Basic cheap hotel. We just stayed for one night. The rooms felt outdated and not dirty but not clean/ maybe just used. The pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see your feet in it and the chlorine stung our eyes so bad that our pool time was cut short. All the staff was super nice. It was fine for a night or two.

We liked the area and many options for food and shopping in Logan. Parking was full, workout room was closed even though it said 24/7. I never was able to ask why since this was a short visit. Waterslide is for hotel guests only.

The pool area was tiny. We tried to go sit in the hot tub and there were 20-30 people in the pool area. It could not accommodate that many people, so we left.

We really enjoyed our stay. We brought our kids for a last end of summer before school starts mini vacation and they really enjoyed themselves. The pool was clean and warm and the water slide was so much fun. We will be staying again. :)

The hotel has the appearance of newness. It is very clean. The breakfast was excellent, especially the scrambled eggs. The pool had a just-right temperature as did the hot tub. The room was clean and well organized. There was no one at the check in desk when we arrived, we waited 15 to 20 minutes. Other than the delayed check in the staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We would stay here again. We highly recommend this Comfort Inn & Suites near University in Logan, Utah.

I liked that the room was clean, staff was nice, and breakfast was good. The downside, was that there were no towels at the pool. It made for a chilly walk to the room. There is no blackout curtains in the room, only shear ones. The lights in the parking lot and other outside street lights were very bright and made it difficult to sleep.

The gym had a nice weight set and machines. More than I had seen at other like properties. Breakfast was nice and well stocked. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

The overall hotel was nice with fresh baked cookies. The pool had a slide so it was impossible to swim. The room was very humid. The rooms were nice and big. However the room reeked of cigarette smoke. We told the hotel and they came into the room and told us they did not smell anything and left. That was very frustrating. I wish they would have moved us to another room.

Love staying here. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well kept up. We travel quite a bit and would note that the housekeeping staff does a great job - our room was probably the cleanest we have ever stayed in! The welcome cookies and pool with a slide for the grandkids is also a bonus. THANKS!!!

The room was nice and roomy. There were food remnants on the pull out couch and some crumbs and hair in the shower. The room smelled good and the sheets were clean. Beds were fairly comfortable, a little too soft, older. The pool was great, clean and well lit, warm indoors. The water was pretty cold but running up and sliding down the slide kept my kids warm.

Dirty and gross. There was pee on the floor of the bathroom and the toilet!!! Crack in the fridge. The pack and play was gross. The bathtub was cracked and in bad shape. It was horrible and was way not worth the expensive rate. I would like a refund

Our cozy room was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable, tastefully decorated and in impeccable condition. The “towel-igami” was a small but thoughtful touch that added to the charm. The breakfast area was well stocked with the standard selections. The entrance to the property was a little tricky to find at night, but on the flip side, it’s set back enough from Main Street to minimize traffic noise. We will stay here again.

Found hair on bed when we walked into the room for the first time and the air conditioning unit was ridiculously loud. It woke us up every time it went off all night long. In the morning we were all exhausted. Other than that the room was sparse and clean.

The hotel atmosphere & location were good. We had to go to the front desk three different times because our digital room keys would stop working. The room was to small for a king size bed so I had to shuffle sideways agains the wall to get into bed. Also because of this issue there was no side night stand on my side of the bed.

My room was located in the busy area of the hallway and I was able to hear everything. I wasn’t able to get sleep. People opening and closing doors all night, loud talking all night, people stomping. It was a nice friendly clean Hotel just got the wrong room. It was a work trip and I work long hours so sleep was needed and I got very little sleep.

Last trip to Logan, stayed up the street, this actually got better reviews, so thought we’d try it. NO! King room was made for 1 person! Super tiny! Cramped, no room to even walk around! Shower door poorly designed, always leaked, shower head too high, wife can’t reach, poor pressure. Breakfast was poor. Won’t be back.

For the most part, the stay was fine but it wasn't great. One of our key cards didn't work and I went down to the front desk twice to get it fixed and no one was in sight to help. I waited for 10 minutes the first time and then gave up and. Then I went down again, waited for 5 minutes, called them, and then it took them about 7 more minutes to get down. The TV did not work; you couldn't change the channel. The door to our room had a really hard time shutting. If we were leaving the room, we would have to pull on the door hand really hard, multiple times so it couldnt just be pushed open. If we were coming into the room, we had to lean against it to get it to shut. The vent in the bathroom was pretty gross. It hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It looks like there is some mold in it but it could just be all dust. I would have added a picture but it won't let me. There was not enough parking to accommodate if the hotel was full.The hot tub and pool were nice and the beds were comfortable.

Stayed with my 3 kids (20, 17, and 9). Staff came pounding on my room door while I was in the shower and demanded that we check out, my teen attempted to explain that we still had another day. I stumbled out of the shower to check what was going on a I had heard pounding, as my teen is filing me in staff loudly pounded on the door again. This was loud, and by that point my kids were scared and confused. I was then standing there in a towel showing her my email receipt that showed my check out day as the next day. She was rude, acted like this was somehow MY fault and in the end I had to go back to the front desk to check back in as they had checked me out in their system. Rather than feeling like a guest in the hotel it felt like i was treated like an unwanted annoyance, even after they acknowledged that I had, indeed, prepaid for 3 nights and had attributed it to a miscommunication. Nice hotel overall, but this whole encounter made my trip significantly more stressful for me and my children.

From check-in with professional, friendly and kind Victoria (front desk), to late check out, our stay was terrific! The beds were comfy and clean and the shower was very nice. Breakfast options were excellent, and the work-out/fitness area was terrific! We didnt use the indoor pool (with a water slide!)or hot tub, but they looked great. Lots of grest eating options and hiking nearby. Logan is a very cute town.We would definitely stay here again!

If you get there early, you can forget ANY type of early check in. With or without offering to pay for it. 4pm flat - no. You can’t use facilities until you are checked in. I’ve never seen a hotel not allow an early check in and especially one that starts at 4pm. The kids running the front desk knew they could get out of work until then I’m guessing. Someone around our room decided 3am was perfect timing for construction work. Consistent nonstop banging. Through the entire morning. Worst sleep in a hotel.

It's on the North end where it's a bit quieter and super clean. Would have given a 5 star but the night we stayed: the hot water went out, our toilet wouldn't flush and the fire alarm went off at 8:11am.

Breakfast was great, plenty, hot and good choices. Staff super friendly. Housekeepers great! The hotel not only feels clean but one can see how detailed job they do. Fantastic. LOVED carpeted stairwell! Keeps the noise level down so much. Loved the ice cold lemon water jug out all day after breakfast. Cookies or cake on sideboard excellent and appreciated. Truly impressed overall.

Have stayed here before and would pay difference to upgrade to the suite. Room was nice but not much for sitting/relaxing options. Continental breakfast was nit great. Cold eggs, chewey sausage patties.
