The property appeared clean. Breakfast was good as far as free breakfast hotels go. Parking was close to the building and well lit. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Pool was tiny- didn't even try swimming. I am not a smoker and all rooms are supposed to be non smoking, but the cigarette smell from just opening the door and walking in was literally overwhelming. Front desk did nothing- reaffirmed all rooms were non smoking and it must be someone above or below me. Front desk was friendly but I had my things in there 2 days and the pillows, bedding and curtains were so stinky I could still smell it in my luggage once I returned home.

First, pool was nasty, it looked like someone had been using it to was dogs from all the hair in it. Also ice cold. Candy and food wrappers in the drawers. And had also booked for 2 nights later on return trip. Should have canceled. On return trip was given a room with a very large angry dog in next room. Went right back to desk toget a different room and desk person insisted that we pay as we had used the room, we had checked in less than 2 minutes prior. The deskman said he had to come up and check and to close the door since that occupant should have closed the door when he left for work. So many things wrong here. This is definitely my last time to ever come here.

My house was being painted so I only needed a one night stay.. I’m not sure why there was a few bad reviews but I can tell you without a doubt I would stay here again. I’m a extremely picky person this room was exceptionally clean along with the bath area. For being located close to a highway I was surprised that it was as quiet as it was. I also had a four year-old who checked out the pool area. Very well kept up and clean and the chlorine didn’t knock you out as soon as you walked into the room that’s a plus, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This definitely will be my go to hotel if I need one in the future. Ty

The Comfort Inn and Suites at Van Buren, AR is a great place to stay for those traveling I-40. It is located just off I-40 in a safe area that is convenient to many restaurants, gas stations, and several large stores like Lowe's. The facility was clean, staff were friendly, and there is plenty of parking for cars, larger rigs, and good for dog walking.

Overal wpuld stay again if i was passing through. Our toilet ran most of the night until we shut the water off. We didnt report right away but was annoying. Thre was only a very small bottle of shampoo and conditioner and they weren't filled up all the way. Fridge worked wonderful. Bed was confortable and room was very clean. Only had one elevator and had tons of water from kids going up and down to the pool.

The elevator was being worked on. We walked up two flights of stairs to get to our room. My roommate needed her inhaler. Thanks to the clerk at the check in desk he brought up the rest of our luggage, the elevator was now working.

This was a very safe and quiet property! My husband and I stopped here overnight and were able to park our uhaul really easily and not worry about it. They are pet friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable!

The staff is super nice but unfortunately the rooms were poor in construction and quality. The rooms although big had a moldy smell and the floors were coming up from the botttom. We rented a few rooms some friends of mine and i and we all felt the same way

The lobby had an overwhelming air freshener smell that was gross, especially with breakfast. The hallways and room were also moldy smelling. You can tell they did a recent cheap Reno but the place still seems a bit grungy.

Our stay was overall good. Only downside was the traffic nouse from the interstate. The motel sets next to the interstate and the back side rooms overlook the highway. Lots of overnight traffic noise.

Save yourself the headache and choose other accommodations. For starters the elevator didn’t work, the rooms do not look like photos and need repairs. During check in we were given a key card that didn’t open the room door and after multiple trips to the front desk she finally let us in with the master key and told us we would have to come to the front desk each time to enter our room. The morning of check out the power went out and the staff didn’t even come knock the door of the guest absolutely no communication. Highly recommend you avoid this hotel. If you’re charging $125 per night for a room then your accommodation need to match it.

I book all my rooms through Hotel.com since we have a business where we travel frequently. I was charged through Hotels.com, and charged again by the hotel when arriving. Hotels.com tried to resolve this issue shortly after check in and the clerk stated we would have to wait until 10:30 the next day. So, today I was informed by Hotels.com that the issue was on the hotel side, and I should get a refund in 7-10 days. We asked for the manager's name to make sure we followed up on this issue, and the guy was very rude stating we have to deal with Hotels.com, which I obviously already did. He was very reluctant in giving us the manager's information.

The Comfort Inn is a nice, clean lodging stop for my travel on I-40 West. The location is convenient to restaurants and gas stations to eat, rest, and fill up my car for the next day of travel. The only snag in my stay was the 5am dumpster banging wake-up call when they come to empty the thing. So if you stay on the north side of the complex be ready for the temporary loud noise.

We stayed here twice on our roadtrip from NC to Colorado. It was a very convenient stop on the way there and back, right off of I40. Nice selection of restaurants and stores in a very cute safe town. Highly recommend this hotel. Great staff also.

The shower was broken, but usable. Would have liked to have received fresh towels during our stay but didn’t. Staff we experienced were very friendly. Parking was perfect, breakfast was good but a lot was empty and had run out, it took a while for things to be refilled.

We had 6 rooms in our party We found the hotel very clean and beds were comfortable. The fragrance the hotel was using was a little too strong in the lobby. The ice machine made beeping noises through the evening until we took it upon ourselves to unplug it for some quiet. Breakfast foods were barely adequate. Would've liked to have seen bacon instead or thoroughly cooked sausages. Milk cartons were not offered and the milk in the pitcher was lukewarm. Juice seemed watered down. Self made waffles was the best! Syrup could've been warmed.

The breakfast was terrible. The English muffins, bagels and bread were dry and hard. I asked the attendant if she had fresher bread and she went to the back and brought out the bag of English muffins. The muffin was wet from condensation and hard in the other side. It was obvious that the eggs and sausage patties were warmed up leftovers for several days. It was terrible. The Comfort Inn & Suites had gone way downhill. I don’t plan to stay there again. There were not many good options on hotels.com for this city

10/10!! Comfort Inn won lifelong customers with me from this stay alone. The room was immaculately clean and smelled so good. The lady that checked us in was so nice and had great recommendations for dinner. The breakfast was hot and delicious.
