Hot tub and pool were out of order AGAIN! I paid about $40 more per njght for the hot tub than other nearby hotels. Same excuse from the front desk that they are waiting for a pump. I wouldnt think the pool and hot tub use the same pump. Also, you dont laminate the out of order sign if this is temporary.

Listed as a Radisson property, but is a Choice Hotel property. One front desk clerk said it changed hands a week ago, while another said a year ago. Shower was disgusting with obvious mildew on the caulking. Rust coming through the paint on the metal door frame in bathroom. One very stingy sized bar of soap (about 1.5" square. No shampoo, no conditioner, no anything but a silly square of bar soap. No USB charge ports functioned. 2 burned out light bulbs. A/C unit only worked on low setting and didn't cool very well. Breakfast, was a huge let-down. Multiple places it claims they serve "cooked-to-order" breakfast. Not only was that incorrect, but it was absolutely horrible. Potato cakes were tough and soggy, tasting like mush. Eggs were obviously not fresh. Minimal if any fruit available. It was just horrid.

What I liked. The room was clean and the staff very helpful and hard working. As I requested my room did not have any strong perfumed smells. Plenty of stores, etc. close by. What I didn't like. The back staircase was unkept. The facility is run down and needs a deep clean. The filter on the AC was dirty. People were allowed to smoke by the entrance doors.

We have stayed here before in a “suite” and was a great stay due to location of the room I think. This time we were in a normal king room but unfortunately we were placed right across from the elevator. The elevator has some sort of high pitch sound as it opens other than the normal bell chime. So when we first arrived the house keeping store room is right beside the elevator so it was a constant noise. The door of the room provided no noise reduction. Then that night until around 1:30am drunk guests in the hallway talking and using the elevator kept a light sleeper like me up. A bit Dissapointing since I told the lady at check in I wanted a room that would be as quiet as possible since I’m a light sleeper. Will just have to pay extra for a suite next time. Breakfast was great food. The one lady working in there struggled to keep up once the “tournament “ families invaded but not her fault. Room was in good condition

We arrived around 1;10 am. I had made my reservations through hotel.com. Was informed rather quickly that these are the hardest transactions to check-in. Night clerk commented that there were already difficulties with computer system every evening. Got first room key at 1:25, 2nd at 1:32 and 3rd room key at 1:57. We had booked 3 rooms at 2 queen beds each. When it was time to procure the 3rd room, there were only King bed suites left. Not cool for a business trip. I was told i would not get charged extra for the king room - it would be charged same as double room. Was told that the suite had a pull out bed in the couch. Failed to give us sheets for the bed and i was too tired to go back down and get them. Very awkward sleeping arrangements for persons on a business trip. I had been told that invoices would be put under our door between 3 and 5 am. Woke in morning to no invoices under door. Went to front desk and heard them talking about printer failure that morning. I was able to get my 3 invoices and leave.

The woman in charge of the breakfast area was rude and complained about what she thought was all the guests coming down to breakfast at once. She made that known 2 times while we were there. Breakfast area had no fruit and upon check in, there were no cookies as promised on the website.
