We requested a handicap room on main floor. We had to go upstairs with no elevator. TV was broken and had to be replaced. Couple outlets were malfunctioning. No cups in room. Couldn’t bring food or drinks to room from dining area.

It’s an older hotel so don’t expect it not to show its age (chipped plaster). It was budget friendly, and the manager was courteous and kind. The shower had the wide rounded curtain, great pressure and temperature adjustment. The room was charming and comfortable.

Interior door guard broke, faucet on sink not working properly. Parking was tough because of large equipment trucks there. Positive...loved the water pressure in the shower. Friendly staff

First day, a baby roach crawled out from under the phone so I smacked him dead with the receiver. The place seemed clean but that roach came from a herd somewhere though the place looked clean enough. But the next day, I pulled a kleenex from the box to blow my nose in the AM and a big bug was perched on the next kleenex out of the box like Mt Everest. At first I thought it was a fat fly that had happened to land there but on closer inspection, that fat butt was an EGG CASE on a Mama Roach. I smacked at her with my spent kleenex but she ran back down into her kleenex house and by now, I am sure she has a house full. Breakfast selection was pitiful also, no cereal, milk, toast or anything hot unless you microwaved it or put some questionable waffle in a toaster to eat with cold syrup. Parking was good and the place seemed safe enough.

The rooms aren’t clean, the first room I was in had bugs crawling all over the walls and bugs in the drawers. They moved me room and the new room have mild and mildew in the bathroom and on the switch plates, carpet had tape holding it together and the cleaning cart had beer on it. Place wasn’t good and I spent my time way until bed and even then I had a hard time sleeping. Had to treat my vehicle and items for bed bugs

Reasonable rates. Very reasonable pet fee! $20 Air conditioning was weak. I'm very hot natured and it barely worked but was comfortable through the night. It was pretty quiet there. Been to a little bit firm.

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. On the floor above me they must have had a marching band, wrestling team, and percussionists because there was stomping slapping against the walls and all kinds of heavy sounds. In the morning a young lady dressed only in a shower curtain looked to be the attendant prepping the breakfast bar. There were door slamming all night loud noises until 3:00 in the morning that began again at 4:30. Slamming screaming all kinds of problems. When another guest and I tried to talk with the manager he gave no indication that there would be any type of refund for our inconvenience and basically stated that the young lady was a crackhead and that hadn't happened here before. I'll never go back. I'll never recommend anyone else to stay there either. This should be refunded and what a disaster until they can go ahead and figure something out on procedures of unrully clientele.

The room had a slightly unusual odor to it when I checked in. Had to open the windows to air out a little. It’s not your fault, but the people above my room last night must’ve been doing a jump rope. The continental breakfast was a little disappointing.

I was extremely impressed and grateful for the outstanding follow-up assistance that I experienced from "Sam", the manager. I inadvertently left my laptop in the room at departure. He tried calling me repeatedly the day of my departure to alert me to my error but I was in an unreachable area most of the day. When I reached him by phone the next day, he was awesome, taking the time to ship it back to my home address and trust me from afar for the shipping costs. Great service and an inspiring fellow man.

Super 8 in Madison, IN is the worst hotel ever. They expect you to take your own trash out before you leave, they will keep your deposit if you don't. I do not recommend this hotel

Clerk would not upgrade room. I paid for a dble and got it, but when I got there realized they had hot tubs. I want to upgrade to the hot tub room. He said I got what I had paid for. And he could not charge me more and give me hot tub room .

The hotel is easy to get to. The check in clerk was cordial. The WiFi was fast enough. We had a 2nd floor room at the end of the hall. It was quiet most of the time. I believe there may be people living here full time. We saw people who seemed to be residents. The breakfast consists of Hostess Honey Buns and Coffee. The coffee was hot and strong enough. Bottom line, this hotel is good for a night when you just need a bed and a shower.
