One night stay while passing through the state, arriving late checking out very early. Typical hot breakfast buffet, clean facility. Didnt pay attention to neighborhood. Motel style so was able to back car almost to the door. Room ac was a little noisy. Very close to I 75 but didnt hear much road noise. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel is perfectly serviceable with super comfy beds. It is an older 2 level style building that has been renovated nicely. We were put on the upper level and the floor was creaky, but at the end the day, not that big of a deal. The only negative thing to say was that we prefer ground floor rooms. (Hate having to lug suitcases up the stairs-no elevator) but by the time we booked/checked in they were all taken - next time we will request a lower level room. The location has plenty of restaurants to choose from and are all close by.

No elevator fyi. Pretty good hotel for the price range. A bit older but you have the necessities covered. Our room seemed clean however there was a musty/damp+cleaner smell to it. No bugs.

I do not know how you guys have as high a rating as you do because this motel needs severely updated. The room was clean but the wall plug-ins didn’t work, the handle fell off the shower, and the mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Then we had people trying to come in our room multiple times even in the middle of the night. There is no elevators so you have to walk up and down the stairs on the outside of the building. Their breakfast was nasty scrambled eggs was soaking in water, link sausages had zero flavor and the waffles would burn because the timer was set too long on the waffle maker. Nothing else was offered except cold cereal. The building stunk throughout and could have used some air freshener. The staff was nice and very considerate of the guest that is the only good thing I can say about this facility

I must say, was pleasantly surprised. Staff was excellent, check in and check out were smooth both. The room we stayed in was clean and renovated. The place is in the process of renovation, so it was a little dusty, but it didn't bother yoo much. I would recommend as nu e place to stay for a night or two.

Late night stay to break up a long road trip. Bathroom had caked shampoo dripping down the outside of the tub. Marks and discoloration on the grout. We moved a chair and found someone’s sock and a used dental pick under the chair. The garbage bin has not been cleared from the previous occupants. Ice box in the fridge was covered on ice -likely never cleaned out. Bed was comfortable. Decent room size. Breakfast wasn’t edible and we left to get our own. Outside room access was plus to help us to unload straight from the trunk. Friendly staff. Would not return.

Great value! I was surprised at the excellent condition and cleanliness of my room and the facilities in general. It was very quiet and conveniently located close to many restaurants. The check in clerk was very friendly and helpful. The fire alarm was beeping when I first went to my room (battery was low) and I immediately reported this and went to dinner. It was fixed by the ti w I returned 1 hour later. Would definitely return to this hotel.

The staff was really nice and professional. The room was nice and clean. It looked recently updated it. I had requested a ground level room and it was granted no problem. There were 4 pillows on each bed, plenty of towels for the family, a nice size TV with TV guide and everything was clean. The only note is the refrigerator could use an update as it was older and had decent wear and tear as well as it didn't seem to be very cold. Breakfast was great, plentiful and fresh. The area is perfect with stores and places to eat within walking distance if you so please. I will stay here anytime I come to town!

It was very clean, bed somewhat comfortable. The Shower handle used to turn the water from hot to cold, came off in my hand. Had to have the desk clerk come fix and turn off the water. Getting somewhat quality, comfort some what.

Hotel is old & dated. Room was clean. Fridge didn’t work. Mold in shower. A/C would not stay on long enough to even cool the room. Toliet wouldn’t flush until you did it 3 times. Staff was very friendly at check in/out. But I will not stay here again if I’m in the area.

I stayed one night and the hotel was good and had a nice stay but I didn’t realize that I was getting a $100 charge on my card for incidentals on top of paying for the room. It’s gonna take 5 business days to get my money back and im not happy about that. Now im out $100 for 5 days till it’s put back in. I think they need to be very upfront about the $100 because I was only told that they needed a card to put on hold in case of incidentals not that they charged it and it would take 5 days to get it back.

The service was terrible, housekeeping didn't come around and provide towels nor sheets all 3days unless u had them sitting outside that morning. The front desk were very rude,and the policy states $20 per pet,per night. Which would add up to $120 if they stayed a full 3nights,bc I had 2pets in my room ! But only stayed for 3hours then pets left. But they still kept my deposit $120 plus are trying to charge me an extra $ 50 for having 2dogs for only 3hours . The room was a smoking room and already smelled like mold, air conditioner leaked and didn't blow out air nor cool room off like it should have.

Called and Asked for a 1st floor room due to me having a disability told me ok when I arrived to check in gave me a second floor room and no elevator. I explained that I needed a 1st floor room since there was no elevator and I can not climb stairs. I was told to deal with it

I was very shocked when the gentleman said he needed $100.00 deposit. The room didnt cost that much. California, Hawaii, Las Vegas - never paid that much! On a good note, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

It’s an older hotel, but it’s a fine place to crash for a night. There is a lot of convenience very close by. Staff was good, room was above average and it’s in an area that poses no concern. The continental breakfast is meh, but I wasn’t expecting much. It was the cheap east hotel in the area and it was more than adequate for a night or two.
