The people at the desk where not friendly..I had to pay another 200$ when i got there..The pool was closed..The room had fleis and it was dirty..We had to ask them to clean, when we did they didnt clean everything. The microwave didnt have legs so it was wobanly. The phone cord didnt stay in the phone so you could use the phone.

The property was run down. It was noisy. There wasn’t a door to get in from the back area. The key didn’t work there. There wasn’t staff available tomchevk out. I had to leave a 100$ security deposit and won’t get it back for 5 days.

What can I say that has not already been said in the previous reviews. The neighborhood around the hotel was somehwat dumpy. Bowling alley and the safeway across the street were awesome. The property was something else. All External door handles have been cut off. Judging by the amount of undesirables roaming the lot and surrounding areas, I can see why. Inside... eesh. The lobby was nice and rhe staff were quick and friendly. But the rooms man.. the rooms were bad. Weird smells; Musty in one, smokey in another. Numerous light bulbs out and LED lights not working. The biggest issue was the ants. Holy infestation batman. We left a bag of gummy worms open on the desk and by the morning, it was ant central. We switched rooms and same thing. I had a coffee i didnt finish that was put over night and by morning, a flurry of ants. Dozens and dozens of ants. This place has its charm, but it is not a place for families and young children. The online pictures certainly are more appealing than what we saw up close, and do a lot to hide the rooms outdated feel, and lack of a deep clean

I have stayed in hotels all the world. This place was terrible. The motel advertised a pool. It was closed. Main reason we chose hotel was pool for family fun. Also, breakfast consisted of cereal and or toasted items. We expected eggs and sausages or similar as is normal for this type of lodging. The television options were bare minimum. Not even local news. All around terrible experience. False advertising.

It was clean but not great quality. The outlet cover was cracked and not well secured, did not hold plugs well. Lights snd refrigerator were unplugged. None of the vending machines worked. Bed was comfortable. The shower and bathroom were clean. Very low toilet.

All of the doors were unusable, except for the lobby entrance. Our room was at the very end of a long hall, but right next to an exterior door that was locked. The breakfast was the bare minimum, we picked am envelope of instant oatmeal, at least it wasn't stale bread, but there wasn't a microwave oven there to zap it. we had to take it down the long hallway (hole in the carpet) to our room to microwave.

This was the filthiest hotel we've ever stayed in. The floors in the room and common areas were really gross, the desk chair was completely stained, we had ants in our bathroom, rust on the bathroom floors and door hinges, the floorboard was pulled away from the wall. It really should be closed down by the health dept.

I don’t think I’ve stayed in a dirtier hotel. I found hair throughout the room, the floor had not been cleaned, there were dead bugs, and a faint smell of smoke in a nonsmoking room plus just poorly maintained in general. The website photos are inaccurate.

Check in was ok. Nothing special. It was quick and expedited. Room smelled of pot. Entire room had ants. Bathroom. Bedroom. Walls. Ended up with ants in my toiletries bag. Bed sheets had stains. Random hairs in bathroom. The property is in need of a renovation but I wouldn’t care as long as it was clean. It’s just dirty and no one is paying attention to cleanliness. .

Was very filthy. Desk staff was pleasant but building is in need lots of repair. Rooms were very dated lobby and hallways were dirty and dingy. Will not be staying here ever again. They should visit Canada and check out the Wyndham in Warman Sask. Wyndham Warmen is what one would expect for a Wyndham experience.

I made the reservation on-line. No mention of an additional fee for our yorkie, $30.00, on top of a $100.00 cash deposit. We had room 146, atvthevend of the hallway to the back of the hitel. The exit door was to be closed at all times. It was being proppedvopen with a rock that was marked with green paint. People came in and out all jight, noisily. The room, I wish I could show you the pictures! There were ants in the bathroom, yellow stains (?) around bottom of toilet. The vent to the fan was clogged with ????, the ironing board had a burn hole through it. There were multiple areas on the walls where repairs were made, poorly. Honestly, I would be embarrassed to ask $50.00 a night! We will never be back, and if you are considering this location, THINK TWICE!

Room was big, beds were great, towels were soft. Wifi was TERRIBLE!!!! I could not watch the TV either, without losing signal. I could not watch shows on my iPad at all - they simply would not load. Neither would websites for browsing. (Reason for 1 star rating). Breakfast was bare bones, and I mean bare bones. Milk, cereal, packaged oatmeal and apples. Juice was good. Tea was good. Pool wasn’t operational. Staff were average. Phone in my room did not work, but I didn’t care too much. Caulking on my floor in bathroom was broken and there were ants as a result. If you’re looking for something functional, this is it. If you’re looking for something more, suggest elsewhere.

This hotel is definitely due for a makeover! Carpet, walls, bathrooms, etc show a lot of wear and things are just patched. The bed wasn’t comfortable, but the bedding seemed clean. We had a weird step up to our bathroom, and the lighting in the bathroom was really low.

Our room, while clean, was not a very "nice" room. A lamp had been rewired and was DEFINITELY not up to code. The ceiling had water damage that had not been repaired, there were lightbulbs out in the bathroom.

This is a tired, run down property, has not been maintained well, was clean in places, a vacuum cleaner had not been used for a while. There was dirty towels in the elevator, the check in staff was not very friendly or helpful at all, i paid for my room thru Expedia and she charged me again saying i would get it back in 3 to 4 days with no explanation. Not a good experience

No one was at the desk to greet or check us in. We had to call out for someone 3 times before a sullen woman came to the desk. I watched this happen to 4 other guests in the next 2 hours. This was at check in time for us. Torn curtain in room and dirty door jams.

When I arrived I was caught off guard by the extra charges, which almost tripled the cost of the room. The young lady who checked me in, was only able to throw out numbers for charges and telling she could not 'do about that' instead of stepping back and give me an overall picture of what I was being charged and why, and / or explaining to me my options were, having only limited funds for the weekend. As well, their facility appears to be seconding as a homeless facility judging by the half dressed clientele. Generally the workers were non-existent and there was trash on the floors, and counters that were not wiped down.

The staff was rude. My son stayed there for 4 days after eye surgery (was basically blind at that time). We booked 2 days through Expedia and when we got there I gave them my credit card for the $100 hold. Then when we went to book 2 more days she said I had I had to pay another $100 hold. I gave her the same credit card and she said she couldn’t take it because it wasn’t chipped. I told her it was the only card I had and reminded her they had used it 2 days before. She got very rude and argumentative at that point. I finally just paid her cash at that point and got a receipt. When we went to check out I showed a different lady my receipt and asked for my $100 back. She said the only hold was on my credit card and would not explain what the extra hundred on my receipt was for and refused to give me the money back. I am still trying to get my money. I made a complaint to the Days Inn main office but still waiting.

Rooms are clean. Staff are nice. Common area's are not kept well. Bowling alley across the street. BONUS. Mexican restaurant attached with other options. Walkable locations to groceries or other amenities. Never felt unsafe when i walked to get coffee at 4am.

Room was clean enough to get through the night. The hotel itself is pretty beat up... torn carpet, wall trim coming off, strong smells of disinfectant. The immediate area is not safe, with a pretty obvious crowd of drug users. We only stayed as we had paid for the room for 1 night and were leaving before daybreak the next day.

Connected to a Mexican restaurant that played music very loudly until after 2am. There were people up and down the halls yelling. They had plumbing problems that they were working until 3am. Workers were extremely loud laughing yelling at each other. The plumbing issue was causing our toilet to make loud gurgling noises. When I called the front desk about the noise I was told she didn’t think there was a problem. Their breakfast was nothing like the picture. Did not get any sleep. Super disappointed. Pay the extra $20 and stay some where else!
