Hotel was comfortable for a quick stay for a concert. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical, but hot and fresh. Coffee service was available after breakfast. We were in an accessible room, and it was the biggest non-suite room I've ever seen. Bed was firm, but not as comfortable as my home bed. Good value. No problem with key cards at any point.

We did not have hot running water today. We had to fly home after 102° weather, smelly and stinky and sweaty. The toilet didn’t always flush. Sometimes it took 2 to 3 times just to get pee to go down. And we were on the first floor.It was noisy people running around and slamming doors and having fights in the hallway. The ladies that worked at the front desk were both very friendly and accommodating. I had to swith rooms because there was something wrong with the TV in my room. No problem at all. Breakfast options were good. The area was clean. Parking was safe and available. There were lots of food places near by.

I was nervous about parking in the back with all the parking spots close to the building taken by all the plethora of spectrum vans,My car was safe lol and the extra lightening on the trees help.Overall it was a good stay,front desk was very pleasant and polite. We will return again. Thank You

The surroundings were nice and very convenient to stay here. Hotel was close to a lot of places where we really didn’t have to be to much around traffic .Breakfast was good ,room was very clean and comfy , front desk people were very friendly and I was able to even check in early :) I will definitely be staying here again

We stayed 1 night for a Cowboys Game. Arrived to the Hotel @ 2, the lady at the desk was so nice and friendly, checked us in early, and upgraded our room to a Suite!! The room was very clean, the hotel smelled clean, all the staff was nice, and very helpful!!! Im very picky about Hotels, would definitely stay here again!!!

The visit was not great at all. Not only was the room filthy but the water in the sink and tub did not drain properly. The tub filled up as I was showering. I also had an incident where 2 men walked into the room with full access. I called the front desk and was told that it was an accident and he intended to give me room 224 but stamped the key card for 224. Mins you the envelope even said 224. I also explained how dirty the room was and was told that housekeeping would come the next day and thoroughly clean the room but the room looked exactly the same the next day with the exception of clean towels and the beds being made. He (the front desk clerk) informed me that I would receive a credit for a few nights and I still have yet to see a credit. I will give it til the end of today and I will contact the manager in the morning if I do not see the credit for at lease two nights. I feel that I should be credited for all 3 nights especially since I had uninvited guests.

Everything was fine, the food was good. My only complaint was that the tile in the bathroom was cracked and loose, not a real big deal, but it does present a pinch hazard to ones feet.

Hampton Inn management needs to address the cleanliness of the bathroom. Our room had a shower with a glass door, which I like. But, the glass door had mold accumulated on the bottom which broke off as taking a shower. This is a health risk

I booked for double beds and was advised upon check out they did not have any double beds. The front desk girl was very nice and changed us to a king suite. We went to the room turned the air on and went to the pool for an hour or so. When we returned the room was not cooled down so I advised the front desk and she said she would get a fan for us and I stated the fan is only got push hot air around. She said to give it a bit and see if it cools off. 2 hours later I advised the front that the t was not cooling off. She again said she would get a fan if it didn’t cool off in an hour.

This was a quick trip for personal business. Your front desk clerk Valerie was truly amazing. She was friendly and helpful above and beyond what is expected. Kudos to her. I will definitely stay at this hotel upon my next trip.

We booked this hotel so we could attend a concert in Dallas. The concert was cancelled less than one week before the check-in date (2 days after we had booked our stay). The hotel refused to give a refund or credit, claiming policy for online bookings. An expedia rep even contacted the hotel on our behalf, but they wouldn't budge. Missing the concert was bad enough, this added salt into the wound. I travel a lot, and typically hotels are willing to at least give you credit for a future visit in these kinds of circumstances. The fact they were unwilling to discuss this at all or try to come to any sort of compromise means they have lost a customer for future visits. Very disappointed.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they didn’t have our actual reserved room and we ended up in a double instead of a king- apparently stay overs are given preference. However the room was very clean and bed comfortable. The AC unit, while nice and cold, does run pretty loudly. The area was easy to get around in and seemed safe.
