Receptionist was very nice and helpful! Hotel is in a safe neighborhood with parking available. Only 3 spots though so need to reserve. Also Parking on street free from 19-7 but then 4 euros per hour. 15-20 min walk to Stephen’s Green or bus stop nearby. Various restaurants within 5-10 min walk. Street gets quiet at night. But walls in rooms were not soundproof which can be annoying depending on what neighbors you get.

Great location, easy to find. As I was picking up a car at Dublin Airport I emailed to confirm I could park at the back for free - A really good option with a car. Just note space is limited. The staff was really friendly and make you feel at home. The room was at the house at the back so you don't hear the street at all. Only problem was that there were no hot water in the morning.

The staff was great. The breakfest was terrific. The pillows are hard, so it made sleeping a little difficult. There are no temp controls in the room, so we had to sleep with the windows open and it's on a busy street, so be aware. Parking was sooo tight, that I had to decline, so don't depend on that...the great news is that they helped me find alternative parking, which was super nice of them.

The hotel location was really convenient, we could walk everywhere without using the public transport. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really lovely, with a variety of choices (my personal favorite were the pancakes with scrambled eggs). The room was clean, bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed.

The rooms are warm. No fan or air conditioning so you need to leave the window open. It wasn’t loud at night but in the morning birds and cars woke us up. There were only 2 small pillows for the bed.

I ended up staying in the rooms built into a more modern building in the back garden. The room was grand, clean and fine but the issue is the building itself is poorly built and lacks sound insulation. I was woken one night around 2 in the morning by the people upstairs Snoring. The building lacks enough insulation to allow for a quiet nights sleep. I would most likely not stay there again.

La posizione è molto buona, se non dispiace camminare un po' non c'è bisogno di mezzi pubblici o taxi. La camera era piccola ma completamente attrezzata, molto pulita ed il letto confortevole. Molto carino il bagno, in paragone più spazioso e ben attrezzato. La zona è una zona tranquilla, tuttavia un po' di rumori dalla strada (camera con affaccio sul viale) arrivavano e soprattutto si sentivano molto i passi di chi alloggiava nelle stanze sopra e accanto. Ho solo pernottato quindi non posso dire della colazione. Un po' di rumori di troppo ma nel complesso lo consiglierei di sicuro.

In a nice quiet part of Dublin but walking distance to everything you need. Close to pubs and Temple Bar area. You can easily walk to the central part of Dublin from this B&B, and have a quiet nights rest when you are back in for the day. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. They let us keep our bags in a locked room since we came early in the morning before check in.

Spent 2 nights here after arriving in Dublin on a 10 hour flight. Taxi from airport was $40 all in. Good spot to decompress and get ready for a month touring all of Ireland. Convenient walking distance from St Stephens Green and other central spots, pubs, restaurants. Breakfast included is nothing fancy but quite tasty, and sufficient. Staff was very friendly.

In a nice quiet part of Dublin but walking distance to everything you need. Close to pubs and Temple Bar area. You can easily walk to the central part of Dublin from this B&B, and have a quiet nights rest when you are back in for the day. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.
