All I can say is Thank you! We have two boys under 11. We truly enjoyed beds, morning breakfast, and front desk staff. Only one con which was the pool didn't open until 3 pm daily. Pool was a little rough, definitely needs upgrading. We will stay here again.

If it wasn’t for the TV, you would have thought you were stepping back in past to the 1980’s. Even then, there was no way to connect your own streaming device to the tv, or cast to the tv without logging in on the tv also (not wise to do at all btw). Then in their lame tv service, no guide so the smart tvs are dumb tvs. The side doors key access only works when it wants to which is a major security issue with the location. If you have someone coming up on you, don’t expect to get in fast. Hearing vacuums early in the morning is also bad. That is the purpose of the time between check out and check in. The beds were hard as a rock so don’t expect a good night sleep unless you enjoy a firmness equal to a comforter on a carpeted floor. If the road wasn’t so curvy we wouldn’t have stayed another night after the pow wow. I’ve stayed in much better places for the same price this place charges. Then to add insult to injury if your a coffee drinker, the sleeves for the cups don’t fit and there was no lids and the cups in the breakfast area are the smallest styrofoam cups you could possibly get so only a couple drinks.

Staff was very nice. Cleanliness was just Ok. No elevator to 2nd floor. Reserved a 2 queen bed room. No bottom sheet on one of the beds. When I went to front desk my options were 1….they could give me a sheet to put on myself or 2….move to a new room. So we moved to a new room on the 2nd floor. That is when I found out we had to carry our luggage up stairs. No elevator.

Easy fast check in process. Room was clean and tidy. AC was nice and cold in our room. We enjoyed some late night swimming. Pool area was nice and clean. The next day we had some morning swimming with the kiddos. Very quiet we enjoyed the deer from our room window.

The bathroom had mold on the walls and ceiling. The walls were dirty in the room, the carpet stunk. Hallways smelled like mold. The "continental breakfast" had prepackaged muffins, waffles and yogurt. The pool burned my kids eyes and private parts. And why would you put mirrors above the beds? This place is just disgusting. The staff was nice, although very casual with no dress code, that's the only thing they had going for them.

Decent hotel name says it though microtel.rooms are a bit small and wish they would say on website they don’t have an elevator only stairs.its a older building but they are renovating so I’m sure it will get better my understanding they are under new ownership. friendly staff location not bad 15 minutes from everything read lots of negative reviews about this place before booking but I’m here to tell you it’s a good place owners and staff are great beds comfortable and rooms clean

The staff was great but there was some things that still needed to be taken care of. They were so great I wish I could give it a better rating. But there was mold in the bathroom as well as under the beds and cabinets were extremely dirty.

The photos online did not match the room we stayed in. The hotel had a really bad odor as soon as you walked in the door. The room looked like it had not been vacuumed. Definitely was not worth what we paid to stay one night.

Desk agent 0 friendly, bordered on surly. Hotel desperately needs a thorough cleaning and updating. Room had a faint dog urine smell. Walls needed painting. Generally the entire hotel is beat up.

The room smelled like mold and felt damp. The walls were stained with dirt. The bathroom light wouldn't stop flickering. The fan was incredible loud in the bathroom. The room looks nothing like pictures advertised. I did immediately leave and am in a refund process.

The hair drier was broken, no coffee pot in the room, only one electric plug by the bed and had to get down on hands and knees to access. Other plugs would not hold the charger boxes. The tub dripped water constantly. Left after one night.

I didnt sleep much because the people in the room above me sounded like a herd of elephants all night. There was a tinted mirror behind the bed that was like one of those mirrors other people can watch out of but you cant see the other side. It was very uncomfortable. The bed was barely big enough for one person and it was just a very tiny cramped room.

Rooms are clean and Wi-Fi has massively improved since my last stay four years ago, speeds in the 60 to 70 Mbps range even when others are in the motel. Location opposite the casino means evenings are sorted and its on the right side of town to avoid the traffic jams on weekends with all the lake visitors. Have stayed in other Broken Bow motels over the years, and this is my goto one now, as room cleaning is a lot better than the others.

The room was super small, the lights only worked above HALF of the bed. We could not use 3 plugs for our phone charges the prongs would fall out of the wall. There was black duck tape in the shower. And next to the bed there was a white plastic panel on the wall with white duct tape around it also. The tv said there was a lot more Chanels but we could only acces like 20. The breaker was put up at 9:10 and it’s posted till 9:30 am. This was by far the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. I would love a refund! I would also be willing to send all the pictures and videos I took!!

I WAS ASKED TO PAY UP FRONT FOR THE TWO NIGHT S OF MY STAY. I HAD TO MAKE A DECISION TO CANCEL THE SECOND NIGHT. I ASKED FOR A REFIND. THE CLERK IT WAS THEIR POLICY THAT THEY DIDN'T GIVE REFUNDS. DURING THE PAYMENT PROCESS THERE WAS A NOTE THAT IF I MIGHT HAVE TO CANCEL MY TRIP I COULD PAY AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF $9.00. WHEN I asked for that refund from Expedia and Hotels.com they just said that it was not available. SORRY.....

Staff was disrespectful and humiliating. When told I may have my mother and nephew with me the front desk attendant continued to speck towards me as if I didn’t understand the words that were coming out of her mouth when it came to me having to get a second bed. You are allowed NO visitors. My group came in late one of our nights and had to wait for an attendant to come let us in bc their front key slot was not working. Mind you I had a 2 month old and 2 yr old that were already asleep and needed to get into bed. When using a card, they place a hold on ALL of your funds ‘incase’ of any damages you may make. I was on a trip out of state, if those were my only funds how was I supposed to do ANYTHING! Let alone the hotel was hot and when we got into the room they had the unit set at 81. Very inconvenient during these hot times. The food you were offered for breakfast consisted of waffles shaped as Texas, I stayed in Oklahoma… pathetic! You were also given the choice of cereal, yogurt, an a couple of others things. Never again will I book with them. After spending almost 400$ for 3 nights you would reasonably think things would be better yet they were absolutely not.

The rooms are perhaps not as newly furnished as most places, and there are holes in the wall so the upkeep isn't the greatest. And some of the wall outlets couldn't keep my charger in. But I found the rooms to be clean. Given the location, it's pretty easy to get to nature trails in the area from the hotel.

Was a wonderful stay, 1st time in Broken Bow. Hotel and location were perfect, did go to the Casino across the street, enjoyed it very much! The only thing I would complain about is every time my cousin would sit on her bed, it would make a noise, like a trash truck picking up a bin in the distance. We figured out that it was whatever the mattress sets on giving some and making a noise! Not much to do in town but we had a good time!

I found the staff when I was checking in to be extremely nice. The complaint I do have is there wasn’t enough food or even coffee in the mornings. I even got down there at least 20 minutes after it was opened.

Room was small but clean. No coffee maker in the room, though. Lack of electrical outlets and drain in bathtub was slow. Breakfast meager with just carbs and no meat. However this is one of the few hotels in the area that has doors on the inside, a must do for my wife and her safety concerns. Lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful with any questions.

motel is on the older side, so lots of things need to be updated. They just need to take the time in the rooms and clean things that get overlooked windowsills lights walls. The service is great. The guy at the front counter was really nice. The breakfast is nothing to write home about.
