Staff was nice. Property in disrepair & old; high grass; chipped paint, peeling wallpaper. No premiums on small tv. Very basic breakfast bar.

It's a bit of a mixed bag. Let me start with whatbwas stellar. I think I interacted with three staff members - front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast area. I could not ask for a more accommodating, kind crew. Now let's talk the property... I was warned that that building has recently started a renovation. However, the cookie on floor in my closet is an invitation for ants, mice, or even roaches. The attention to detail here lacked. The property has an inner courtyard where smoking is allowed along the walkways. This is disappointing. The little sand pots were littered with butts and whatnot and quite frany stunk, even in the cool spring. I wish smoking were only in one area. The door along the stairwell behind the yellow elevator was constantly propped open using a rock. This didn't lend itself to feeling secure. Not really a fan of allowing this. Finally, the workout area needs attention. I hope the renovation addresses this. It lacks ventilation, most of the cario equipment doesn't work, and the general state of repair lacks.
