Wasn’t sure if the place was under renovation or was recently hit by a tornado. Elevator didn’t work. Side doors didn’t work. Looked like hoarders were squatting in the parking lot. Furniture was stained, doors were bent, sink was broke. Other than that, good stay.

Construction/remodeling going on; rooms and overall motel not in any condition to be in business right now. No refrigerator in room. Advertised 24 hour camera surveillance--no evidence of that. Pet friendly rooms advertised but not provided.

Missing main light fixture, wall fixture switch broken, had to move the microwave to the bathroom sink to plug it in. Plug by table did not work, the door handle was broken. The elevator was non operational, the ice machine on level 1 was non-working. Vending machines empty. Greeted by a large roach in room. Although rules said no smoking, someone was smoking pot (it has a distinctive odor). Missing pillow cases on the pillows. Did not feel safe. Poor selection at "free" breakfast (only 1 piece of bread for toast) and no one at the desk. This property is a disgrace to the Wyndham name.

Key would not work. After 2nd rekeying front desk staff said this would be last time to rekey and that it calls his boss and wakes him up each time he rekeys. Room had no towels. Keys don’t work to outer doors so you have to walk around to the front to access the building.

Had I known this property was going under a remodel that looked like a construction zone I wouldn't have stayed here. The price was right, but the room and property reflected the price. Supposed to have been a non-smoking room, but smelled heavily of prior smoke. Carpet was very stained, and what I would describe as nasty. The entry door for guests to enter in parking area didn't work properly. After one failed attempt I went to front desk to complain I couldn't get in. Front desk clerk tried to explain the trick to getting in. After 2nd attempt with no luck I got him to come and show me how to get in. Took him 3-4 attempts before door would light up for door to operate. Noticed there was a good sized rock by door. Every time I needed something out of my vehicle the rock was utilized to make sure I wasn't locked out. I agree. This property needs an update. Expected more out of a Wyndham property.

While it is under renovation, we experienced no noise from that. Breakfast was better than expected. Room was very clean and tidy. Very large selection of TV channels. Very comfortable bed. There is an excellent and friendly seafood Mexican restaurant with local owners of 30 years that front desk recommended and it's right around the corner.

Overall it was a nice stay for the price. The only issue we really had was the bathroom door didn't open all the way because it dragged on the floor. It only opened just over half way but we were able to get in and out.

I like that it is very clean, with no dust. Quiet. There were no pillowcases on the four pillows, so I had to ask if they could bring some. The big thing for me is the lighting. The room gets dark easily. I went there for my alone time, and I had to read a lot, but it was dim for me even with open drapes. Please add more light fixtures, esp for older people like me. A small sofa would be helpful as well, not just a chair, it's not comfortable. Thank you.

We waited for over 45 minutes. No employee ever came to the desk. We couldn’t check in. There was construction and ALL doors were unlocked. But no hotel staff. We called Wyndham, they were no help. We were moving across the country and had our pets. In July. Waiting in the car for 45 minutes. We ended up going across the street to another (wonderful) hotel. We will be filling a formal complaint and ensuring Hotels.com refunds our money.

Coming up to the property it looked run down and broken, the check in staff in the afternoon of 5-9 was nice and the room was ok, there was some tiny mold spots above the shower but nothing that prevented me from showering. In the morning the breakfast attendant was very rude to an older couple that I had to step in. The container that held the Milk was not labeled so the older couple asked and was told “it’s right there” when I mentioned it wasn’t labeled and I had thought it was tea, the breakfast attendant said “well it’s right there” completely dismissing me and the older couple. Having milk in a coffee canister makes me question if the milk is safe to use. I later realized the breakfast attendant was also the front desk, which doesn’t make matters better as this sets an example that the staff can be rude then rude again as you check out. I am giving it a 2 star review as I mentioned walking up to the property it looked run down and falling apart and the only staff member that was friendly the gentleman that checked me in.

The hotel rooms need a real upgrade. Carpet is disgusting! There is a lot of homeless people around, walking through and camping by the parking lot. First desk guy got very offensive when I asked about safety. He was nice besides that. We will never stay here again.

A LOT of homeless people around. Some sleeping in front of the lobby doors. There are multiple police officers patrolling the area. So I didn’t feel that unsafe. My car wasn’t messed with but I did park under a bright light. The price was right though. So get what you pay for I suppose.

A lot of homeless people hung around the area right by the hotel. Were told by staff that a lot of drug dealing is suspected of being done there, they call authorities but not much gets done about it.

Relatively clean end decent place to stay. Convenient off the highway. Not anything nearby for convenience or grocery store that was open or allowed actual entry into the store after 10:00 pm. Closest was a Maverick about 5 miles away. Service was friendly and quick.

We only stayed one night as it was a quick weekend trip. The hotel was ok, staff was nice enough. The breakfast left something to be desired - no brewed decaf coffee, and needs more variety on the food. Toaster would not let you push the button up so you just had to hope your toast didn't come out burned. Waffles were I guess supposed to be strawberry flavored, plain would have been better. Bathroom had visible paint chipping. The heater/air conditioner worked good. TV remote was weird and tricky to use.

Cleaning staff was friendly disappointed that I was told I could recieve bonus points for my stay and then told your manager refused to authorize Several times by 9:30 all breakfast items were gone due to a large family that took all fruit breads and bagels

The bathroom fan was loud and obnoxious!!! Definitely need to replace the fan in rm 206. The continental breakfast could use a makeover. I didn’t see any juice to drink, just coffee.
