I payed for a hotel with a pool, but it wasn’t open until next month. On the website it said there was a pool. The bathroom had giant cockroaches too. I wish I could have my money back.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. I was however very disappointed apon arrival to find out the pool was closed and had been for the last 2 months. I wish i would ha e been informed about this so i could have found q different hotel with q working pool. I would advise others to call and confirm before their stay.

Our hotel room was clean and the included breakfast had plenty of options. One issue was that the pool was not open and that is one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Our kids were highly disappointed and we would have picked a different hotel had we known that.

This hotel was a great alternative to the downtown DC hotels. Much more affordable and has everything you need. Clean rooms, good shower pressure, typical free breakfast, and most importantly ... free and easy parking. This hotel does have an outdoor pool but it was closed during our stay. We were informed about this as soon as we booked the hotel (I belive the pool is seasonal). Supposedly there is a subway nearby that takes you to DC, but we used Uber. Uber wasn't htat bad with pricing between $15-25 depending on timing.

I know it's an old property we stayed here 20 years ago but no reason for really badly stained carpets and no vacuuming of the floors, just felt gross. Should go with cleaning.. A vacuum would have been nice. Front desk staff very pleasant and accommodating.

Hallways seem to always have trash bags fill all over the floor, elevator was dirty same trash and liquid on floor entire stay only one elevator working, windows so dirty could not see out of window, stayed one night couldnt do it anymore i left one night earlier even though i paid for two would be nice to get a refund on stay but by looks of things they need the money, Oh while side sitting on bench seen a big rat size of a small dog right outside of hotel, never again nasty is how i describe this place

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. There was cigarette odor in the non-smoking floor hallways, but not in the rooms. Overall an excellent choice for Northern Virginia. Free onsite parking is a huge plus!

Overall I really enjoyed my stay, the rooms are clean, the amenities are convenient and the parking is right outside the hotel which made me feel safe. I am removing a star because my hotel room smelled like cigarette smoke and the odor made it difficult to sleep.

Found multiple (5-10) hairs in the bathroom after check in. A funny and unpleasant smell came from somewhere maybe from A/C or bathroom. The both male ans female common bathroom at lobby were uncleaned and unhygienic conditions.

Great mattress. Hotel is in need of a renovation. Comfortable mattress which is why I try to choose the Hilton brand when I travel, but this hotel has seen it’s better days and the owners have neglected to reinvest in the room areas based on appearance. Carpet and wallpaper in the hallways loooks dated, halls old enough to still have ashtrays by the elevators. My room had very worn furniture based on the fading from use, and window seal has been broken for so long the entire upper sash was translucent. Rooms were however very clean, and service for a quick check in to get to bed after several hours on the road was great.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful which was wonderful. The reason for the 4 star was that I had to change room as the A/C was not cooling the room. the room given also had a problem but was working better. When we got in after a late dinner the room was comfortable while being awake but not cold enough for sleeping I called down stairs and asked if a fan could be brought up as I did not want to change room again that late at night. They were able to get a standing fan and brought it up. The fan help a great deal and I was able to sleep comfortable for the 2 nights I was there. Our friends also had a slight problem in their room with the toilet not shutting off, but it was eventually fixed.

Wanting to see the sights of D.C. but not wanting to pay $500 a night at a hotel there to see them, my family and settled on the Arlington area. This hotel is priced much better and is situated only a 15 minute drive across the Potomac into the capital. The roads can be a little tricky, but nothing that a decent GPS can't handle. There are restaurants in the immediate offering different cuisines, and there is a respectable breakfast at the hotel in the morning. What's not to like? Would we stay here again in the future? Absolutely!

I had to change my schedule to prior date and staff helped to get done with Hotels.com rep. It’s clean and bf is ok. Room carpet is old so there was little odour in the room. Location is good if you want to visit tourist places. Overall its Good

We checked in on 12th October and checked out on 15th October. The Check in experience was good and quick. The room was clean and the linen was also clean. The towels were stacked in the bathroom and they were clean. We had breakfast on the 3 days and the items were fresh, tasty and good choices. The Hotel employees at the reception were excellent and served with a smile. Zaire in particular at the font desk was willing to assist for any request. We had requested for a delayed check out and this request was granted without any fuss. A few suggestions : (1) The bathroom towels are stacked on the wooden shelf on top of the toilet bowl. This may need to be changed. (2) The rooms with Double King size beds should be a little larger (3) The AC/Heating unit in the room tends to get a little noisy. (4) Smaller pillows should also be placed in the room All in all, the stay was excellent and I would recommend this property

We choose this hotel based on price, had a pool and free breakfast. The pool was closed for repair. If the website stated this we would have chosen a different hotel. Room was okay. Clean but dated. Free breakfast was cramped but good selection.

Room was very clean. The staff was wonderful except for not mentioning the pet fee of $75. The only thing i had an issue with was the bed. It was extremely hard and neither I or my hisband could sleep. Breakfast was ok. The eggs and sausage were not very good, but there was also waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, and fruit.
