Clean room, helpful staff. Everything well.

Staff was very pleasant. Definitely don’t feel like the rooms were clean.

Definitely would not go back. When we arrived and went to our room, it had an unbearable odor. We asked to beloved which, I wouldn’t normally do but, it was awful. We moved to a second room and, there was one towel, a quarter size roll of toilet paper, and dirty socks under the cover of one of the beds, and women’s hair all over the pillows. As if, someone slept in it and they just made the bed without cleaning any of the linens. They offered to move us again but, it was just a lot to do for a third time. The staff was ver friendly and accommodating and, the breakfast was decent. But, very dirty and unkept.

The jacuzzi was a pain! Took a lot to turn the jets on. The staff was the best very apologetic. But driving over a hour on the basis of the jacuzzi room it was very disappointing
