The bed was very uncomfortable and sunk towards the middle, and the rooms look like something out of the 1970s. The only good thing was a nice big screen TV. The toilet wobbled. And there was no elevator to second floor.

This Days Inn is a little oddly set up. There is a center hallway with the rooms on either side, but each room also has an external entrance as well. Second floor has balconies. That’s relevant because my first room had a cricket in it. Really. It started chirping after sunset. I asked for a new room and the front desk gave me one immediately no questions asked. Hence the 5 for service. But the manager told me that insects can come through the external doors if they’re open. I hadn’t done so but I can see how it happened. The bed was very nice as were the plugs etc for my devices. However the heating/AC controls are very old and in my second room, pretty loud. Should be perfectly fine most of the time.

I chose this place because I could park right in front of my room and not have to carry my luggage around. However, the first thing I was informed when I got there, was that I could not use that door, that I had to go all the way around the building through the corridor and the inside door. The windows didn’t open and I couldn’t open the door, the room was stuffy and old and I couldn’t air it out, had to go around the long way to haul my heavy suitcases into the room.

Nothing unique about the property but you had to walk outside to get to the lobby. "Breakfast" consisted of a bag you got from the front desk with prepackaged muffins, orange juice and some fruit packed in sugar. The bathtub plug had been removed to prevent I presume using "too much" water in a bath. The desk is too low for the chair which gets stuck under it.

The room looked dirty. The chair had black stains on it. The white sheet had a stain and it was torn. The carpet was coming up by the wall and the air conditioner did not work good at all. Also the mattress was sinking in.

I had a single queen room that looked like it hasn’t been updated since 1976. It smelled musty and moldy. The AC was old and there was condensation on the ceiling. Cobwebs that had a fly caught in it( i took a video and several pics) hair found on the toilet seat once I raised the seat cover. Rusty razor blade looking item on the bathroom counter and big patches on the bathroom ceiling. Literally stayed about 90 minutes and had to leave. The front desk woman was very pleasant at check in but all else was sh$&.

The hotel was dirty. There was dirty tissue in the bathroom. The curtains were dirty and they had a hole. It looked extremely sketchy as soon as we pulled up. We checked in and checked right back out. It was disgusting.

On the website this hotel said it had a business center so we decided to go here. We got 2 rooms 1 for my son and 1 for my husband and myself. After we paid for the rooms we were told no business center. No big deal really. My son went to his room and we went to ours. My son called me and said im a little scared in this room (he is 21) so i went to his room. When i opened my door there were kids at the end of the hall smoking pot. I almost died. I went to my sons room and There was rat poop everywhere!!!! Yes rat poop. The rat ran from out under the bed it was the size of a chihuahua. I pulled the covers from his bed there was rat poop on the sheets. I called down to the manager he told me he would switch us rooms. I said no i was checking out. He said he wouldnt charge us but did. He was so calm abiut it too like he knew he had rats in his hoyel. Now im waiting for a refund and call everyday. Still no refund. This hotel should be condemned!!!!!! I wouldnt let my dogs stay at this hotel!!!!

I don't think I have crazy high expectations but I do expect my room to not be ancient with peeling wallpaper and have holes in the celling. The hotel room was dirty overall. The bed sheets were just about the only thing that was even semi clean. The didn't smell clean like bleach like I expect hotel sheets to but they did seem clean. As far as the rest of the room, there was a hole in the celling above the shower, the wallpaper all over was completely peeling, under the bathroom sink was completely disgusting. Then the light switch was so incredibly grimy I didn't want to touch it. I wasn't comfortable getting a shower, I usually sleep very well, but I couldn't sleep hardly at all in this room.

This is one of those cookie cutter motels, the Motel 6s, Red Roofs, the Budget and so on. Dated furniture, lumpy pillows, weird air conditioning, but clean with plenty of hot water.

A/C didn’t work. They switched me rooms. Still didn’t work. Just an older non remodeled hotel, lots of things broken. Lots of areas dirty, hallways smelled like smoke. They seemed to be confused on what rooms were smoking or not smoking, they put me in a smoking with no working air, told me it was non smoking. Then argued with me. Room had cigarette burns everywhere and 3 ashtrays. Screams smoking to me. Tried it cause it was the only hotel in that area under 135. Should have just spent the 135.

I was in Niles for the day and booked this property. It was very close to the mall and other attractions in the area. Check in was quick and prompt. The room was very clean. I had an issue with the remote control but it was quickly taken care of by front desk. Will be back the next time I am in town.

I liked the price. However, the water pressure was awful and it goes from ice cold to scolding hot within seconds. The air conditioning in the room was pitiful!!! Hotter than hell during the day and freezing at night. The gentleman that cked me in was nice. But, the woman from housekeeping was rude! I had an extended stay and she came and knocked on the door and asked if we needed/wanted anything. I told her id like the room cleaned along with the bathroom and fresh towels. She needed all the dirty stuff right then becuz she was on her way to the other bldg right and we needed to be out of the room within an hour. When we came back to the room the floor wasn't swept and the bathroom wasn't cleaned.

We wanted a clean safe not too expensive room for the night. This property filled all those needs. We were disappointed at the breakfast. If you look closely its an “on the go” breakfast. You will get a brown bag. Ours contained a tin of pineapple juice, a nutri bar and a danish pastry.

Staff were very accommodating. We were in Ohio for a funeral. We were allowed to check in at noon and got rooms on the first floor so that my parents didn't have to climb any steps. Rooms were clean. Only negative was they advertise breakfast which they don't have. Will stay there again on our next trip to Ohio. Thanks

It was a clean bed. The hotel is very old and smelled like something was burning. I did like that it had two sinks, one in the bath and one in the room. The breakfast was a bag with a packaged honey bun, which was actually good. The coffee was almost drinkable, but not quite. The people hanging over the balconies and smoking, was not a welcome sight.
