Overall a good stay at a clean facility. I sometimes have to have some overnight stays for my work, so I generally look for an inexpensive, clean place to stay for the night and don't really use amenities. This facility didn't have any real amenities, but the didn't affect me. I could pick at couple small things (hot water didn't get real hot after running for a while, etc.) but overall, it appeared to be a well kept facility. It had a comfortable bed, all the basics, it was clean and quiet. Good experience! (And the burger I got next door at the Wings Etc. place was delicious!)

I like this place because it is a good value and you in most cases should be able to park just outside your own door. That can help you feel a little bit more secure with your car just a few yards from the window.

Pretty much as described ... very basic room and amenities, nothing really stood out. Located on the main N-S highway so most shops are along this strip, but with that there is a bit of trucking noise.

I used a discount site to reserve the room and it worked out fine. The check-in was easy and the room access was great. The room was big enough, the bed comfortable, there was an iron and board, hair drier, wifi and cable. I'd stay there again.

I chose this generally no frills place only because I wanted to swim in the morning after a run. However, the pool was not in use (see photo for how the pool really looks) and the cigarette butts speak for themselves (see photo). It's bad that people smoke and throw their butts on the ground. Still, owners should take pride in their property and sweep them up.

Overall a good stay at a clean facility. Trach still on floor, carpet felt very dirty, air conditioner didn't wirk well as room was over 85 degs when we came back late that night.

Arrived late in the evening due to distance traveling after school/work. Very friendly staff at check in. Room was generally clean with some caulking needing redone in the bathroom having a bit of mold and no shower head in the tub. It could’ve used a deep clean as it was bothering our allergies and my kiddos asthma a bit. AC did not work very well even leaving it on during the day while we were gone. Decent stay for the price and only being there to sleep.

Could be a very cute place….but when the drapes do not fit the windows…and they know it and try to make them work….and the chair that sits by the door is just stained…. But the bed was comfortable and we slept well. For the price I would stay again.

AC unit made squeaky noises and switch between cooling and heating on its own. Shower/tub slippery and Anti slip missing or loose. A lot of Flys in the room. An older place. Ice on other side of building next to office. Bedding not very comfortable. Sink in Bedding area, shower/tub in a separate area with door. Mold on the tile grout.

Chose this hotel because I'd stayed here before, in late 2010's (2016 - 2018) while riding my bicycle from Ft. Wayne to Portland IN for a Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) MobilePack at Jay County High School. Overall, a pleasant stay; however, the HVAC unit in my room 138 is due for repair or replacement! It made a horrible noise, to the point where I couldn't use it. (Something had gone wrong with the motor that runs the compressor and fan)

The room was very comfortable. The air conditioning unit is extremely loud but I was still able to sleep. The tub needs a non-slip treatment. It’s very slippery.
