Room was clean & staff friendly!

Was charged twice for my room at check in, brought it up to them but was not resolved, now need to go through the hassle to dispute the second charge.

Parking wasnt the nicest or easiest. Whe. We were there the driveway was partially blocked because couple vehicles were sticking in the driveway so had to go extra slow to make sure fit between them and ppl from the bar right next door also used the lot as well. It snowed when there and lot and sidewalks werent shiveled or plowed so were slick . Stsf wass decent, just seen 1 person. Room was ok. The faucet and pipe to shower head were loose so had to tighten them so didnt spray water out. The ha dle for shower was loose as well. Was an ok stay. Cost should of been cheaper for the size of room and property quality and vending machine not having hardly any choices since it didnt offer food of any sorts besides the minimal thi gs in ve ding machine.

First few times we stayed here it was excellent, but this time around made us question if we will be back. Room was decent but the sheets were kind of dirty, and the fridge didn't seem to work. While in the pool with our kids their was something questionable floating on the bottom of the pool that honestly looked like pieces of feces, but the floor around the pool had multiple spots with missing rocks, so it could have been those as well, of course was not going to check it out for ourselves so we left. During this time in the pool, we also spent time in the hot tub, at which point we noticed small ants dead around the perimeter as well as live ants crawling around it as well.

Recently remodeled room still strongly smelled new. Well-kept place, easy in and out, good restaurant across the street. If they get some of the remaining odor out of the room it would be great.
