Nice place with convenient dining. Could use some old world wines in the bar. Close to the airport with a shuttle. However, shuttle doesn't run on Sunday and Monday. Desk clerk went over and beyond the call of duty to get us to the airport.

I didn't like the banging coming from the floor above as they are renovations. I didn't like the swimming area as there was bugs and the spa didn't work and large chunks of paint coming off. The elevator was always dirty. The breakfast wasn't any good. They offered a hot breakfast but no such deal. I cold breakfast for a price and thd same every morning. I think we weren't pleased . We had no idea the place was being renovated. Was sad that after staying there a number of time we probably won't stay again

The hotel is under construction/renovation which led to some very noisy times while trying to sleep/rest/relax, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The rooms have very nice adjustable blackout curtains which allowed for a nice dark room for sleeping. Also appreciated that the room temp could be adjusted to be quite cool. The front desk person who checked us in was not overly friendly or personable but everyone else we interacted with was kind. Would stay here again.

The hot tub was down when I check in and no one told me until I dressed to go down. We stayed because of the hot tub due to the tournament we were in. Then breakfast never happened the next morning due to staffing which we needed also because of the tournament we were in. We ended up having to go out and get breakfast on a short time crunch. Not happy with my stay at all.

My first stay at Hilton in Great Falls, MT. Was expecting a comfortable, quiet, relaxing stay. Carpets in suite were filthy to say the least. Lack of sleep due to wind blowing thru wall mounted heating/cooling unit. Way over priced for the suite. Definitely will not even consider revisiting this hotel unfortunately. Very disappointed.

This is the most rundown Hilton I have ever stayed at. The bathroom was grody and needed new calk and grouting. The carpet was stained and completely ripped up at our door. Candy under the bed.

The service and room was good besides the unleveled floor by the door- we kept tripping over it which isn’t good. They do a late check out but make sure and remind them or ask them when you check in and remind them later because they called me and said check out is noon then I had to explain to them that I told them when I checked in I wanted a late checkout and that guy was supposed to make a note of it but he looked nervous so I don’t think he did anyway that was the bad part because they didn’t let housekeeping know and they bugged us in the morning other then that nice hotel.

Antonio was absolutely amazing! He truly understands the meaning of service with a smile. He greeted us with enthusiasm and made sure our stay was memorable. We wish him much success in his career. Cat was our breakfast server, she was very friendly and made sure our coffee cup stayed full. She gave attention to detail. This was by far the best staff we had at a hotel in years.

When I first arrived, I had a mixup with my room reservation. The guy at the front desk pointed out my mixup and was able to cancel my reservation and make one for that night. The room was very clean and had a nice view out the window. I would definitely stay there again whenever I am in the area.
