Really nice property with rooms better than the reviews I read before booking. Room service food quality was very good (please try pepperoni and italian sausage pizza). Clean and spacious room. Hotel does mention that they provide EV charging but they only have 1 charging spot and even that was occupied by a gas car. Overall really nice property and would sure stay here the next time.

Very convenient location to get to shopping, dining, the airport, and more. Quiet and clean. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Only wish they had more than one EV charger. Thankfully there were Tesla superchargers about a mile away.

The overall stay was good! Great location and close proximity of Mall of America, Dave and Buster’s, park, beach and restaurants basically everything a 10 minute drive. This hotel also have a dine in restaurant, bar. Pool stay open till 11pm. Sound proof rooms and free transportation to Airport and Mall of America.

Clean, everything worked, but didn't have a microwave, fridge was tiny and near floor, only 2 dresser drawers near floor, no complimentary breakfast, dog for 2 days cost $100, pool and hot tub Closed for repairs and not stated on their website, even while staying there.. Denny's next door was great. Easter Buffet was $52 EACH, wow.

Enjoyed our stay here, just a couple of issues: one of the drawers in the dresser would not close and the bathroom in the pool/hot tub area was a little rusty. Otherwise, area is very safe, convenient location to go to various parts of Minneapolis, staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was nice. It was in a convenient location and easy to get to. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice and the bathroom was spacious enough for me and my husband. I also liked that the air condition was quiet unlike a lot of hotels we have stayed at. Our floor was mostly quiet. There was only one negative thing during our stay. On our last night there we were awakened in the middle of the night by people yelling and playing their music very loudly. My husband called the front desk and someone came up to quiet the people making the noise. But they were still loud and I had to call the front desk. Someone came up again and finally shut the party down for good. I’m glad they were able to make the noise go away. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

This is a good average place to stay. They’ve also got the dining option(s) on site. I had to go to the front desk for check in and the attendant was much more attentive to the Starbucks that he was also working. Even though myself and another guest had been waiting to check in and he had come back over to the desk to drop something off he still went back and served people at Starbucks that came after us. From a business standpoint I get it, you already had my money and they were new money, but it was super frustrating. Walking throughout the hotel I saw discarded drink and food containers that were still sitting on tables and ledges that had been there the day before. The room seemed pretty clean but the drain in the tub needs to be cleaned. It had so much hair in it you could see the mess of rotting and gross hair and it caused the tub to drain so slowly that it filled with water while you showered. The towels had pieces of hair as well but just a few.

Overall a good stay, however, there was food left in the refrigerater upon our arrival. I called the front desk and they quickly sent someone up to retrieve the garbage. Other than that everything was okay. Service at the restaurant was awesome!

We had a great stay here. We got back a little late one night and the AC wasn't quite working, so a staff member came up quickly to reset it (which worked) and brought an AC fan to have in the meantime, as well. Very nice place to stay if you're in the Minneapolis area.

Very nice, updated, and clean property. Area close to Mall of America, dining, shopping. Easy to get on highway. Free parking. Mini-fridge. Negative: No free continental breakfast but there is a restaurant on the premises. No microwave in room. Hotel staff was a little robotic. No smiles or welcoming gestures. Glad they spoke english though.

Nice hotel. It was a busy night and there was quite a bit of noise overnight, but we enjoyed the property. The staff were friendly and helpful. There aren't microwaves in the rooms, we needed to go up one floor to use the public microwave next to the ice machine. There were two public microwaves in the entire hotel. I found that odd, but it worked for us.

The customer service was outstanding. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking. I had to go else where for food. There wasn't much of a section and way over priced The remote for the TV had a long delay at times and wad was really frustrated by the fact that the TV gave you the channels that were available but did not tell you what was playing on the channel. You had to click on the channel to see what was playing on the channel and with the delay with the remote it took forever to see what was playing on each channel to find something I was actually interested in watching.

Fantastic stay! We used the shuttle a lot and the drivers were all excellent. Nice to have a 24 hr coffee shop with snacks/sandwiches/salads. Loved the bar and Happy hour. Would definitely recommend.

I would give this property 6 stars if I could. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The lady who checked us in was really nice. There was shuttles to the Mall of America where we spent most of our time and a shuttle to and from the airport. Each driver we had was just really great. Regarding the hotel, the pictures don't do this hotel justice. To me, it kind of looks plain in the pictures but when we got to the hotel, the room actually looks very sleek. The TV had my name on it! I thought that was pretty cool. I don't normally drink hotel coffee because it doesn't taste good but this was delicious. This was totally my style and I had to keep calling to see if housekeeping could send more up. HAHA! Then you get to dining. The little lady that took care of us was so nice and friendly. She deserves to be praised but I don't think we asked for names. She had short black hair. She was so informative and helpful to answer all the questions we had about the menu. This was my first experience staying at a Hilton Hotel and this has become my favorite. Thanks for an amazing stay!

It is in a close proximity to all the destinations that we drive to when we stay in Minneapolis. We generally go to 3 locations (Mall of America, Asian Mall and Mandarin Kitchen) and it is in the middle of all of them. The only problem is the exit from I-494 is under construction.

Great stay, despite not to good breakfast. We had paid breakfast and you can only choose one item from the menu without juice which was to limited and not enough for one person. My wife had cheese omelette which was ok an i had avocado toast which was enaught for my daughter to be honest and without sides. But any way we were very pleased with our stay.
