Property was unsafe. I booked 3 nights in this place and checked out after the 1st. You get what you pay for. -Door would not lock. I could push it open from the outside. -No hot water and when I informed the front desk, was told the maintenance team would arrive in 2 to 3 business days. -Dirty. Stains everywhere. Hole in bathroom door. -Front desk staff was nice but couldn't really help. -Requested refund for nights not stayed but couldn't reach person in charge.

Torn linens. Loud ac/heating system revs up like an alarm. They will let you see the room before taking keys to decide on refund. Overall great for the price for somewhere to sleep for a night. (Just one night literally no late check out, you’ll be charged a full day for late check out…)

A/C worked fine. Towels were clean. Room was mildly clean & stinky (like a mold odor & smoke smell). Bed was super lumpy, old, and squeaky (sounded like a file cabinet closing every time you moved on the bed). Sheets were atrociously dirty and discolored. Lamps were dusty. Toilet had pee in it upon arrival / at first inspection. Fan in bathroom (which comes on when the light is turned on) was loud and sounded like it will explode.

Check in staff was nice. Family owned nice folks. The room was in poor condition. the shower was in shambles. Clogged drain, leaking head, handle broken couldnt select hot temperature properly. The white bed sheets looked dirty still even tho the bed was made but, when in rome. I got in the bed and it was full of sand...gross. the heater/air-conditioning unit fan was squealing all night unless i shut it off. Luckily I pack ear plugs. Nice folks, poor maintenance.

I had two leaks in my room's ceiling, I went to the office to inform the staff and it seemed as if not only did they know about it but they felt it was an unavoidable thing. They sited that the "broiler was above and it wull sometimes leak". Broiler rooms are usually on the ground floor to avoid that issue and my room was on the second floor. The interaction felt dismissive.

This hotel was disgusting. It was dirty, chair was ripped up, found a roach in the bathroom. Someone's clothes were left in the dresser. The bed felt like a board. I immediately left and found a much better place. The owners should be ashamed of themselves for running a business like this. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Overall, it’s was an okay stay. The bed was a bit creaky and the chair that we had was definitely dirty. Please bring your own sheets and blankets if you plan on staying long. But the in-room AC was great! Decent quick stay.

I booked a room for a night and when I went there for checkin no body is in the office and no body is picking up the phone. I waited for one hour before giving up and going for near by hotel called rooftop inn. When I went there for a room and explained what happened with me they said we do look after both the properties and I can help you with checkin for prior bookings. It wasn’t mentioned any where that I have to go to this place for my check in. Rooms stay wise it was near busy road so noise is there and rooms are not all clean. On my check out I went to that roof top inn and said I’m checking out and I waited outside their office while waiting for my cab to arrive but the security or so from there asked me to leave the area because my room is in hilltop inn which doesn’t have any office or any person available to talk ( it was extremely cold outside). So overall it was a very bad stay and I won’t opt for it next time even if it’s for free.

There was nobody to check us in. The hotel was locked and nobody was at the hotel to meet us. We had to stay for almost an hour. Nobody answered the phone and nobody was at the hotel. I was about to contact the Expedia to get my refund. We could not get in our paid and reserved room. In an hour a drink maintenance guy was driving his cart, I flagged him down because he was working at the next hotel Red Roof Inn. He took me to his manager, Monica. Monica was able to check me in when she worked for a different hotel. There was the same managemen7 for both hotels. There was no sign or note to guide your guests… I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Ms. Monica was very nice and professional. I checked in only because of her apology and great customer service! Otherwise, I was cancelling and requesting full refund…

On my check out I went to that roof top inn and said I’m checking out and I waited outside their office while waiting for my cab to arrive but the security or so from there asked me to leave the area because my room is in hilltop inn which doesn’t have any office or any person available to talk ( it was extremely cold outside). So overall it was a very bad stay and I won’t opt for it next time even if it’s for free.
I booked a room for a night and when I went there for checkin no body is in the office and no body is picking up the phone. I waited for one hour before giving up and going for near by hotel called rooftop inn. When I went there for a room and explained what happened with me they said we do look after both the properties and I can help you with checkin for prior bookings. It wasn’t mentioned any where that I have to go to this place for my check in. Rooms stay wise it was near busy road so noise is there and rooms are not all clean. I guess because it’s a bad area nobody would deliver food here the man gave me a non-smoking room and it smelled like somebody had just finished smoking in here and left out there are cigarette stains on the toilet there are cigarette stains in the ice container the sheets have brown stains Everywhere and so does the pillowcases. The wash cloths even have stains smh. They just need to replace their bed and bath materials get some air freshener and figure out why this room smelled totally like an ashtray if it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Maybe non-smoking should be on the bottom floor so that when they smoke on the top floor the smoke rises. I didn’t sleep under the comforter because I was scared of what might’ve been on the sheets. The price was good and for that amount you should be able to replace all these sheets for at least least $20 per room

Property was dirty, room had roaches in it. Not a lot of good dining experiences in the area. Blanket had holes in it. I guess you paid what you gwt for. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

They think just because you look at the room before checking in it excuses their lack of cleanliness! The floor was filthy, bathtub and mattress was filthy! The both chairs had stains from God knows what! For most people you are exhausted by the time you get to your hotel room. Usually the stay is unexpected if you are staying at this time of place and you just need somewhere to lay down. But this is a public health issue times 10! Has the pandemic taught us nothing? Clean it up!
