We were told on arrival that none of the side entrances worked. Only 1 was broken. The push bar was completely gone from the stairs door on the first level. The room was dirty (including food in the space between head of bed and the wall) equipment in the pool was rusty

They are putting in effort to revamp the facility. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were nice with many amenities provided (locked/mounted). Great breakfast selection that tasted good! Big, clean pool, but it was chilly, and towels ran low.

The elevator didn’t work. We were on the third floor. Having to carry luggage, a pack n play, and kids up 3 flights of stairs was terrible. The pool had no towels. We used the guest dryer (which cost $3) and it didn’t even work. The room was nice and breakfast was good.

This property is under construction for new updates. The pool and 1st floor are being worked on first. The staff that checked us in was very helpful and was able to give us a king bed instead of a queen. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and the pancakes were a nice change instrad of waffles. A little hard to get to but i would stay again.

Check in was easy and staff was extremely friendly. However hotel was under construction which was not mentioned anywhere on the website. Loud banging and stomping until 9pm then again starting at 6am…very unpleasant

Upon arrival we checked our room. My daughter was sleeping on fold out couch and when unfolded was full of crumbs. We let staff know and requested new sheets because she would be sleeping there. They provided us with sheets but did not offer blankets. Luckily i had packed hers. There was also construction going on that was not listed on website and was occuring directly under our room. Th construction and appeared to be hotel staff eating breakfast each morning leacing little for paying guests. Also the pool room back door was propped open with a brick so anyone could have walked in and kept the room cooler than normally expected. While swimming construction workers watched my daughter and me for a period of time making me uncomfortable and us leave the pool.

Room was not very clean. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Shower had standing rusty water. Carpets turned my child’s feet black. Couch had either a coffee stain or blood stain. Plus was the breakfast. Best breakfast I’ve seen. Little one loved the automatic pancake machine. Morning staff was very friendly.

There was construction directly above our room until 7:00 pm. There was no relaxing with all of the pounding, etc. We were not informed of any renovations being done to the property prior to our arrival. The floors in our room were clearly not vacuumed (food and crumbs on floor) and the carpet tiles were coming up. Our socks were filthy after walking around for a short time. There were gross fingerprints all over the doors, microwave, and refrigerator. The top bed sheets on one bed had crusty, orange stuff on it and the under sheets of the other bed were stained significantly. We killed a couple bugs in the bathroom. The tub was stained and rusted and looked dirty in general. There was rarely any one at the front desk. When we went to check out, it took almost 20 minutes to get a reciept between waiting for someone to come to the desk and then getting someone who knew how to print a receipt. We had to ask for towels for the pool area. Overall, cleanliness is obviously not a priority here.

The room we stayed in had ZERO temperature regulation. When we arrived, the room was 56 degrees. That night we turned the heat on and woke up to it being over 80 degrees. My husband adjusted the temp and, again, we got under 60 degrees. We had zero sleep. We told the staff that morning. The lady said she would inform maintenance and her manager. We came back several hours later to a room over eighty degrees. Nothing had been done. Again, my husband visited the desk. A lady came to the room to mess with the thermostat and unit inside the room but couldn’t resolve it either. She wanted to check another room and would get back to us. We never heard from her again. The shower had hair and the cap to another person’s razor when we arrived. I would have overlooked this, but since I’m sharing the rest thought I’d include this too. Otherwise, staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. We will absolutely not stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a mother/daughter trip to see the Bengals. The hotel was satisfactory in most categories except for the very noisy Saturday night. You can hear every door slam and ever conversation in adjoining rooms and hallway. Other than that, we felt it was safe and clean.

Staff was very helpful & courteous. We LOVE the reminders about “QUIET DOORS”! It actually worked save one idiot down the hall. The only reason we did not give this hotel 5 stars is because the ceiling/floor joists SQUEEK like crazy! Our upstairs neighbor was evidently teaching dance lessons until 2 am and we heard every single step and jump.

The bed was very comfortable, but you could hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms/hallway. Don’t recommend for light sleepers. The breakfast had a lot of hot options, and the dollar shuttle service to Newport/downtown was nice.

Room was clean and neat. Loved the nice long bench for providing an optimal place to have an open suitcase. Nice breakfast selections. Shower head was not adjustable and way too low for my 6' husband, and walls were really thin - we could hear our neighbor's TV as well as his phone calls! Other than that, it was an excellent place to stay and I would recommend it to others.

I did not stay. I called several times becaue i am handicapped and had a question about a referigerator in my room. No one would answer thier front desk phone. I called holiday inn customer service and got Horrible customer service. I then called expedia. They too called, they couldnt get ahold of the hotel and finally got fed up and cancelled my reservation and refunded my money.

All of the personnel were very friendly. The lady when we checked in (Fatima) went to great lengths to make sure we were comfortable. I have trouble walking and our room was originally at the very end of the hallway from the elevator. We asked if there was a room closer to the elevator and she immediately switched us to a room much closer.

They Double charged me and the employee there on the day we left was very unknowledgable and i think shes the one that charged me again. And she only charged me 98 dollars which makes me believe that expedia overcharges people. Not using expedia or holiday inn anymore.

They charged me for the room rate after I paid on Expedia, meaning I paid twice, and it’s been horrendous trying to get my money back. The clerk had no clue what she was doing! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY TWICE!!!!

We had a super great time here. It was very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. The hotel was right across the river from downtown Cincinnati and its location was very convenient for what we planned to do during our stay. All staff members we interacted with were very friendly as well! Will definitely stay here again!

Great location to experience Bellevue, Neport and quick access to downtown Cincinnati. The Tank bus was fantastic and easy to get to thr ballpark for cheap. Brealfast had a lot of options. The kids lp ed the pool too, but the water was cold.

Loved our stay! Room was clean, staff was friendly, amenities were great. Only thing was some noticeable wear and tear around the hotel but not a big deal! I LOVED that the TANK trolley stopped right in front and can take you to Newport, Cincy, and Covington! We definitely will be coming back next time!!

The gal who was on nights during our stay was so nice. We enjoyed our stay. The only things that kept it from higher scores for me were the bathtub had a lot of rust spots that you could feel when you showered, the toilet didn't flush well, there was a very musty smell in the entrance/bathroom area and the hot breakfast that was served until 10, almost everything hot was gone by 9 so you have to be downstairs super early if you want any chance at it

The hotel was undergoing some renovation, so there was a lot of construction material just off the lobby. I found the breakfast area and the complementary breakfast to be great. A very nice selection of breakfast foods, coffee and tea available 24h and a beautiful dining area. The small business center was located off the dining room. The room was clean and modern looking. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I did have a problem with noise. The floorboards on the room above squeaked as people walked around. When I checked in, there was no one at the desk. I rang the bell and someone came to help a minute later. I noticed that a plate of cookies was put out for the evening arrivals. I thought that was thoughtful, and enjoyable. I would stay there again, hopefully when the renovation has been completed.

We were so happy to have an included breakfast that still had eggs, sausage, pancakes and so much more! A lot of hotels now is just grab and go type of things and I have missed the traditional continental breakfast!!
