The room was really nice. Room clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Airport shuttle was a challenge until we figured it out. the shuttle took us where we wanted to go when we scheduled it which was helpful. The lunch we had was very good and fresh.

The hotel was very busy forcing people to park in the ramp. However, the elevator was broken and no communication about this was made by the front desk staff. Your website also shows that you offer EV charging. You should be clear in your marketing that you only have one charger. I booked your hotel because of that feature and it was tied up all night by another guest.

It was a tremendous stay, but the hot tub was out of service during our stay. The gluten free options at the front were amazing.
