The pool and hot tub were clean. The room was ok. But the bathroom was nasty. Hair all over the bath tub, pee on the bottom of the toilet. I went to dollar tree and got gloves and cleaning stuff to clean the bathroom. If you just need a place to sleep its ok.

If all you need is a bed to sleep, this motel will do. Breakfast is not good. Very little selection and what was there was all Great Value brand. The pump on the pool was turned off overnight so the pool was full of bugs. Staff is not the friendliest in the world.

The only issue that this facility has is parking, the property is backed up to a tall hill and the parking lot is a bit awkward and not made for large vehicles. The staff were very nice and professional, the room was clean orderly. I have no complaints.

Very dirty. Floors dirty with visible debris and dirt. Linen on beds stained. Towels stained. Furniture in room disgusting to the point where I had them remove it out of the room. I spoke with the front desk and the cleaner and showed them what was wrong they were honestly very polite and apologetic but the next day it was still dirty. I think the cleaners just don’t know how to properly clean and the front desk person didn’t care enough the offered me a refund for one of the 2 nights I stayed. You could tell he’s used to people complaining.

We checked in and went to our room and it was utterly disgusting!! I asked to be moved to another room and it was better but still nasty. My friend and I went to Walmart and got sheets and a blanket and a pillow so we could even feel comfortable enough to sleep. We also bought Lysol spray and wipes and cleaned the room. Half the lights didn’t work or didn’t have light bulbs. There was stains all over the bedding. My bed had hairs under the cover and multiple hairs in the shower as well. Will never stay there again!

The room wasn't clean. The floor was dirty. The bed spread had spots and was worn. The bed stands still had stains from drinks. I had to wipe down the the tables and desk and sink just to feel clean. The lamp didn't have a bulb. They did come change it. I will not go back. Need an upgrade on linen and towels.

Our room was dirty, sheets appeared to be left from last customer. Room smelled of smoke(supposedly non smoking room). The walls were patched with sheet rock mud, left unpainted. Floor had not been cleaned. Breakfast was a joke, terrible coffee with powder creamer, small wrapped muffins, 2 cereals. No juices were available. As I was checking out, I expected the clerk to ask if everything was ok. Just thank you. This establishment definitely takes no pride in either phase of their business. I would highly discourage anyone from staying here.

Close to where I needed to be. Room wasn’t cleaned and sheets were bloodstained when I arrived. Staff did change the sheets upon request. Like being able to have a smoking room and get two queen beds. Had lots of nasty bites after the stay…hoping it’s not bedbugs 😬

Don’t even bother staying here, my phone didn’t work, TV didn’t work, terrible lumpy pillows, and if you’re unfortunate enough to get a room by the road the noise is indescribable and so loud you wont be able to sleep, I could hear the people snoring one side then on the other side people talking at 3:30 in the morning, , it’s a dump

Room with jacuzzi doesn’t exist. the unpleasant staff didn’t take care about me, told me that Expedia was wrong with the photos, it was not his problem. if you read the reviews, I’m not the only one that he is very angry about this unpleasant episode, also I am still waiting for the refund since the hotel does not answer the phone.

Bookee the jacuzzi suite. Paid extra for it over the standard room rate. They have similar descriptions. They refused to give me the room or refund the difference. Smashed cockaroaches all over the walkway and stairs including live ones. Front desk attendant was extremely rude and said i didnt book the jacuzzi suite. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION AS ITS POORLY MATAINED AND STAFF DOESNT CARE.

I don’t leave negative reviews, but this establishment just needs some attention. Every surface felt and looked unclean to put it nicely. We kept our shoes on at all times! The room was just constantly damp. The bed was comfortable, but the walls were so thin we could literally hear the neighbors breathing. The parking lot was a pinball machine and pieces of people’s trash was left all around the property. The whole place just felt like a depressed afterthought.

Beware! Booked thru Expedia. Checked in and was charged 127.00 more than my Expedia quote. Man at front desk was very rude and arrogant. Told me that’s my price. No refunds. Call Expedia. Sent Expedia screenshot and they said prices vary no guarantees! When gentleman was ask why so high (200.00) his response was “ It’s first Trade day’s weekend. I can charge what I want” Now to room: bed was comfortable and no carpet. Thick moldy, dirty caulking around tub. Thick plaster smeared in tub. Light fixture and fan was full bugs and dirt. Sheets and mattress was stained with big brown stains and sheets had cigarette burn in it. Long hair everywhere . Couch was filthy and stained. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Very thin walls. We listened to man next door snore all night. Breakfast was our choice of cold cereal or waffle. Some of our group killed big spider in room. Kids were afraid to go to sleep. We all went and got cleaners and Lysol to clean rooms before going to bed. Awful weekend. Will never stay here again. Everyone in group was encouraged to take photos and videos of rooms.

Great check in and out. Super friendly staff. Nice big room, clean. Comfortable bed. Even nice small pool and hot tub area. Clearly mgt is trying- however the people who were staying around us, not great. A few men smoking outside their room on the balcony without shirts on, a couple in an argument by the stairs. That sort of thing. Not really the facility’s fault buuut I don’t think I’d stay there again if I had other options.

This is an old property and needs to be painted on the outside. Since is not a "city" property there is a majority of one night stays(except during first Mondays) therefore it is not going to be as pristine as a business hotel. Pretty good value for the money but a wouldn't make it an extended stay place. Convient to I20 and Dairy Palace; so OK for one night
