The property is superb and well equipped. Perfect for entertaining with the wide-open living areas. Nice location as well near high-end shopping and dining. Drew was the perfect host, providing all the necessary details to access the property and local advice. When the repair guy was slightly delayed in repairing the fireplace (not a big deal), he apologized and sent a Starbucks reward card. Best experience I've had yet with VRBO. And a shout out to VRBO who gave us a credit when our original property fell through only a month out.

First class property and first class team. Visiting from Colorado to see adult children. The house is very nice with excellent everything, including mattresses and pillows. Very close to a grocery store. Close to popular shopping and dining areas, Brookside, Utica Square and Cherry Street. Walking distance to Riverparks. Quiet neighborhood. Worth every penny.

We rented the house for a family Christmas gathering with multiple family members, ranging from a baby to grandparents. It was a perfect getaway! Communication from the beginning to the end was prompt, usually within 30 minutes. Drew went above and beyond to recommend catering suggestions, follow up on suggestions, and even made us dinner reservations one night. The house was decorated to give a festive feel. Everything was spotless and comfortable. There is not one negative thing I can say about the house or the renter. We have stayed at many lovely rentals, but it's the renter who can add those extra touches and service that really give the experience that "something extra". I would give Drew 10 stars if that was possible. The area is very close to many great restaurants and fun shopping, as well as the river area to go walk or run. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
