Overall clean and comfortable room, the hotel itself is looking old, the sheets are looking old as well. Big parking, good location, 10 minutes walking from the Irvington bus terminal

Beware doing the park and fly thing here. The parking website will say there's a shuttle to the airport. There is no shuttle. AC didn't work (unit was on, but the buttons did nothing). Noisy during the day, noisy at night. Note - there is an elevator as you leave the lobby to the left. Clerk said nothing as i struggled with my bags and headed to the stairs. Guess they count on people coming back, for some reason. Cannot imagine any reason to.

Very dated. Smelled weird. Staff was nice but only interaction was checking in and out. No breakfast or ice machine although there was an ice bucket in the room

Very bad, I lodged there for 3nights for my travel nurse job. The hallway smells very bad, no microwave in the room and when I asked the receptionist he said they don’t have any so I had to take my food to be warmed at work. The drain in my tub was not draining the water when I shower. The fridge, towels were dirty. Thank God I always take my own towel when I travel. Infact it was a horrible stay for me. I will never go there again.

Initially Bathroom ceiling was leaking then they changed the Room after complaining We have to repack our stuff and no help was provided Wifi was also not working for the whole even after many complaints In 2nd room , it was stinking badly and later on we have found the bed bugs in Blanket Kindly refund our money as compensation for the hardship we have faced.

The floor was uneven, the bathroom door had been kicked in and wouldnt close, there were stains all over the floor, there was rubbish under the couch. The fire alarm kept going off untill 2 am in the morning and the staff member came and took it off the wall and that when cockroachs came running out. 0/10

Woke up to find BEDBUG! Killed it then stripped room & bed to make sure I was safe. Told room service, only speak spanish & NOBODY DID anythibg or offered a suggestions or move 2 new room. Tv cable static. This stay was horrible.

The floors and beds were so creaky, every time the people above me moved, walked, etc, it was really loud below. They weren't doing anything unusual, but the property is so old and rundown. Carpet would help a lot. I barely slept and checked out after the one night.

There were drug addicts or bums hanging outside of the hotel which put me at ease. The flooring was squeaky and you can hear everything. Also, I could hear other guests talking and walking outside of my room. Especially, the couple talking at 3am right across my room that kept me up all night.

Upon checking in the night time rep wasn’t professional, had an attitude. Throughout my whole check in process it gave off the indication that this was also a shelter, had a dope fiend over my shoulder until I demanded space to finish checking in.

We dropped our bags off before check in. And then when we got there to check in they couldn’t get to our bags because house keeping had left. Not only did they leave but there was no way for the current receptionist to open the door to get our bags. Eventually we got our bags 2hrs after checking in.

Hotel repeatedly claimed to not have any rooms. Said they had no reservations under my name. Showed the details of my reservation and they claimed that since it was reserved in April, the reservation expired. What sense does that make?? After contacting your helpdesk, they suddenly found my reservation... Then charged me double the price of what I had booked, coming to $436. When I got to the room, I found out why. They had given me a honeymoon room with a goofy heart-shaped jacuzzi and a single king sized bed instead of the room I had booked with two double beds. One of the "clean" towels folded and in the towel rack had a bunch of pubes and feces in it. The jacuzzi was filthy. Electrical outlets were literally falling apart. Simply an awful experience all around. I want the difference between my reserved price and paid price back.

This place is a hole in the wall. Staff was slow and not helpful at all. No elevator to get to the room so had to drag the luggage upstairs. On top of that, there was a lady screaming at the front desk when I arrived and the staff was not helping. Room and hallway was not cleaned and smelled.

Probably the dirtiest motel possible in New Jersey , don’t trust the photos on Expedia ! If you don’t know what is Irvington’s like , it’s one of the most dangerous section of New Jersey, it absolutely should be in the description, Me and my partner didn’t even spent à whole night there , we didn’t felt safe at all! We couldn’t even get refunds! It’s false advertising!!! Don’t bother going there ! Go to new providence hotel/motel You’ll be safer !

Pretty sure this is a crack hotel that hosts prostitutes. Always sketchy people hanging outside. Super bad neighborhood. Got woken up at 4 o’clock in the morning by someone pounding and screaming at the door next-door to mine. I probably would’ve felt safer sleeping in my car at the Newark airport.

The hotel is located in a very unsafe area, with some homeless and prostitution outside the hotel. Super unfriendly staff and rudeness. I was very concerned for my safety while staying there. I would not recommend and saw people going in for a couple hours for escorting business. I pretty much wanted to get some sleep but I could not very noisy all day and night. Very awful experience!

it's clean, it's safe, and it's just off the Garden State -- keep looking if you're expecting coconut water with your breakfast, but if the location works, the beds are nice, the towels are soft, and the rooms are clean

The room itself was in great condition. The hotel lobby is a dump (the picture is accurate but well taken to make the lobby look nicer than it is). The neighborhood is questionable, but various restaurants are not far: IHOP, Burgar King, pizza places,... .

You shouldn’t offer this place in your website. We made a reservation for a night, one day before my wife went on a medical procedure, looking for have a night of sleep after a 5-hour travel. We didn’t sleep at all, it seems that there are people people living in the place, and they spend the night knocking on doors and yelling at each other. Also, at 6 AM, a man started yelling to a woman, then other people got involved trying to calm down this man, this ran until we left the place around 9 AM. This is not safe place, it is dark, old, smelly, please don’t offer this place anymore to travelers, you are putting them at risk, as you did with us.

Easy access to Newark, Oranges and Elizabeth. Maid service is great. Internet works well. Room is clean. The TV cable system sucks. Continental Breakfast is no longer included.
