It was poor overall at best. I understand that it’s a family trying to maintain alone, but it was seriously outdated and rough. I had to change rooms immediately because the plumbing was almost ineffective. No thanks.

Bathroom was dirty, bed was terrible. I booked two double bed but the room has one bed. Front office staff/owner was extremely rule and did not comply with hotel.com terms about # of pets. Instead of assigned my reserved room he asked to go other place around 12am. Statement was " I own this property & I don't care what Hotel.com says" I even called earlier about my late check in due to travel delayed. Rather arguing with that rude man I rather cool him down and stay there for few hours. I had to pay $120 cash. And it sound like that person did a big favor to let me. WOW !! Not sure why major OTAs still list this properly. I should have read reviews before make my reservation !!

The place was a complete dump the room had bugs and 2 glue mouse traps no towels the second bed had no blankets it was maybe the most terrible place I've ever stayed at in my life

Absolutly disgusting. I checked in last night and the kid had no idea what was going on. Follow that up with the room was disgusting, I had no towels or toilet paper, and soon after gwtting here there was no body in the office to assist. Long story short I went to the office this morning to get toilet paper and wasnt even asking for a refund just letting the gentleman know my experiance and all he had to say is "just so you know youre not getting a penny back". Worst customer service i ever experienced. Never stay here. Just beware.

No door on bathroom. No soap no towels. Bed sheets were wet. Room had an oder. I can’t believe that our experience was not refunded.
