This hotel was great. The check in was easy and the staff was so nice and helpful. The room was great. It was very clean with a great view of the river. The bar was amazing with best cocktails. The breakfast had a variety of options and it tasted great. Thank you for a great stay!

The front desk receptionist was very nice and accommodating. She informed us of the area’s restaurants and local attractions. The bartender was also very nice. She made delicious cocktails and gave us information on the history of the town. The property is updated and very clean. Great view of the river. I highly recommend.

We loved the view of Kentucky. It was a very convenient hotel to Vevay, Louisville, and Tri-state area. We had beautiful room. Wish it had not allowed gold carts to park in prime parking. We had to park in the back twice because several golf carts were parked in front. Great breakfast, changes daily. The gym was okay, be nice if machines worked to show tv while running. I just watched phone instead. Felt safe no matter what time it was. The grounds are beautiful. You won't be sorry you stayed here! This will be our go to from now on when visiting our family!

Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable of the area. Knew the history of the building (it's an old Cotton Mill turned into a hotel). This place was extremely clean, one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Awesome workout center with treadmills, yoga mats, and weights. Pretty cool view of the Ohio River and super close to all the downtown restaurants. I will stay here in the future

The property is on the Ohio River, if you get a room with a view, it is so worth it. We had a standard 2 queen room and it was very spacious, not sure if the room size was stabdard for all rooms or just because we had a corner room but it was very spacious and the extremely tall ceilings made it fill even larger. The TV has streaming options which made it much easier to relax in the room. Beds were very comfortable, pillows could have been fluffier, they go flat very easily. The bathroom, also spacious, was very clean and the shower was large and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room also had a mini fridge, microwave and standard single cup coffee maker. We visited the bar and the bartender was very friendly and efficient. He made great drinks. There is also a small convenience store to purchase snacks, a few frozen meals and personal care items. The only reason i gave this hotel 4 stars is because they dont have a restaurant to get food on property. Late night at the bar would have been great to have at least a sandwich or salad or something. We hinestly would have ordered more drinks if we had food. The pictures posted on the hotels profile are accurate and real pictures, sometimes its a simulation of the space, these are real photos.

Enjoyed a return stay at the old cotton mill. Hotel is still in like-new condition. Excellent hot breakfast. Lots of comfy seating in the lobby. Enjoyed a couple drinks at the well-stocked bar. Well be back!

My 82-year-old aunt stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. When she checked in, she received an upgrade. The room was huge, with 16-foot ceilings. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were extra-helpful when she didn't feel well, and even left a bouquet of flowers and a get-well card at her door.

It’s a really cool property and it is so well maintained. It was absolutely sparkling clean the beds were comfortable. They had a power outage and the Internet was out all night so that was kind of frustrating. Also offered breakfast until 930 but when we arrived at nine, they were out of several things that they did not restock, and our family did not feel that it was well maintained.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are so big and quiet. The breakfast in the morning is nice. The view of the river is amazing! The walking path by the river is so convenient to take in views of the river. The only negative thing was that you had to ask for house keeping each day and that was just to get clean towels. I would recommend this as a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Walking distance to downtown and provides a lovely view of the Ohio River. Continental breakfast had very good selections. Wonderful that the historical building was repurposed rather than demolished and replaced with new construction.

Overall the property is beautiful, the rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. My only complaint is I booked a king bed and when I made it to our room it was two full size beds instead. It was pretty late in the evening so we just made it work.

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are very large with high ceilings. Beds are just ok for me but I do have back problems. Feather pillows offer no neck support. Very nice lobby area with fireplace and bar area and the breakfast area is very nice and comfortable. Food is good for continental breakfast. Convenient location overlooking river.

The hotel is in a hundred year old cotton mill and is done terrifically. The huge exposed support beams give the hotel a lot of character. The rooms are big with larger than normal bathrooms. Had a great visit.

The front desk receptionist was very nice and accommodating. She informed us of the area’s restaurants and local attractions. The bartender was also very nice. She made delicious cocktails and gave us information on the history of the town. The property is updated and very clean. Great view of the river. I highly recommend.

Very nice place to stay if visiting Clifty Falls State Park and/or Madison. The room was spacious and we had a nice overlook of the Ohio River. The breakfast was great! Only negative we saw was the mattress was low to the floor and it felt like the middle area was sunken down some (older?).

Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Walking distance to downtown and provides a lovely view of the Ohio River. Continental breakfast had very good selections. Wonderful that the historical building was repurposed rather than demolished and replaced with new construction.

The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located. The hotel was lovely, clean, and full of history. It had amazing high ceilings and huge windows with a beautiful view of the bridge and the Ohio River. It was also next to a park which was nice for my son. And it’s right next to the walkway up to the bridge that crosses into Kentucky. I will be back for sure.

This unique and beautifully transformed hotel is perfectly situated with a glorious view of, and stroll along, the Ohio River--but is also within easy walking distance of historic Madison, Indiana's well-preserved architecture, tours, restaurants and shops. I loved visiting Madison and I absolutely would stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat, given all of the above and the fact that my room was clean, comfortable and (very!) spacious.

fantastic stay in a beautiful historic town. Hotel was immaculate and the staff were all really friendly & helpful. Only downside was breakfast, it was the same each morning and the choice was blah. HOWEVER everything else was perfect so dont let this put you off.

The property is an old remodeled building from 1884. The suite we had was fantastic for our 3 grandchildren & us. The suite had large wonderful windows. Whoever had the vision to transform this building did a wonderful job. However, we were disappointed with the breakfast offerings. Even though we went down early, it is as if there wasn't any communication with the front desk & kitchen to expect the number of guests at the hotel. Both Saturday & Sunday 1 person tried to take care of the throng of guests. She was slow to replace items such as utensils and cream cheese. I was worried she was overwhelmed.

This hotel was great. The check in was easy and the staff was so nice and helpful. The room was great. It was very clean with a great view of the river. The bar was amazing with best cocktails. The breakfast had a variety of options and it tasted great. Thank you for a great stay!

It’s a really cool property and it is so well maintained. It was absolutely sparkling clean the beds were comfortable. They had a power outage and the Internet was out all night so that was kind of frustrating. Also offered breakfast until 930 but when we arrived at nine, they were out of several things that they did not restock, and our family did not feel that it was well maintained.

Terrible, disappointing breakfast. What i would get in a cheap motel. Dismal. Coffee was excellent. Would never stay there again. Asked for a hotel handout telling about its history and the cotton factory but they had nothing. The brochure telling the town was ice

The property is on the Ohio River, if you get a room with a view, it is so worth it. We had a standard 2 queen room and it was very spacious, not sure if the room size was stabdard for all rooms or just because we had a corner room but it was very spacious and the extremely tall ceilings made it fill even larger. The TV has streaming options which made it much easier to relax in the room. Beds were very comfortable, pillows could have been fluffier, they go flat very easily. The bathroom, also spacious, was very clean and the shower was large and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room also had a mini fridge, microwave and standard single cup coffee maker. We visited the bar and the bartender was very friendly and efficient. He made great drinks. There is also a small convenience store to purchase snacks, a few frozen meals and personal care items. The only reason i gave this hotel 4 stars is because they dont have a restaurant to get food on property. Late night at the bar would have been great to have at least a sandwich or salad or something. We hinestly would have ordered more drinks if we had food. The pictures posted on the hotels profile are accurate and real pictures, sometimes its a simulation of the space, these are real photos.

Enjoyed a return stay at the old cotton mill. Hotel is still in like-new condition. Excellent hot breakfast. Lots of comfy seating in the lobby. Enjoyed a couple drinks at the well-stocked bar. Well be back!
