Hotels.com / Feedback Hi, Here is my feedback on the hotel experience at Antelope Inn and Suites. Room was clean and there were no odors or smells of any kind. Staff was friendly during the stay. The only disappointment was on the convenient features selected at the reservation checkout, in this case the breakfast included option. Turns out breakfast for this hotel it’s only coffee and 2 options of juice, does not include eggs, milk or fruit.They need to be more specific when advertising that option so that we can budget or plan accordingly. It’s more like false advertising and once you have a long drive and already paid in advance does not give you room to make any changes other than accept that but other customers relying on hotels website information will be disappointed. I understand it’s out of control what the hotel says and advertised to what they actually deliver to the customers but that breakfasts benefit feature should be removed and add something like complementary coffee or juice available during the stay.Please review as I brought this concern to them and was told that that’s the way management offers breakfast wich is very misleading and false advertising making it hard and very unreliable the information presented on hotels.com due to bad practices of affiliates like Antelope Inn taking advantage of the customers that rely and like hotels.com and use the website services. Pls reach out to establishment to have us get a proper refund for services not provided.

Great stay for the price but they charge a $50 deposit that wasn't mentioned in the reservation or when I called to verify my reservation. Its in a great location, close to shopping and food and whatever you need. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there is continental breakfast.

The room was ok. Black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. There were stains on one of the white comforters. Breakfast was ok, could have been better.
