They had the wrong room listed when booked they didn’t have a decent breakfast both mornings I was there and they didn’t make beds or anything while I was gone

The people were nice. The property was heavily abused. Tiles lifting on the bathroom floor and exposed plumbing in the shower.

We were chastised for using the parking spot reserved for electric cars while I was trying to resolve an issue with the door key, also the continental breakfast was the leanest of choice I've seen. But the rooms are clean and that was nice after a long drive.

Overall good, hot tub that spent extra on was very dated and some of the vents didn’t work. Bottom sheet kept popping off the corners and had to keep fixing it. Room by outside exit so when someone went out it slammed shut and woke us up! It was close to our family that we was visiting so that was helpful!

We left before breakfast, but the coffee was ready. Saff was very good. Parking, i was iffy because it was a little dark and a man was lingering around. But all in all we was happy
