Staff were great, place was clean and had what you needed. Though not really a really convenient place if you don’t have a car, bus stop is out the front though. The only thing was the games room needs more work, pool play area including jumping pillow is great for kids. Overall thumbs up and we would definitely come back. :)

Check in and out is simple. The facilities is well maintained and it was very peaceful at night for a full accommodation. Everyone kept to themselves and I had a solid sleep. Shops neaby and plenty of parking.

The property was very well built, spacious and i loved when they had food truck on a long weekend. i would give feedback for common kitchen, which can be equipped with some very basic utensils coz not all people are carrying everything with them. like us we took a flight from Melbourne and we wanted to use common kitchen oven but we had nothing on us to cook our food. That’s something which can be considered. Rest our stay was nice and cosy

Arrived when it was a rainy day the unit had no parking near it and not even an awning so you didn't get wet to unlock the door. We got soaking wet unloading our bags from the car plus all our stuff got wet. We then got into the unit to find the fan on and the air conditioning down on 19 degrees. The floors, table and benches were all wet. The door was wet with fog and condensation from it being so cold inside the unit. We froze as we were soaked to the skin after having to unpack the car in the rain. When we arrived the floor was dirty and sand on it. There was coffee grounds spilt on the kitchen bench. The toilet ran for a while after you used it and every time the people in the next unit used theirs. The shower leaked and dripped all the time and the water sprayed out everywhere when trying to have a shower. There was no shower rails in the bathroom to hang up your towel. We were not supplied with a hand towel or washer. The bed was hard and uncomfortable as it was made up of 2 single bed mattresses pushed together. Was very disappointed with our stay considering the price we paid for it. The only plus side was, it was only 2 blocks from the esplande.

I had a basic onsite cabin with an external bathroom, first the cabin, it was spotless, I mean 4 star motels could learn a lot from these owners, I was really very impressed by the top shelf condition of the cabin, much more than I expected from a basic cabin. The bed was super comfy, air con worked great, it was simply the best accommodation I have been in for many stays in motels in the Hervey Bay area, the Bathroom was too was spotless, everything I could wish for, being school holidays I was wanting a quieter place this time for my two nights stay, this van park certainly exceeded my expectations in every way possible, I look forward to returning when I can.

Room 158 - heavy cobwebs n spiders behind front curtains, dust fluff under furnishings table and chairs unsteady in need of major repairs. Very small studio unit especially for disabled people. I though with the beautiful retirement villages in the area the holiday parks would be of similar quality but alas not, shame we will not return. Grumpy's food van - excellent food hot n well cooked thank you!

Cabins are dated and need upgrading/replacement. No sparation between bed area snd living area, wifi very slow and needed to use hot spot, TV reception varied from none to some, midmatched wine glasses. Caravsn park facilities outdide the room were very good.

While the Unit was outdated, the bathroom did have a recent upgrade. The photos did not reflect the actual appearance. The main bedroom bed was like sleeping on hay with the mattress having dips where everyone sleeps. The second bedroom was so small, 2 single beds only just fit in with no leg room.

Was a quirky little stop over for me and my daughters. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Check in and out was convenient. Bunk beds although comfortable were a little tight for my older girls. But we all still enjoyed it. Only complaint was we weren't there long enough to be able to thank the hosts. Definitely recommend abd would stay again

Wow! I was so pleasantly surprised by this amazing accommodation! Staying in a "budget" cabin, I wasn't expecting very much. My expectations were well and truly exceeded! The cabin is quite large, with separate living area and bedroom. The external bathroom was just outside the bedroom door and it also was huge! Not only was my cabin located just in front of the pool, but the actual caravan park is also in a great location just a short walk away from the beach, shops and local pub. The local tour operators for K'Gari (Fraser) Island were also happy to pick me up and drop me off from the accommodation. Most importantly, the cabins were easily to make an appropriate temperature and the beds were very comfy. 100% would stay again and recommend to all with zero hesitation.

I pre-checked in on my drive to the location so all I needed was the key and I was in. I walked down to the beach which was only 200 easy walking metres away. The cabin had plenty of room and was well appointed.
