This property was older, but some parts had been remodeled. The furniture was a little dated, but that doesn’t bother me when I see how clean the room and bathroom was. The pool and hot tub were also very clean. We stay in a lot of hotel rooms and I was impressed. The staff was very nice and accommodating as well, but most of that probably has to do with rural Missouri. I’m from Missouri myself and we were in town for a funeral.

Everything was very clean, common areas, parking lot, room, bathroom, but the pool area is what impressed us the most. I’ve been in 28 different states and stayed at many hotels of all price ranges but the pool here is top notch. Indoor but no chlorine smell, the pool and hot are completely tiled and there is no unevenness anywhere not 1 rough spot, it was clean and the perfect combination of cool indoor pool water and hot hot tub water. Staff was very friendly and easy to talk to.

This was a great stop. The pool and hot tub were nice. Lots of breakfast options. The price was fantastic. Our only complaint is that the hot tub had a lot of chlorine. It stung our eyes a lot to even sit in ot.

Friendly staff, and clean. But after 16 hrs on the road I was looking forward to a soak in the hot tub, but the jets were not working. The room was very clean, but musty smelling. Breakfast was good but the juice machine was broken. Would have thought someone could have put out some containers of juice. Next time for the small difference in cost I'll stay at the Hampton Inn.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels, including 5-star hotels, and this hotel was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. When we were leaving we saw a girl sitting on the floor scrubbing a bathroom floor with a tooth brush. Very impressive to clean so thoroughly. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. Good breakfast. Many friendly employees. Definitely would stay here again.

Check in was friendly, however the room was smelly and I found visible black mold on the ceiling above the sink the next morning. I could not find anyone when we left to discuss the condition of the room. Was originally going to stay the weekend but left after 1 night. Thankfully found another hotel down the road.

Property was fine. Main hallways old and smelly. Room decor from the 1990s. Beds old. Nothing updated if you are traveling on business and need USB ports. No exercise facility. Nice in door pool. Great staff. If you are on the freeway side of the building the traffic noise is loud as semi trucks travel the highway through town.

The Head of Housekeeping checked us in. Her Customer Service was the worst Ive ever experienced. She was demanding, unpleasant and refused to let me pay for 2 rooms on 1 credit card transaction. The misted that she must run my card twice. This associate should not interact with guests. I will never return to this property.

Front desk staff was wonderful. Friendly, helpful and accommodating! With two young kids, everyone made it such a wonderful stay. Something that stood out was a high chair in the breakfast dining area for community use. One of the staff let us know the eggs were “real eggs” and we really appreciated that! It was clear that the staff was focused on customer satisfaction.

We stay here every time we travel to Arkansas to visit family. Great motel always has been very clean, nice people, decent breakfast, and lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. They have plenty of parking and easy access off the main road. The price is better than most and probably the best for the quality of motel. Will stay there on our next trip again.

Breakfast is served between 6 AM and 10 AM. Came down at 9 AM Saturday morning. All the gravy was gone. There were no donuts left. There was one bagel. I asked about the gravy and they said they don’t make anymore. Only the one batch this was 9 AM on a Saturday morning. I would think one of the busier days I understand conserving a dollar but how expensive is gravy really or donuts or bagels for that matter love the hot tub pool was nice. Building was clean.

They were the only motel that had accommodation for 5 guest in 1 room which was a bonus. Both beds and the pull out couch bed was clean and comfy. Jetted tub in the bathroom. Sink and toilet was clean. Mini fridge worked great and was clean. They had a good hot breakfast available. Will definitely return if were ever back in clinton,mo.

Breakfast had the usual hotel fare of eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage, cold cereals etc. It was good except for the waffles. The batter was too runny to make a waffle. No big deal.
