville They are super clean and have amazing included breakfast. Oh and the pool is not much bigger than the hot tub. Not even joking. I wasted every single penny.

The staff here couldn’t be nicer - all of them were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is a lot outdated and our room had a few spots that could have been cleaner, but overall, it was a good deal for the price.

Shower was dirty, brown goo on the wall. No soap or shampoo provided. Bathroom sink drain looked like mold in it. There was hair in the bed. Stains on some pillows. Musty smell. Loud air conditioner unit. Very let down with conditions of the room. I made the best of it. The front desk staff was friendly and this shouldn't be their fault. This seems like a management issue.

Upon check in we were given a room on the first floor. When we walked in, the room reeked of mildew. We went back the front counter and asked for our room to be changed. They stated that they were fully booked but the manager would look at the room. As it turns out, the room must of had a serious water leak because the carpet was soaked. It wasn’t until another guest complained about their room having mold that the the manager would actually listen to us and gave us another room. The decor here is not so much Cambria, and more remodeled Comfort Inn. The front desk employee was awesome as was the bartender. Food is boring and tasteless. Definitely avoid this place.

The hotel room was a nice size; it was comfortable and kept clean. I also liked that the hotel was conveniently located near the highway. The cost of the three day stay was very pricey. In addition, our room faced the highway and the traffic noise could be heard during the night. Dining was limited as well with only fast food options available within walking distance.

Booked a 2 queen bed room. Never had a room with tons of road noise from the highway - terrible! Also the mattresses were a wreck! we simply sank in them and the frame was squeaky every time one would turn... This is unacceptable in this times - at a 3 star hotel. They have a real issue. It was clean but as most people would use a hotel for sleeping - it was simply a BAD experience!

There was a loud whistling sound coming from the bathroom. We closed the door and turned on a fan to drown out the noise. I did not call the front desk because we never arrived until after 12 am and had driven for 8 hrs and needed to sleep. Not sure how the rating for the hotel is so high. It needs updating.

The hotel was in a great area with things to eat nearby. There was also a bar and restaurant inside the hotel which is always a plus. We had to move rooms because our Tv and a few light's weren't working. Once we switched, everything was great. Had issues two nights in a row with rowdy guest. Cops were called. The front desk guy said it was taken care of. The next same issues occurred. Didn’t sleep two nights in a row. Asked if I wanted to change rooms at 11:30 at night. How about you remove the guest who are causing the disturbance. Not a mother and her child. Poor management. Never called me on this issue. It was brought up to three staff members.

Close to where we were visiting Dirty bathroom-toilet seat had stains We asked for room service second day-new towels, toilet paper, make beds etc. Staff said they would, then when we returned late in the evening, NOTHING was refreshed and when I called the front desk they apologized they were short staffed and told me I had to come downstairs to get clean towels and toilet paper. What service!

The staff here couldn’t be nicer - all of them were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is a lot outdated and our room had a few spots that could have been cleaner, but overall, it was a good deal for the price.

This is the first hotel I have stayed at that requires you to make a reservation for maid service...with 24 hour notice. This in the name of being eco-friendly. I call it being cheap. We were "allowed" to go to the front desk for clean towels. Also I have two $100 pending charges for sundry expenses -- I was told there would be one. I had no sundry expenses. Parking lot was being reclaimed by nature...asphalt cracked and sinking. This place was dismal!

Checked in, when I went to the room, I used my card to enter the room. The TV was on, beds unmade, dirty laundry on one bed. I went back to the desk told them are you sure you gave me the right room, told them about the room’s condition they said they didn’t understand me, didn’t offer another room. I was frustrated and they called the police and said to leave.

The hotel room was a nice size; it was comfortable and kept clean. I also liked that the hotel was conveniently located near the highway. The cost of the three day stay was very pricey. In addition, our room faced the highway and the traffic noise could be heard during the night. Dining was limited as well with only fast food options available within walking distance.

This property is close to family we come to town to see. We have stayed here before but the facility needs a lot of work and a major deep clean. It would have also been nice to know there was major construction on the main road which made it difficult for Uber to find the entrance (drove around for 10 extra minutes due to it). Some of the front desk staff are very unpleasant. Can say we will not be back.

Property was convenient for our stay but did require us to drive through a construction zone every day. Stayed here a few years ago and hotel has gone down hill. Cleaning and maintenance poor. Seems pretty mismanaged.

The beds were big and comfy. The service was good and the front desk very responsive. Only 5 mins from the airport and 12 minutes from shopping malls and centers. If you are going to visit the Pro Hall of Fame village this is the perfect stay very close but a lot less per night.

Social areas were very nice and well laid out. meal options were good. Only negative was no shuttle service to or from airport. Shuttle service is available free ‘only’ to corporate customers..which was a big negative. So, No problem because Uber was the go-to get around service. Minutes wait time only for the area.

We really liked that there was a restaurant on site, fire pit area. The breakfast was just ok. I was there 3 nights.Breakfast wes the same. Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and assort fruit/cereal. Change it up sometimes! It wasn't worth the $9

The hotel provided exactly what we needed. Very clean and staff was very nice and helpful. We didn’t need the shuttles but they were available. Only a few hiccups. Hot tub wasn’t hot- but on 90 degree days that was ok. There wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Lastly, Expedia lists room service, but this wasn’t an option that we could find. There was a bar down stairs that served apps, maybe they could’ve been delivered to the room? Overall pretty good stay. I’d go back.

The hot tub was not working, and no one mentioned this at check in and there was no signage in the pool area to make you aware of this. The bathroom sink faucet and it's plumbing was broken and leaking we put a towel under it for the dripping.The toilet was not flushing correctly, we had to request it to be plunged which happened while we went to the lounge. We only had to ask once for this service. The breakfast was tasteless and expensive. Their were no tea bags anywhere on the property... as in none. That was a first for me and I would like to know why. The young man at the breakfast bar could not communicate in English, although he was pleasant and tried to figure out what you needed. The desk staff was not friendly at check out. Our room was clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. Cory at the bar was very well trained and and gave great service on our Friday evening at the lounge restaurant.The bar food and drinks were very good. The food was horrible, they advertise it as a restaurant but it’s more of a “dive bar!” The hotel doesn’t have room service! We ordered and picked up our food from Tavern Grill!!! Which is located a couple of blocks away from the hotel. All you need to know about the cleaning service is that, I had a plate in my room for three days!!!

The night shift person was very confused about the room I payed for, but it was for a friend from NC, Michael, gave them his name and the staff didn't want to give him his room! After about to order three call,he finally got his room, if I knew he was going to have a problem getting the key I would have gotten the key myself when I paid for the room earlier that day!!!!! Also on your reservation service please get someone who can speak good English, couldn't understand a word she was saying!!!!!!
